Your customer service was rude and cannot speak english unable to help me with the card I bought, she kept asking me to repeat myself on several occassion at the end hanged up on me.

Your card is not allow to make a call.

Also your promotion is out of date on your recorder messages.

Vectone is a big cheat! They abruptly deduct charges, apply wrong calls rates. The customer care is absolute crap; they are of no use and provides stupid answers.

The network for vectone is worst and they do not justify anything. Its a big cheat - STAY AWAY FROM VECTONE PRODUCTS.

vectone is 100% cheting to customers, they are using the loopholes in law to do this work, unfair charges, all customers must reject this company products.

I think that Vectone deals are fair. Not only fair, but I am a big fan of their products and offers. They always clearly state the terms and conditions of use, but if the customer does not really want to notice any, then I do not think its fair to blame the company.

I have noticed that Vectone offers cheapest calls to India. You can not compare Vectone's prices with any other company.

yeah biggest cheat and no customer service.
they promised free calls and sms to other vectone mobiles, but end up charging me and my partner 10p/sms and 10p/min. who to complain they dont answer emails, dont answer phone and no point writting to them. i cant believe i fall for it and even ported my number to them.

STAY AWAY DONT BE A FOOL LIKE ME.

I am so angry with Vectone right now. I bought a sim from them and topped up by £10, they should give an extra credit of £5. No problem there, I got my sim, I topped up, got my free credit. I didn’t make any calls until today.
I wanted to check something with them about their international call as their price was 1 p /min when I got the sim. Now I check it is 19p/m! So I call customer service and no one is picking up. But the worse is I check my balance and calling to them is supposed to be for free but they deducted £5 from my account. What is going on?
I would never use them again, Vectone is a bloody scammer!

I too fell for the tricks of this company (Vectone Mobile) and luckily all i lost was £5. The whole company is driven by greed and is trying to get you to part with your cash. They advertise one price and then charge you another (in my case 8 times higher). I had to wait 24 minutes for someone to answer my call within the 'customer services' department, to only be connected to someone that kept me waiting on the phone for ages because he could not understand English. When i explained that I was over charged he told me that my call was not part of the deal (even though it clearly states that my calling country was 1p/minute) and told me that there is nothing he or I could do about it. The whole setup i snothing but a bunch of crooks! How come OFCOM haven't picked up on these cowboys yet?

never ever use vectone sim card pay as you go.i have had the simcard for 4month and only top up 6times with £5 as the advert said that you have 1000 mins and the call to mauritius only cost 1p per min.so had plenty to talk .thats what i thought.find out lately when i received my 1/4ly bank statement that vectone mobile has debited £255.00 off of bank a/c i was fuming and phone them but they said it was my fault as i chose the option auto top up.well any way ive reported them and if nothing is done im gonna take further actions against them, so please if you have any problem with them please report them because phoning the customer care isnt gonna help.they're useless.

vectone is the biggest fraud and cheat company. i bought their sim for 5 pounds. i made calls to india, as it was advertised it was 1p per min. all of a sudden my balance gone down suddenly. when i asked them, their replied very casually after 2 weeks, that i have used internet. thats is ridiculus. i have unlimited data on my other network and also i have wifi at home. i just bouoght this only to call india. my fed up with their stupid customer service. finally i throw the sim in the bin.

they cheat people's money and also cheat the government by closing their company, when they have problems with the customers and start a new one.

vectones customer service is a cheat and they play games with you..its has been 2 weeks am on the phone and asking for my call records they always say in 24 hours you will receive your call records.. today i called them againg but they said the same i asked to speak to the manager but they said ring after 2 hours you will be able to speak to the him...i started to cry and thankd him for the so called help he gave me...the company is full of s++t...lets see if i get to speak to some1 who can help me...

I did regular top up for my fone, sometime twice a mths, I still have over two pounds balance on my fone, I try to make call and send txt, it shows service not available, and I try contact customer service, the tone shows that the number is not exist, it drive me crazy, I think, the company is going to close down, SHOULD NOT MAKE ANY TOP UP
DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING

I am asked them several times abou call records.The answer: I forward your question to manager.No other answer arrived.
Than asked them about reward option.I was share more than 10 SIM cards for my friends.Was hope, the 10% is come to me from their topups.There is no credit arrived to me, this is marketing word only.
They are hindi gypsys, keep the money and than going away.
Just like Nomi mobile.

Vectone mobile is crap.they cheating.they used my debitcard details to top-up someone else`s vectone mobile.Please avoid to top up online on theyr website.They store your card details.And they charged me more than 1p/min as advertised, when I tried to call abroad.

Vectone - I've struggled on with them for 2 months but they are "not fit for purpose". I don't think it is unreasonable to expect their customer service staff to communicate in English. I very much appreciate it may be their second language and am of course supportive and respectful in this regard. I actually feel managers encourage their staff to deliberately exploit the not understanding bit and thus ignor any questions or criticisms. I write emails and they reply ignoring my question. Lets face it the company must treat its staff as badly as their customers. I have also found their internet megabytes dissapear at an alarming rate and wonder if they're measuring kb's. If you complain to Ofcom they just say they will not get involved in individual complaints - they're as useless as the other so called regulators. Unless the media get involved the rip off will continue.

I think Vectone is more for people calling overseas a lot. Don't know about their UK rates, but like their China Unlimited bundle a lot (10 pounds for 30 days)! I'm calling my bf everyday and still have lots of credits left.

I think I'll keep Vectone only for alling overseas, and would like to try Delight 5p/min to any UK network. Would share how it works later :)

Vectone is more about international calls and free calls within the network. so basically for foreigners living in the UK.
As for me I love having a chat on skype and see my friends online but it takes all my free time in the evenings. So on my way home on the bus I call back to Slovakia. It costs me for 1p for a min talk...so really like for free. Saving time the best deal ever!
So I am totally happy with it. Thanks a lot!

Vectone mobile is the biggest cheat, they charge even for miss calls, my wife give me miss call everytime she wants to talk. but they charge 10p each time, i realised this only after few months when it shows on the transaction history. I reported this and they came back to me after few days and said there is no problem with my network and this wasn't charged for miss calls, only thing I noticed after this all my transaction history was cleared from my account and not showing any details what so ever how i was charged. Biggest cheat in the UK, should report this to watch dogs.

I shall be reporting Vectone today to OFTEL.
Their "Offers" are always either out of date, or just non existant lies.
Getting a text telling you it costs just 1p to call abroad, and then finding it's actually 5p is nothing short of criminal!
Their "customer service" is a disaster! They are rude, clueless, and have absolutely no understanding of the english language.
I hope OFTEL deal with the Harshly! They deserve it!

THEY SCAMMED £4.19 OFF ME IN A 2 MINUTE PHONE CALL THAT WAS TO ANOTHER VECTONE USER NORMALLY CHARGED AT 1P PER MINUTE TO AUSTRIA.. IDIOTS! YET AGAIN I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY VECTONE! THIS TIME THEY SCAMMED £9 FROM ME WHEN I MADE A 38 MINUTE CALL THAT IS A RATE OF ONLY 1P PER MINUTE, (£0.01p/m)! THEY REPLIED TELLING ME I HAVE BEEN CHARGED CORRECTLY IN REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT MAIL. THEY ALSO TOLD ME I CAN CHECK MY CALL LOG ONLINE THOUGH I HAVE TRIED TO DO THAT EVER SINCE I MADE THE CALL AND NOTHING SHOWS UP AND NOW EVEY TIME I LOGIN TO LOOK MY CALL HISTORY THE SITE DIVERTS BACK TO THE HOMEPAGE... THIS COMPANY SERIOUSLY NEEDS BRINGING DOWN! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM.. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING, CLAIM FREE NUMBER BUT GET CHARGED AND THE STAFF CAN'T EVEN SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WHEN THEY OPERATE IN THE MOTHER COUNTRY OF THAT LANGUAGE! I have tried to activate landline on the go?and it has took the money from my bank account, but the service hasn't been active.. It's now been 5 days throughout I have contacted with the customer service and they haven't yet resolve my problem? I have even asked them to refund my money, customer service said give us 24hrs we should resolve the issue but still nothing has been done.. They have know respect how to treat they customers and they have hanged up on me on several occasion.

Hi All, I am really amazed to see the kind of bad experience customers with Vectone. I am from Denmark, here we have fairly decent low cost mobile operators( like .Lebara, Lyca etc), and having come across a suggestion on facebook to try vectone, I ordered a free SIM. The journey of surprises begun...
1) The card was shipped from UK to Denmark by vectonemobile. Hmmm...strange.
2) I tried online top-up, after entering credit card details and " proceed " to next step, nothing happens. I thought it could be something with either pop-up blockers or even web-browsers. Tried all the 4 prominent browsers nothing happens.
3) Call'd-up customer care, she was speaking s*** danish accent. So, asked her whether we can switch to English instead. To my shock her English was so bad... i have never ever heard someone with such a poor English. Eastern EU folks no offence, but i was sure she was from some Eastern EU country, because Indian call centers don't&cannot handle danish calls.
4) When i explained to her that i cannot top-up online and didn't know what the issue was, instead of answering my question she was advising me to buy top-up card from a local store ( ex postoffice etc.)
5) I thought there was something fishy, googled "Vectone mobile fraud" and boom... there were so many hits i was utterly shocked. Damn... how can this company exist in EU/UK.
6) In the process of getting the payment right whilst trying online top-up, I gave my credit card details and pushed "proceed" several times ( 4 or 5). I can now only cross my fingers for not getting cheated/charged me 5-6*10 £ :-(. I don't want to get into this vectone s*** fraud.

Finally, I can tell you that the owner/CEO of Vectonemobile is most likely ( 99.999%9 not from India as many in here claim. Myself being a person of Indian origin, based on his name I am pretty sure that either he is Srilankan Tamilian or a with 0.0001 probability an Indian tamils.

I have vectone sim card and after top up with 30 pound I tried to make international call and it always give the same msg ( you credit is not enough to make call to such a desination) I called customer service 10 times but they were very stupid to fix it and sometimes even rude. Finally, thier sim card now in the trash for collection. this is the worst provider I've ever seen and it is shame to be working in the UK.

Hi everyone,

I would strongly suggest that you take your case to CISAS, a free and independent adjudicator. The procedure is rather straight forward and everything can be completed online. It is good that you can vent your miserable experience with Vectone here, but much better when you can be compensated for the s*** experience you had with Vectone.

I have been pretty successful with my cases through CISAS.

I used Vectone Mobile while being a student. There is no intergrity with this Mobile Providor.

They are out of the reach of our british legal jurisdiction and is therefore a risk to their customers, coupled with exploitation of their terms and conditions that is fake.

In my humble opinion, this provider should be closed down on account of their horrid service.

Try to get your PAC number before you become involved in a dispute or they will never return your sim card.

Run as fast as posible. This company is dangerious.

Vectone mobile are truely a corrupt mobile provider as during th xmas period I tried to topup but encountered problems in Nottingham. So I tried to buy another voucher in Birmingham. The voucher did not work and so I had to use another persons mobile to make an emergency call. I have been unable to top up from 24th December so I contacted Vectone Mobile Customer support.
After being redirected several times, I decided I had had enough and asked them for my PAC CODE and was told I needed to pay £24.00 before they would provide me with my PAC Code. Their second option did involve me paying another fee.
The point am trying to make is this company shows no mercy. they are truely corrupt to the core. secondly, I am being blackmailed into paying for a PAC CODE that was given to them freely. thirdly, it looks like I will now loose my contacts who are trying to contact me.
These people are ### and deserve to be taken to the highest authority as they truely are ### of of the worst kind.

Tried the service for no more than a month. Everything was set up as requested. Signal is either stable or vacant from the same location - totally unreliable, during the day there is probably only 60% chance of a signal, either 3 bars or emergency calls only. Data - RUBBISH, take a long time for it to connect when it does actually connect and when it does it's DIRE. All of this was experienced on a 30 day totally "unlimited" rolling contract, Vectone are refusing to cancel this contract despite my complaints and are insisting that i Pay for a second month before i can cancel! When realistically they should have refunded the first month an apologised! STEAR WELL CLEAR!

I Have paid £10 to vectone mobile and went for the unlimited data, unlimited calls and unlimited text bundle. 15 days in and they changed the unlimited data to 5Gb data. WTF i did not agree to that, because when i was buying it it was unlimited data! I have never heard or seen this before, to simply change the rules of a service i did not agree to at the moment of purchase.
