Like Vetfriends to pay for return shipping (very minimal) for Veteran license plate frame . Because the frame covers the state name and it is illegal OK bought 2 veteran license plate frames . Recvd them perfect . Put on vehicles but on my old 66 gto I had to redrill holes for older type plate bracket NO PROBLEM . I was then informed the frames cover state name ARIZONA and that could be a possible $300 fine ! So I contacted the seller and explained I would like to return , just the one that I didn't have to drill holes , they said fine BUT no return shipping was to be paid because frames were not damaged . My complaint is why wasn't it posted that in Arizona , and there are a few more states , possible fines to occur ?! I really cant believe that they sold , not purposely , me a product that might as well be broken because it is illegal to display ! And they claim to be VET FRIENDS !

I have a membership with vet friends billed monthly
I have a membership with vet friends billed monthly. I wish to cancel membership, & have tried for 3 months via email & phone, with no response. I purchased a monthly membership to vetfriends, on February 21. The details were as follows: Username: ***@gmail.com Paid: $9.97 Member Level: Gold (monthly) *** Los Angeles, CA 90068 XXXXXXXXXX Since then, the account is no longer necessary, and the website promised we could cancel our membership at any time. However, I have emailed and called multiple times over the past three months, and they have no responded in any way, and continue to charge for the account. I have reached out on social media, I have left messages, and nothing seems to work. There is no place to take our credit card out of the website, so we will continue to be charged indefinitely until we either cancel our card or are able to get vetfriends to stop charging us for the monthly membership we no longer desire.

Paid 97.00 for membership in Sep 2019 based on promotional incentives and I have received nothing and it's now been a year. Per the info above. Sep 24, 2019 I paid 97.00 to VetFriends for Lifetime Membership and they advertised several military incentives that I have not received yet and that is the dog tags. I've sent an email every 3-4 weeks since September and they have not responded except one to say we are working on it and that was in March . I've reached out again and no response or communications. I've also spoken to many military members of the community who indicated they did not pay a single penny to join vetfriends so I asked them about that and they have not responded. There is no account number,, just my name. I feel like I have been scammed all together and this company has failed in every way, shape or form in proivding me resolution to my complaint against them on multiple occassions (at least 15 in the last year alone). I really would like to get my 97.00 back or they live up to the promotional incentives advertised for me to join this group.

On July 3,2020 I placed an on line order with Vet Friends in Mt Pleasant, SC. Order number is XXXXXX. It was a US Veteran Hat with DD-214 Alumni Text and National Service Ribbon Graphic. On July 5 I was notified order was placed and again notified it had shipped on July 7 and given USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I have tracked the shipment every day and sometimes multiple times a day and it continues to show arrived at post office in Mt Pleasant and says "package acceptance pending" and has not moved for more than a month. I have sent six e-mail messages asking for help or to duplicate the order and resend and get a standard reply " Check your tracking number". I have called the number they have listed on the web [protected] seven times. There is a recording and you are put on hold for awhile and the phone then disconnects. I sent one last email to VetFriends asking for help on Thursday morning Aug 6,2020. I asked politely for help and said I would give them 24 hours to respond or I was left with no choice but to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I should have done a better job of checking previous complaints from other folks regarding this company but I figured a former Vet dealing with a former Vet I would not have been taken in. The money involved in my order is minimal but I do expect customer service help when requested and can"t believe I have to resort to asking for help from a third party.

Order # *** Charge on my account: 06/01 VETFRIENDS.COM LLC / [protected] SCUS : POS Transaction -$51.94 I ordered a hoodie for my father and when it arrived it was the wrong ship he served on, wrong size and the quality was poor. I emailed them on 6/9 at the email address online and the one they give on their recording when you call. It states that "for quicker service" email us then it beeps. Doesn't tell you to leave a message or that it's hanging up not to mention it's false. It's not quicker. Anyway, La Teisha Brown replied on 6/11. Below is the body of the email: "We have an open 365-day return and exchange policy. Please return your order to: VetFriends.com 547 Long Point Rd, Ste. 113 Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 For us to properly process your return, please include a note explaining that you would like a refund that includes your order number and your email address used to place the order. We will contact you by email as soon as we receive your package. We automatically issue a store credit gift card for any returned item that is able to be restocked. If you do not wish to use the store credit gift card, please contact [protected]@vetfriends.com, as the customer service team would have handed the matter over to the returns team" I did what she instructed, included a note, shipped it USPS & tracked it. I immediately emailed support and returns notifying them I do not want a store credit. No response. They received the shirt back on 6/22 at the front desk/mail room at 2:57pm. I emailed [protected]@vetfriends.com and copied [protected]@vetfriends.com again showing the tracking info stating they received it and notified them I did not want a store gift card but wanted my money back. I emailed 2 more times and called several times since then and no one has replied or even answered the phone. They require you to pay shipping both ways so now I've spent over $16 in shipping to receive nothing and still haven't heard from anyone regarding my $50 refund.

This is a copy of the third email sent to Vetfriends trying to resolve my problem with them. I have copies of all correspondence to back up what is stated below. Please remove my personal contact info before posting on your site. Please notice that I have very patiently contacted you on two previous occasions about not receiving my lifetime membership gifts. After receiving a confirmation email on Nov. 16 welcoming me to your family of veterans and acknowledging my lifetime membership telling me my membership gifts should arrive within 14 days, I sent an email approximately 6 weeks later on Dec. 31 informing you that the gifts had not been received. On Jan 9 I received a reply from you informing me that gifts are automatically sent out about 3-4 weeks after sign up. I accepted this although the first email said within 14 days. I sent another inquiry email Feb 3, approximately 11 weeks after sign up informing you the gifts still have not arrived and politely ask you to track the delay. It has now been 4 month, approximately 17 weeks and have not received any correspondence from you or gifts. Reviewing complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com, I am seeing this happening a lot with a catch phrase about the membership is for services and the gifts are not what the membership is paid for. Well, don't offer the gifts if you don't want to send them. I have not used any of the services and bought the membership for the license plate frame thinking the extra cost was helping a good cause/service. I need you to contact me about the gifts. You don't seem to follow up unless a customer goes to ComplaintsBoard.com or further. I don't want to do that, I just want what you advertise on your site.
