My fiance, James Piazza, has an account with Varo. Has for years. He deposited a 2 party check over 2 weeks ago and his account was flaged for fraud. Varo emailed him at [protected]@gmail.com and informed him that they would be in contact by email within 4 days. Within those 4 days he gave his information to his new job which he started last week. Here we are over 2 weeks since the start of this disaster and he still has not heard from them and he does not have access to the $500 check or his first direct deposit from his new job. He is flat broke and cannot reach them by his app because they will not let him access his account while it is being check for fraud. He and I have both tried the phone number on their website and cannot get in touch with a person. This is BS. Did they take all his money and now will not let him have access to his account?
