The company charges excessive fees for shipping. I purchased a bathing suit of very light material weight and was charged $9.95 for it to be shipped to me. I mistakenly used their return shipping label and was charged an additional $6.95 to ship it back. In the end, a $62.00 item cost me $16.90 (figure out that percentage!) in shipping and handling charges. The orginal charge on my credit card of $71.95 retuned me a $55.05 credit!
WOW! I will never shop Venus.com again.
PS - the bathing suit was made of low quality material

You should have called them. They would have refunded that charge after explaining it to you. You probably used a free shipping promotional code. If you read the details of these offers they very clearly state that you will be charged the appropriate shipping if you return items for refund, and that refund drops your order total below the $100 threshold. The return label also tels you that there is a charge for its use. You don't have to use that label, you can ship it any way you choose at your expense. It's not fair to complain without first allowing the company to make the problem right. As for the quality...I've bought their stuff for 15 years. Their swimsuits are awesome, and if I've had a problem (once) they were quick to rectify it. Be fair! Their shipping is cheaper than most companies, by the way.

I placed several orders recently and used one free shipping code...I did not see anywhere that would tell me about charging if I returned it. I returned several items and kept several, I basically was penalized because I kept more merchandise than would allow me to send back over $100 worth. I did online chat with the company, they said they would refund my $7.95 which I am pleased with, but I do feel the practice to begin with is rather shady. Free shipping should just be free shipping, otherwise just don't offer it. Another item I am sending back, using their prepaid label, I fully understand the process there. I await to see how that will go.

Got ripped off on the return shipping myself. What a scam. Should be reported for false statements

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service. The representative (Laina) and the manager (Michelle) both acted as if I were bothering them. Maybe I interrupted their break or something. Anywho, Venus sent an email stating that my package would be here on a specific date. UPS says that the package goes to the post office which was never explained. Just a big mess to sum it all up. Will never order from them again!"

It clearly states on the inside of the front cover of the Venus catalogs, under "Free Shipping Details", as well as on Venus.com, that if you return items that drop your grand total below the qualifying promotional amount (usually $100) that you will be charged the associated shipping. CLEARLY STATED! Please check your facts before posting false statements.

I agree completely with all the aforementioned complaints! we returned an unworn sweater that truthfully was over the 3 month return limit... was assured by customer service reps there would be no problem because garment still had tags and was unworn! sent back march 12 2016 this is march 26 2016.. rep cedera stated it had still not been processed! I was assurd my mom would either receive a refund back to her venus account or a merchandise certificate.. stop j*ing us around!

3 mounts ago I buy some items from this page online and then one clothes is brooken and another is wrong size so and put back in the mail like theyre tell me but I never receive my new clothes and call so many times and anybody help me only told me someone call you back acctually im waithing the call and my clothes or my money back..

Hey this is no complaint. I love you guys. You have helped a 56 yr old woman look absolutely beautiful. Where I stay now, I call it buckeye town. Nobody has my styles. I always get compliments. Thank you so much Venus.

3 mounts ago I buy whit this company but when I have my order one pieces is brooken and another is bad size and im put in the mail for back and change but never recibe the new clothes and call so many times and the people tell me someone call you back and fix the problem but never call me.. so im waithing theyre call me and send me my clothes too.

Que pena ! Esta venus me ha dejado un amargo sabor .. nunca mas shop online .. US no vera nunca mas mi sudado dinero Canadiense, me han cobrado Venus afiliada a Landmark $100 por envios y dutty o cualquier otro cuento de una compra de $150 .. que tuve que devolver porque la ropa de esta venus es horrible de mala calidad y super grande es para mujeres gigantescas y culonas ... sin embargo ponen las tallasy medidas como si fueeran las regulares ... horrible experiencia y ahora donde voy para que me devuelvan mi Dutty and Taxes de algo que no compre y pague por el envio ... Delicuentes de mierda ...
