This company ain't got no accountability when it comes to makin' them legal papers we needed (like W2s, quarterly tax stuff, and them 1094/1095s)
This company ain't got no accountability when it comes to makin' them legal papers we needed (like W2s, quarterly tax stuff, and them 1094/1095s). They were supposed to handle all that payroll stuff, but they didn't follow through at all. They couldn't solve any problems and their reportin' was a total failure. Don't trust 'em, 'cause they'll let you down too.
Vensure HR hires incompetent people
Vensure HR hires incompetent people. They never answer the phone when you call. The voicemail provides another person's number for immediate help, but that line is also unanswered. I requested my employee's W2's to be sent to me, but they sent me W2's from a completely different company. Now I possess personal information of those individuals.
Vensure HR is the worst!
Vensure HR is the worst! They are so bad at what they do, and their customer service is terrible. They messed up our payroll, benefits, HSA, PTO, and tax forms at the end of the year. They are cheaper, but that's because they are not good at their job. It's better to find another service to save yourself from all the frustration! Their mistakes have caused a lot of tax problems for many people. If I could, I would give them negative stars. They are just not capable of handling anything properly.
I did some consulting work for a political campaign that used Vensure to handle payroll
I did some consulting work for a political campaign that used Vensure to handle payroll. It wasn't easy to sign up. When I filed my taxes, the state told me Vensure didn't pay my state taxes and deducted the amount from my tax refund. I've been trying to resolve this with Vensure for weeks, and they still haven't even acknowledged their error. In over 25 years of my working career, I've never had someone not pay my payroll taxes. What is even more insulting is to actually produce a W2 claiming to do something they didn't do.
I recently started working for a company that switched to Vensure for our payroll a few months back, and I have to say, they're not up to par
I recently started working for a company that switched to Vensure for our payroll a few months back, and I have to say, they're not up to par. They don't really care about us employees, you know? The App they have is pretty useless. It barely gives you any info, if you're lucky. And don't even get me started on their online portal. It's not much better. I mean, my paycheck is already in the bank on payday, and I still can't see my paycheck details on the App or online. It's like they're trying to be our company's HR, but they have no clue what we actually need. They might be all buddy-buddy with the employers, but they totally fail when it comes to us employees. It's a terrible payroll company, honestly.
My company uses Vensure HR for payroll and some other benefits
My company uses Vensure HR for payroll and some other benefits. They are the worst company I've ever seen. I feel so embarrassed every payroll when I have to explain to my employees that their pay is messed up again, and the previous mistakes still haven't been fixed. Recently, they even recalled the checks, causing my people to have negative account balances, and Vensure doesn't say anything. You better RUN from this company. My corporate office won't switch, but they're about to lose most of the staff in one of their stores because of their carelessness. This company should never be trusted to handle even the simplest tasks, let alone the payroll that your employees depend on to pay their bills and survive. It's just disgusting.
I totally agree with the bad service from Vensure
I totally agree with the bad service from Vensure. Their tax team has been really bad on our account and made us leave because of their incompetence that has been going on for over a year. Recently, we got a notice from the *** saying we didn't pay enough while Vensure was handling the payments. We sent the note to Vensure for them to look into it, but it's been TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO REPLY! And when we did our own research, we found out that VENSURE DIDN'T PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF TAXES THEY TOOK FROM US! No wonder they're not answering our emails or calls. They're either frauds or just really bad at their job. I recommend everyone to stay away from them.
We were originally with a different provider and had wonderful service
We were originally with a different provider and had wonderful service. We had a dedicated rep who answered all our questions accurately and promptly. She was particularly helpful during a challenging employee termination process. She, along with the team, consistently exceeded expectations. However, after switching to Vensure, we've experienced a decline in service quality. We've been shuffled between representatives, and the HR software changes have necessitated a fresh start in our learning process. Regrettably, the most disappointing aspect of Vensure isn't just the service; our employees' W-2s and our taxes were also grossly incorrect. Resolutions were slow, and it was clear that there was no established procedure. We have since terminated our service with Vensure, eliminating the significant stress it caused. We long for the reliability and excellence of our previous provider.
The title of this company ain't Professional at all!
The title of this company ain't Professional at all! They're the most unprofessional bunch I've ever dealt with. They messed up the commissions, putting them on the wrong employee's line and paying the wrong person. Yeah, my staff made the mistake, but getting it fixed is a joke. Vensure sent me a form that starts with "I certify that I didn't get my payroll deposit," which ain't true. They give me 4 options to check for the problem, but those options don't contradict the first sentence! I've had 3 people arguing with me about this dumb form. It should say "I certify that there was an error with my payroll direct deposit." Just make the form accurate, for crying out loud! How can anyone trust a company that asks you to certify something that ain't true!
We used to trust Avitus/Vensure, but things changed last year
We used to trust Avitus/Vensure, but things changed last year. We asked for important documents from different quarters, but every time we got the same excuse for the delay. It's clear that the senior management at Avitus/Vensure doesn't understand how obvious their negligence is. After more than 10 requests, their apologies for delays just seem like a cover-up for their internal problems. If you're thinking about choosing Avitus/Vensure for your company's PEO, I suggest you look somewhere else. We're frustrated and disappointed, and you will be too.
This business is terrible!
This business is terrible! I'm still tryin to get a tax clearance from the state and need Vensure to fix the tax forms they messed up. Since May, *** has been tellin me that Vensure has been waitin for a phone call back from the *** of *** and that the problem I'm havin is the state's issue. I finally emailed the *** of *** and got a message within 24 hours from the *** of *** sayin Vensure didn't put the right tax ID number on the forms and that the documents need to be fixed and sent again. I'm still tryin to find out who to call to handle this and keep gettin the runaround. I left a message with *** tryin to get *** Boss's name and got nowhere. *** now won't answer my calls or text messages. *** keeps tellin me they are waitin for a phone call from the *** of ***. This is the worst company I have dealt with, and I should have never switched from ***.
Our company decided to go with Vensure HR because they promised great benefits for small businesses
Our company decided to go with Vensure HR because they promised great benefits for small businesses. They assured us that they could provide health insurance for our employees. Our boss spent a whole three months gathering all the necessary data for them, only to be informed later that we didn't qualify. It was really disappointing because the main reason we switched to them was for the benefits they claimed to offer.
Then, they got acquired by Vensure or something, and things have been a mess ever since. We relied on their PEO to handle our taxes and city taxes, but they haven't paid our 4th quarter city taxes for 2020 yet. It's been a long time, and I've been tasked with resolving this issue. I've spoken to our city tax person, and she can see that the money is sitting in their account, paid by our boss. However, no matter how much paperwork, explanations, phone calls, or emails I send, they simply won't respond to me.
The city tax person told me that all they need to do is give permission to transfer the money from their account to our boss's account, but it seems like nobody there is capable of doing this. It's been almost two years now, and we're no closer to resolving the issue. All we're doing is accumulating late fees. It's frustrating and incredibly inconvenient.
Vensure HR is like the worst payroll and benefit providers I've ever dealt with, for real
Vensure HR is like the worst payroll and benefit providers I've ever dealt with, for real. They messed up my payroll info, like on purpose, and put it in the wrong state 'cause they didn't have the right papers for where I work. So they just filed me under some other state, you know? I had to complain before they even started fixing it, and it took them like a whole month to get it right. But guess what? They still haven't paid me back for the extra money they took from my other paychecks 'cause the right state has lower taxes. And don't even get me started on my healthcare. They've been taking money out of my paycheck for it, but I haven't gotten any info about my insurance. They keep saying it'll be activated, but I'm still waiting and bugging them about it. I'm telling you this 'cause I think people should know, especially if they work for a company that uses Vensure. My employer has tried to fix these problems, but until Vensure proves they can do better, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Payroll and healthcare are super important, and you can't keep messing them up all the time.
Vensure took over our old payroll/HR provider in the summer of 2020, and we had to switch to their platform and services
Vensure took over our old payroll/HR provider in the summer of 2020, and we had to switch to their platform and services. In the seven months we used Vensure's system and services, we faced countless challenges and big mistakes on their part. Here are some examples: • They forgot to pay the premiums to our benefit carriers (which was part of the agreed service), and our employees almost lost their benefits many times because of this. We reminded them each time they forgot, and they said they would fix it, but it kept happening every month until we left. • When employees signed up for benefits on their platform, they didn't actually enroll them with the carriers but still deducted the premiums from their payroll. This happened multiple times. • We ran about 15 payrolls with them, and not a single one went smoothly without mistakes from Vensure. • They messed up the 2020 *** reports for around 50 employees, even though I pointed out the mistake in early January before the deadline for corrections. They filed the s with the mistakes I pointed out, and then said they couldn't give us an ETA on *** corrections this spring because they made so many mistakes with their other clients that they couldn't keep up with the amount of corrections needed. • Whenever we had problems, their representatives would stop answering emails or phone calls for weeks. We sent countless messages trying to get help, but nobody responded. They don't include job titles, phone numbers, or any contact info in their email signatures or online, so it's really hard to reach anyone at the company besides the email addresses we knew and their main support number, which often just went to voicemail. • Their platform doesn't let our HR staff do simple tasks like creating new job titles, adjusting employee benefits, changing addresses, adding/changing company or staff documents, updating payroll data, etc. We have to rely on Vensure to do those tasks, but they don't respond to messages and requests for weeks. • Their reporting tool is very limited and doesn't provide simple, common reports that we used a lot with other payroll providers. • We had very little support during our annual benefit open enrollment. When they finally helped us start it, every single benefit premium was listed wrong (even though our premiums hadn't changed from the previous year). It took 3 months to correct those premiums and the employee payroll deductions. • They forgot to file our monthly tax returns to several government entities a couple times. This isn't a complete list of the problems we had with Vensure, but it should give you an idea of the kind of service you can expect from them. Basically, their customer service isn't reliable, and the platform itself is very basic and full of problems. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with any vendor, and it had a big impact on our staff, their pay and benefits, and our HR department's reputation in the company.

In the short amount of time we have signed on with this organization we have had close to ten points of contact. We were promised we would have one representative that would handle us, but we've been tossed around to various people that we have not been able to develop a relationship with anyone. The biggest issue came with our California taxes that were not paid on time. We received notice of this and it took over a week for this organization to rectify. Continual issues combined with a lack of customer service made it clear that we needed to move to another service provider.

Lake Life Farms uses Vensure HR for payroll
Lake Life Farms uses Vensure HR for payroll. There were some issues with my paycheck not being deposited on the scheduled date of 11/18/22. I'm not sure if it was just me or all employees because I got fired. Lake Life Farms told me that the paycheck would be there between 6-7pm on 11/18/22, but as of 11/19/22, I still haven't received it. I worked over 81 hours and I expect to be paid for it. Now I will have to pay overdraft fees. Vensure should be responsible for covering these fees.
Our company started using Vensure in November
Our company started using Vensure in November . They said they would file 3rd quarter reports and give me proper reports for that quarter. But when the reports came out, I told them they were wrong. Turns out, they forgot to include an entire payroll. They didn't handle the 401k deductions correctly, and I don't think the W2's are accurate either. And to make matters worse, no one returns my calls. I have a bunch of emails, but it's like I'm being ignored. I can't even get them to give me a report with the total numbers for the 4th quarter or the whole year. Something is definitely off with this company. There are only a few phone numbers to reach them, and when I call, I only get people who answer phones. It's March 23 today, and I've been asking for information since January 1. When I send them an email, they just reply saying they don't know how to fix the problem. This is just the beginning. I really don't recommend anyone using this company, no matter what.
The company came to my place and said they'd help us with training and managing employees
The company came to my place and said they'd help us with training and managing employees. They even promised to come in person to train us and make sure we followed the rules. They pushed us to agree and sign a contract, but they didn't tell me about the charges. They said their fees would be covered by the government and insurance, but that wasn't true. When we started, they charged us more than $1,000 for payroll processing. They asked us to wire them the money for payroll, but twice my employees' checks bounced even though there was enough money. They didn't have the money ready for our clients. They never sent anyone to help us like they promised. When I realized their fees and called them, they said if I cancel, I'd have to pay $13,000 in fees. I also have proof that they didn't pay my payroll taxes on time. I'm really mad and stressed because of all the problems they caused and the crazy fees they charged.

We contracted with Vensure for PEO services for Galileo Research and Strategy Consultancy last year
We contracted with Vensure for PEO services for Galileo Research and Strategy Consultancy last year. After a few weeks of negotiations, we had everything set up to switch to them on November 1, 2022. But at 5:15pm on October 31, 2022, they called and said they couldn't get health insurance for our employees. So we agreed to stick with our current PEO. Now we have 2 employees who need prescriptions covered by *** Shield, which would have been our carrier with Vensure. But since Vensure said they couldn't get coverage for our employees, we never got this insurance. BC/BS said Vensure has to handle it. I've been calling and emailing since Friday, January 27th, and the issue still isn't resolved. I spoke with *** at Vensure on Friday morning (Jan 27), but she hasn't answered any of my calls or messages since then. I've also sent several emails, but haven't gotten any response except for them saying they reached out to BC/BS. We think this needs to be escalated because our employees need coverage from our current provider, not *** Shield.
Our problems started when they took over from the previous company that provided our services
Our problems started when they took over from the previous company that provided our services. They sent out many emails saying that nothing would change and that they would maintain the small business feel, but there have been nothing but problems. Our customer relations contact has changed at least 4 times since they took over. Our payroll contact has changed 3 times. The payroll portal has gone down multiple times, making it impossible to submit payroll. When we asked for help with the portal being down and submitting payroll, we received pushback and were told to wait and keep checking for the portal to be back up. This has taken time away from working on our business some weeks. Sometimes, when payroll has been submitted and drafted from our account, it hasn't been deposited. When we reached out for an explanation, the response was "we know, we don't know why, but you'll get it." Payroll hasn't consistently been drafted on the same date, and there have been instances where payroll was drafted even when we hadn't submitted it. Additionally, the weekly admin fee we were initially told about when we signed up with the original company is different from the current admin fee, which is subject to a "checking charge" and varies for each employee. It takes multiple emails to communicate, and it's difficult to get a straightforward answer.
I've been trying to call this company but haven't had any luck
I've been trying to call this company but haven't had any luck. I know COVID-19 can make things difficult right now. I haven't had any business with this company before. Recently, during an employment background check done under my name and social security number, the company doing the check (***) informed me that my social security number has been compromised. It appeared in an *** Verification Database (***) under a different name. Someone named "***" tried to get a job at Vensure as a Landscaper/Gardner on 04/20. This has compromised my social security number. I am not this ***. In 2018, the IRS notified me that my social security number had been compromised and advised me to put credit alerts and freezes, which I did. What concerns me is that *** / The *** has my social security number under this person. I've already contacted The *** and demanded that they remove my social security number from this database under this number. I need Vensure's help to clarify this situation. For security reasons, I won't put my social security number here. But I provided a date of supposed hire and the name ***. I request that Vensure removes my SSN number from this person and also helps in getting *** / The *** to remove my social security number associated with this person. The report I have from *** says that the person doesn't seem to have been hired by Vensure. But I need answers, please. I need your help to remove my SSN that is tied to your company from any database or record out there, especially with ***. Please note that my personal credit report wasn't affected. I'm cautious. I appreciate your assistance.
Vensure is my employer's ComplaintsBoard.com-accredited PEO
Vensure is my employer's ComplaintsBoard.com-accredited PEO. They handle our health insurance plan. On 9/14, I called to cancel my health insurance policy. The customer service rep told me I couldn't cancel because my 'window to cancel had passed.' I asked for a supervisor, but they said no one was available. I got frustrated and hung up.
I went to their website and saw the ComplaintsBoard.com Accreditation seal. I clicked on it and found your report. I found their email address and emailed their benefits department on 9/15. I told them I needed form CMS L564, which I attached, filled out by them and returned ASAP. I needed it to get on a new plan and cancel my policy. The benefits administrator, whose name I've withheld, emailed me back and said a benefits specialist would contact me ASAP. But after four days, no one contacted me. So, I called the benefits administrator's phone number and got his voicemail. I left a message saying I needed help ASAP because I have surgery scheduled on Oct 4th. I also left another message today.
Later that day, another benefits administrator contacted me. He said he updated my case with 'high priority to provide me with an answer.' It's been a full week now, and I haven't heard anything except these canned responses. I also called the benefits department today and had to leave another message.
I need the ComplaintsBoard.com's help to cancel my health policy and get the form I need from Vensure to enroll in a new plan before Oct 1st. I hope you can contact them by phone to resolve this issue quickly. Their lack of responsiveness will cost me several thousand dollars in medical expenses. If this happens, I will request Arbitration for the damages caused by their lack of responsiveness.
Thank you for your help and consideration. Sincerely, a concerned ComplaintsBoard.com client
