Alight Solutions Alight - PULL YOUR FUNDS

Alight handles my mother's 401k/pension for UPMC. My parents passed away in an accident. My siblings and I are beneficiaries and have been working over 10 months to receive funds. Alight lost paperwork more times than I have fingers. They lost paperwork that I sent certified and have the receipt of who signed for it. My social security number and address went from being correct to incorrect. Then no one could speak with me because I was not able to verify my identity, even thought they had notarized paperwork with my correct social and address. 3 months have passed since they were supposed to directly deposit funds into my account. This time I was told that the account keeps erroring, which was said to be very rare, and will require special authorization for payment. I feel bad for UPMC employees, as this company maintains their retirements. I have never experienced such incompetence. I wouldn't let them manage an account for my dog!

Recommendation: Work to get your company to move your retirement funds.

Alight Solutions Unfair business practices

I have a flexible spending account with this company and had claims denied, which resulted in suspension as a patient from my provider. I called in and complained about this and since this complaint 100% of my claims have to be verified. Now I do know that they can do this,

but I was told this is sampling. In talking to coworkers who have FSA plans they have NEVER been asked for validation of a claim. Keep in mind 100% of my submissions have asked for receipts. I believe they are unfairly targeting me, and of course now that cannot change that practice because it would be obvious. I would love to talk to former employees to see if this is what is going on.

Alight Solutions A Personal Perspective on Alight Solutions

As someone who has had the opportunity to interact with Alight Solutions, I must say that my experience has been quite disappointing. The customer service provided by Alight Solutions is subpar, with long call wait times and a lack of clarity on claims processing. It's disheartening to see such a crucial aspect of service delivery fall short. The company's handling of health benefits and customer requests leaves much to be desired. It's evident that there are significant issues that need to be addressed to improve the overall customer experience. My interactions with Alight Solutions have left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Alight Solutions Zero stars

Would give this HSA custodian zero stars if I could! Horrible experiences time after time. First this company closed my HSA when I quit my employer. Um, hello HSAs are supposed to be owned by the employee and can be accessed even if you are no longer employed with the organization that was depositing your contributions and ONLY your contributions into this account. They then proceeded to tell me I couldn't transfer my money into my new HSA custodian as I needed to have my account transferred to a retail account. So after weeks of trying to get this sorted out with them, it finally got transferred. Now I'm waiting for them to transfer my funds to my new custodian, and every time I call, I get a different story from every rep I talk to. It's been a month now and I still haven't seen my funds be transferred to my new custodian. This company is an absolute joke! If your employer uses this HSA provider good luck, you will need it, as you will most likely get the "run around" too.

Alight Solutions Worst hr corporate benefits administration solutions - total night nightmare

I retired from MUFG Union Bank / US Bank Dec 31, 2022. US Bank who purchased MUFG Union Bank uses Alight Solutions for their HR services, including total rewards, health care, pension, beneifits, etc.
It took Alight more than 10 months to get my Health Care reimbursement set-up to work with their automated reimbursement processing. I had to spend multiple calls and several hours each call every month to get my reimbursement process and paid, this went on for 11 months before it was finally fixed in November 2023.

Now, US Bank has funded my 2024 Health Care Reimbursement amounts, but Alight has lost, misplaced, or stolen these funds as they are not in my account available for reimbursements.
Phone calls totaling more than 20 hours with multiple representatives from different departments and nobody knows what anyone else is doing to remedy the issue.
Their customer service representatives are not trained, they put you on hold and drop the call, they promise to call you back but never do.

One of their Customer Care Managers actually told me they really don't pay any attention to or care about the negative reviews, the lack of customer service, etc. He said it's all about their bottom line and getting companies to contract with them for their services.
Please tell your HR executives that are handling any possible agreements with Alight solutions to choose a different provider.

I retired from MUFG Union Bank / US Bank Dec 31, 2022. US Bank who purchased MUFG Union Bank uses Alight Solutions for their HR services, including total rewards, health care, pension, etc.

No details from the company other than they said Operations identified the issue and said it would be resolved over the weekend.

They could not give me any cause or tell me what the problem was.

Alight Solutions awful company

i am now filing a complaint with the EBSA division of the DOL. this company is the worst. I have nothing good to say. They will send u someone else’s info, they will get your beneficiary wrong, they won’t do what they say, your logins won’t work, their call center is in someplace like india. U would probably have to camp out at their headquarters front lawn for a year before u get what u need. Run run run. There is probably some level of fraud, not sure what else it could be. I still don’t have the info I need after 4 weeks of constant calls. Just file complaints to any authority since alight will not help u.

Alight Solutions Beware of Alight Solutions: Unresponsive, Misleading, and Overcharging

I recently had a less-than-ideal experience with Alight Solutions, and I want to share my story in the hopes that others can avoid the same frustration. Unfortunately, Alight took over $1,100 more from my paycheck than legally allowed, and when I tried to address this issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It's extremely frustrating when a company doesn't seem to care about their customers, and it's even worse when it involves something as important as your paycheck.

To add insult to injury, Alight seemed to know very little about the requirements outlined in the CARES Act. This resulted in them denying me certain benefits that I was clearly entitled to. It's unacceptable when an organization deliberately misleads its clients, and it's clear that they need to change their approach to customer service.

The situation became even more strange when I noticed that the mysterious $1,100 missing from my paycheck had seemingly disappeared into thin air. When I brought this to Alight's attention, they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, leaving me with even more unanswered questions.

In my opinion, a customer-centric company would never treat its customers in such a way. Unfortunately, it seems that Alight is only interested in making money without considering the needs of its clients. I've had to resort to seeking legal assistance in order to sue both Alight and John Deere for their actions. Additionally, I intend to report them to the IRS for fraudulent practices.

I sincerely hope that others can avoid a similar experience with Alight Solutions. If you're looking for a company that has your best interests in mind and can be relied on to handle your financial needs with care, I would suggest considering other options.

Alight Solutions Troubling Experience with Alight Solutions: An Advisor's Review

As a financial advisor, I recently had a troubling experience trying to roll my client's 401k out of Alight Solutions (alight.com). It was a frustrating process as we had to call them every day for over a week to get the account closed. After finally succeeding, they promised to send the check overnight using a FedEx account number we provided. Unfortunately, they did not send the check despite their promise. When my client called to ask about the whereabouts of the check, they stated that he did not provide them with the account number. My client became upset, and after Alight checked the recording, they realized they had promised to send the check and apologized for the confusion. Unfortunately, the check still did not arrive as promised.

As a professional in the financial industry, I have never experienced such issues with any other custodian before. The experience was frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I am considering filing a complaint with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on behalf of my client. I hope that others will not have to experience similar situations when dealing with Alight Solutions.

Alight Solutions Unreliable Alight Solutions: An Absolute Nightmare for Pension and Health Care Reimbursement Accounts

When it comes to managing pensions and health care reimbursement accounts, Alight Solutions may not be the most reliable option. As someone who retired from a large hospital system, I have unfortunately had more than my fair share of negative experiences with this company. Dealing with Alight has been an absolute nightmare, as I have faced multiple denials of entirely legitimate claims. To add insult to injury, the company also requires excessive duplicative documentation, which is an enormous inconvenience and makes the process more arduous than it needs to be.

While the representatives from Alight are typically pleasant, they are often woefully uninformed about the issues at hand. I have been met with incompetence on multiple occasions, and frequently hear phrases such as "I don't know" when requesting assistance. Additionally, their online records do not always match up with the mailed documents, which creates a great deal of confusion and chaos.

One of the most egregious issues that I have faced with Alight is that my pension has been in limbo for an entire 18 months due to constant miscalculations. This has caused me a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty, as I am unable to plan my future without knowing my financial situation. I have filed an appeal and even contacted the Attorney General in MA, but to no avail.

Unfortunately, my experiences with Alight are not unique. I have spoken to other retired nurses who share my lack of confidence in this company. While their profits may be huge, they clearly do not invest enough in competent customer service. Overall, I cannot recommend Alight Solutions for pension and health care reimbursement accounts based on my own experiences.

Alight Solutions Scam Alert: My Nightmare Experience with Alight Solutions While Rolling Over My Retirement Accounts

I had a very unpleasant experience working with Alight Solutions (alight.com) while trying to roll over my retirement accounts. Unfortunately, my accounts were automatically transferred to them by General Mills, simply because I failed to call back precisely 7 days from the time when I provided my rollover retirement account information. Soon after, I realized that Alight was deducting astronomical fees that nearly emptied my account.

I immediately contacted them with a series of 7 requests to have my accounts rolled over to another provider, and I always received fax confirmations. However, they kept claiming that they hadn't received my faxes or that only one account was received. Moreover, it was frustrating to learn that according to their plan policy, their Roth accounts are not transferable, meaning that you have to cash them out.

Currently, I'm still battling to have my 401k account rolled over, but it seems impossible given their lack of urgency and apparent lack of care. Alight Solutions seems to be running a major scam, particularly with their high fees, and I would caution anyone against using their services if they can avoid it. I hope that my unfortunate experience can save others from having to go through the same frustrating and costly process I did.

Alight Solutions Alight Solutions Receives Negative Reviews from Federal Employees for Thrift Savings Plan Management

Alight Solutions, a company that was recently contracted by the Federal Government Thrift Savings Plan, has been receiving negative reviews from plan members, particularly from former military and civil service employees. Many of these individuals have expressed their dissatisfaction with the TSP system since Alight Solutions took over servicing. This is concerning since TSP is a plan that current and retired federal employees rely on for their 401k plans and retirement investments. It is shocking that TSP did not research this company's ratings before entrusting them with such an important responsibility, especially since Alight Solutions has a D rating with the Better Business Bureau. Therefore, it is imperative that the Thrift Savings Plan Inspector General's office investigates this matter further to determine if there was gross mismanagement of the TSP plan or potentially something worse. The first question that needs to be answered is who was responsible for making this decision in the first place.

Alight Solutions Alight Solutions: A Predatory Company Unfit to Administer Pensions

As someone who was awarded a portion of their ex-spouse's frozen pension fund, I had hoped that the process would be straightforward and timely. Unfortunately, my ex's employer, the Cleveland Clinic, chose to use Alight Solutions as their administrator. Since October 2021, I have been attempting to receive my payout but have been repeatedly stonewalled by Alight Solutions.

Initially, they claimed that I had set up an online account and pin which I had never done. Despite my protests and insistence that I never received any temporary phone pin, Alight Solutions refused to provide any assistance in helping me divest my funds. It seems like their employees are instructed to do whatever they can to prevent payout to pensioners.

After a series of calls and emails, I was promised that a new pin would be overnight mailed to me. However, upon receiving the pin, I found out that it had already expired. This is unacceptable behavior from a company that provides such crucial services to so many people.

As I have researched further, I have come across hundreds of negative reviews and complaints about Alight Solutions on various websites. It is apparent to me that they are a predatory, poorly managed organization that should not be allowed to continue operating in their current state. Both the Cleveland Clinic and Alight Solutions should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such mistreatment of pensioners. Something must be done to force this organization to become more accountable and transparent in their dealings.

Alight Solutions Beware of Alight Solutions' Fee-Based Services: Potential Asset Reallocation & Lack of Customer Service

Alight Solutions (alight.com) is a company that offers a range of services to employees in the form of Alight Financial Services' Edelmen Financial Engine. This engine provides a free service for employees to access, with the option to use Alight as a fee-based advisor with access to the 401k Savings plan. While this may sound like a great opportunity, users need to be aware that they can inadvertently sign up for the fee-based service which allows Alight to manage your 401k investments without your input.

This is where things can become problematic. The company will send you an email welcoming you and requesting input on your goals. If you don't reply within 30 days, they will reallocate your assets without your input and charge you a significant fee. Unfortunately, their email address is often caught in spam filters, so you may never know that you received the email in your junk file.

To make matters worse, their reallocation is based on a simple algorithm that uses your age as the main criterion. This means that they may reallocate funds such as your stable income fund, which is specifically for emergencies, into core bond, large cap, and emerging market funds - a move that could cost you in the long run. In one month, you could potentially lose over 8%, as well as paying a hefty fee of $1,000 for the privilege!

Unfortunately, getting the company to address any oversight can prove challenging. When one customer contacted them about their emergency fund being reallocated into core bond funds (which had been plummeting), Alight's response was that it was okay in the long run, completely disregarding the fact that emergency funds are intended to weather the short term. Worse still, they refused to refund or even partially refund their fee, showing a complete lack of care about their client's financial wellbeing.

In summary, while Alight Solutions may offer some attractive services to employees, users need to be aware of the potential issues with their fee-based services. Signing up for this service can lead to unwanted asset reallocation with no input from you, high fees, and a lack of customer service when things go wrong.

Alight Solutions Disappointed and Frustrated: My Experience with Alight Solutions' Annuity Service

As a retiree with an annuity that was set to begin in February 2022, I was disappointed to learn that my payment and servicing of my annuity was moved from Brighthouse to Alight Solutions in October 2021. What's more concerning is that my annuity dates back to an FDIC bank takeover in the early 1990s, so I'm puzzled as to how the US government ended up choosing an incompetent company like Alight Solutions to manage my annuity. Quite frankly, I am disappointed and frustrated with the level of service I have received from Alight Solutions thus far.

To provide some context, I received my retirement annuity papers from Brighthouse in late September 2021, which I completed and sent back in mid-October 2021 via fax and mail. However, it wasn't until late December 2021 when I called Alight Solutions that I was informed that my annuity papers were no longer valid as Alight Solutions was now responsible for my annuity. This was frustrating since Alight Solutions had these documents for over two and a half months but failed to inform me that the paperwork required updating.

I was then forced to complete all the same documents once again, faxing 16 pages to them on January 28 and contacting them again the following week. Unfortunately, trying to get any useful information from Alight Solutions was a nightmare. I spent over five hours total on the phone with different Alight Solutions employees and was transferred numerous times, only to receive an unprofessional runaround. I was assured every day that someone would "look into this issue" and call me back, but to no avail. No one at Alight Solutions called me back despite their promises.

As far as I'm concerned, Alight Solutions should be replaced since their employees are clearly inept and incompetent. I plan to report this information to my Virginia state insurance bureau, as well as my US congressional representatives and senators, in the hope that someone can investigate their shady business practices. It's about time that Alight Solutions takes responsibility for their shortcomings and delivers the service that I, as a retiree, deserve.

Alight Solutions Poor Customer Service and Communication: My Experience with Alight Solutions (alight.com)

My experience with Alight Solutions (alight.com) has been disappointing to say the least. It all started when I called them on 9/28/21 to remove my daughter from my benefits and only keep her on my vision because of high COBRA costs. Jose assured me that it would be taken care of immediately, but the conversation went on for over an hour as he seemed a little confused.

On 10/4/21, I called to make sure the changes were made and to pay my benefits, only to find out that no changes were made. I spoke with Ryan and asked to speak with his supervisor, Karen. When Karen checked, she confirmed that I had benefits but they were not updated properly. She promised to fix it and call me back but unfortunately, I missed her return call.

I had to call again on 10/18/21 and thankfully this time I was able to speak with a supervisor, Josetta. She checked and found out that there were numerous issues with my account and promised to reach out to the management team.

On 10/20/21, I called again and spoke with Rob who promised to pass on my number to Josetta. When she finally called back, she still didn't have an answer and promised to call me back again.

After not receiving a call back from Josetta, I called yet again on 10/25/21 and spoke with Kay. Finally, she advised that the situation was resolved and provided me with the amount of my benefit payments.

Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare. It took me over 8 hours to resolve what should have been a simple issue. If I could give Alight Solutions a rating of 0, I would. The follow-up was terrible, communication was poor, and the customer service was appalling. I hope that Alight Solutions evaluates their service and makes some necessary changes to improve the customer experience.

Alight Solutions Nightmare experience with Alight Solutions: Lies, Incompetence, and Harassment

The experience with Alight Solutions has been a complete nightmare for me. I recently lost my ex-husband and had been receiving his pension from Alight Solutions for the past few years as per our divorce settlement agreement. However, after his passing, there were some adjustments that needed to be made to my account, which I contacted them about right away. Unfortunately, things did not go smoothly, and the entire process has been nothing short of a disaster.

Despite being assured that everything would be taken care of, I was lied to over and over again. I was told that the issue would be resolved within two weeks, then a few days, then another 7-10 days, and so on. Every time I reached out, they gave me a different excuse and still hadn't fixed the problem. In fact, it felt like every time I contacted them, the situation only got worse.

To my shock, they ended up paying me the full amount for two months, which they then wanted me to pay back. They then sent me the correct amount but also paid double for the two months! I had to return one check and then send them back the correct amount in addition to a money order to cover for the overpayment. Despite doing everything they asked, they didn't stick to their word and called me up to inform me that they had already deducted money from my monthly check for the overpayment. They then asked me to send a different money order for a slightly lower amount to make up for the 'miscalculation.'

This has been super inconvenient and frustrating for me. It's unbelievable that after spending months resolving these issues, I still have to go ahead and deal with yet another round of money orders and mail to fix their mistake. The entire experience has been outrageous, to say the least, and I'm not just going to take it lying down. I'm going to make it my mission to post negative reviews all over and also to complain to John Deere since they are effectively associated with this awful company.

Overall, I am utterly appalled by Alight Solutions' inefficiency, lies, and incompetent customer service. As someone who has been grieving a significant loss, the last thing I needed was this kind of harassment and stress. It's clear they have zero regard for their customers, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have FMLA through Alight. There have been some issues lately with my time. I have called and called only to be on hold for hours. 11/19 I was on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes and was never able to speak to anyone. I have reached out to their webchat team and was told that a supervisor would be calling but never received a call. People were leaving note...

Alight Solutions Working really hard to fix THEIR mistake!

My daughter was born and obviously had to report that. The online site said her social was invalid so naturally I call for help. Now, 2 months later I am STILL trying to get her added to my insurance even though I took all of the necessary steps in the allotted time.

Awful. First off I hate automated sysytems but I get why we have them, However, I have 3 children under 4 so when you use a call and response method versus a keypad, the system picks up my kids and keeps delaying progress. Then, I spend 5 minutes going through the prompts only for them to tell me that they aren't open yet (might be good to say that first!). I know I could've looked that up, but we are up at 6:30am every day so 9am in basically the afternoon, lol.

Okay, I am pretty sure your people are outsourced. I cannot stand when people cannot converse with me in my native language (American English). It makes it difficult for them to understand the problem and how to fix it and judging from their replies, they have no idea how frustrating this entire ordeal has been. All I needed was to add my daughter to my insurance...simple right?
2/25 First phone call they added her to my dependent's list. (not what I asked for)
2. Asked for her to be added to my insurance...they added her without her social.
3. Asked again for her to be added. They added her (Yay!)...but now she was in there twice.
4. Called to have the entry removed without the social...done...
5. Called because they added her to the NEW plan year, but not to the existing plan year when she was born...
6. Called because the insurance company still did not have her information. They opened a ticket...would be fixed soon.
4/12 7. Calling again today because after a week she is still not on my insurance.

Meanwhile, we are asking the hospital to not put us into collections as the bills are piling up waiting to be processed by insurance. I HATE Alight and I hope Target drops them as soon as possible! If you are a company looking to hire them on, choose someone else, anyone else would be better!

Alight Solutions Incredible Dining Experience: My Experience at Michelin-Starred Restaurant

My previous employer used this organization for their benefits and retirement accounts. Their site was continually buggy, nonfunctional, and difficult to navigate; to the point where nearly every action needed to be taken via their customer line. Once on the line, they require you to communicate with a machine, which continually sends you in circles until you eventually get to a representative. Once you get a representative, there is no guarantee that they can assist with your problem, often resulting in multiple calls (again dealing with the difficult AI). If you are looking at someone to manage your benefits, do NOT choose Alight.

Alight Solutions Alight Solutions: A Nightmare of Corporate Benefits Provider

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Alight Solutions (alight.com) as my corporate benefits provider, and I have to say, my experience has been nothing short of torturous. I cannot believe that my employer fell for their sales pitch, and I would not wish this provider on my worst enemies.

First of all, let's talk about their website. It is clearly designed by someone who has no idea what they're doing. The login process is a nightmare, and the homepage is cluttered with irrelevant pop-ups about things that I completed years ago. But that's just the tip of the iceberg.

What really gets me is that they have completely wiped out their "Contact Us" page. That means no phone contact, no email, no online contact form, and no way to chat with a human. Are they trying to tell me to go frack myself? It's the closest thing to a giant middle finger that they could possibly give.

My experience with Alight Solutions has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless their objective is to punish their employees and send them through the rings of hell. If I could rate this junk as negative one hundred stars, I would.

Alight Solutions Alight Solutions (alight.com) Review: Poor Customer Service, Incompetence, and Frustration

After using Alight Solutions (alight.com) for my J&J benefits, I must say that I had an extremely frustrating experience. I found their customer service to be lackluster and their overall service to be extremely incompetent. One of my biggest issues with the company was their inability to provide any kind of statements by mail for my 401K account, even after multiple requests. This delay extended for months and resulted in me having to deal with super long phone wait times.

Speaking of phone wait times, they were never ending and it took me ages to get through to someone who could provide me with an answer to my questions. I was also surprised by how they did not honor simple requests for basic statements, often choosing to ignore or delay them rather than taking swift action. Even worse, when they did eventually send me statements, they were often not appropriate and rather a mass of data dump of 50 pages of thousands of line items for each single transaction and amount! This caused me further frustration and wasted my time.

Additionally, their website was non-functional and I was unable to even download or view simple 1099-R statements. I felt powerless to demonstrate or prove any holdings from J&J, which was disheartening as it left me unsure of where I stood with them. Overall, my experience with Alight Solutions (alight.com) was beyond disappointing and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Alight Solutions Avoid Alight Solutions: Poor Quality Control, High Trading Fees, and Frustration with Website

As someone who has had personal experience with Alight Solutions, I have unfortunately seen a great deal of problems since my company switched to them from Fidelity. I have found that this has resulted in a frustrating experience that has been riddled with issues that take far too long to be resolved, if at all.

One major issue that I have encountered has been that of poor quality control. For example, there was a QDRO on my account and without warning, they changed my mailing address to that of my ex-spouse "by mistake," leading to significant confusion and upheaval. Additionally, they withdrew thousands of dollars more than my ex-spouse was entitled to, which was both frustrating and concerning.

Another problem I have encountered with this company is their trading fees. None of the other large custodians I have dealt with charge trading fees, so this was definitely a surprise and an unwelcome one at that.

In addition to these specific problems, I have generally found that the Alight Solutions website is difficult to use and lacks important information. For example, there is no realized gain/loss information available, which I have found to be an important piece of information for my investment strategy.

Furthermore, the login form for the website is almost comically bad and is incompatible with password management applications like LastPass, which makes it even more difficult to navigate and use.

Overall, I have had enough of Alight Solutions and am currently exploring the possibility of pursuing legal action. The problems I have experienced with this company feel borderline criminal, and I would caution anyone against working with them until they have significantly improved the quality of their services.

My recent experience with Alight Solutions has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. As a mother and wife, it is crucial that my family continues to be covered under our insurance plan. Unfortunately, due to a lack of communication or knowledge from the agents at Alight Solutions, our coverage is now at risk of being lost.

What aggravates me even more is that one representative told me everything was fine, only for us to receive a letter stating the opposite. Additionally, when providing proof of my marriage, which was properly sealed by the state, Alight Solutions still rejected it as insufficient. How can they not see the authenticity of a state seal?

The lack of care and assistance from Alight Solutions has made this the worst experience for me. It's unbelievable that a company that claims to provide employee benefits would allow such deficiencies in their verification processes. I just don't understand why any employer would continue to use them if they truly value the well-being of their workers and their families.

On top of all this, anytime I requested to speak with a manager or higher-up, the representatives seem to brush me off and claim that no one is available. It's disheartening to feel so disregarded and unheard. Overall, I would not recommend Alight Solutions as a reliable or helpful company for insurance verification.

Alight Solutions Unacceptable Customer Care: A Review of Alight Solutions for DXC Technologies

Alight Solutions is a service provider for DXC Technologies, however, their customer care department has received criticism for their level of service. Some customers have claimed that the employees are incompetent and that the self-service website is unusable, confusing, and inoperable. In fact, the customer service representatives themselves have admitted that the website is useless. The IVR and phone services are also said to be poor, with calls frequently dropping and CSRs not keeping a record of previous calls, causing customers to have to start from the beginning every time they call.

As an executive, it is difficult to see any reason why anyone would hire Alight Solutions to manage employee benefits. It is simply unacceptable to receive such poor service from a company responsible for such an important aspect of your business. It is strongly advised to steer clear of doing business with this company.
