I would give them negative stars if I could. This company has no customer service or business honor at all. They do not honor their coupons claiming bogus exemptions even though one rep, via an online chat, verified that the coupon was valid. Even after that, the coupon code still would not work. They do not return emails or phone calls. They do not accept incoming calls. It makes sense that they are not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited after looking at all the complaints people have registered in regards to bad faith business practices. So anyway, that's what happened to me... bug in my collagen peptides, sent a nice note to *** and received no reply nor any customer service accommodation. Unfortunately with the most recent issue, they have completely ignored all emails and phone calls to fix a problem that is their fault. I've spoken to customer service twice and each time they said they would send me a return label so that I can return the item that I did not want, and they have failed to send me a return label. Both times they said they would send me a return label but all I've received is an email with a case number without a return label. I'd leave no stars if possible. So we signed up for a subscription and the advertisement said you save 35% if you auto-renew. So we set that up. After our first 2 shipments the price went back up. I talk to customer support and said "what gives?" they say the 35% is only for the first 2 shipments. I said, "didn't say anything about that in your advertisement" she says 'it's in the terms and conditions' I could have accepted small print on the ad but this was straight up false advertisement. I bring this up with them and they could have cared less. I said cancel my subscription then and they say 'OK' not a bit of how can I make this right, i'm sorry etc.

I have subscribed to Vital Proteins for products over the last 2 years. I never had a complaint until May-July . My last 3 orders all had problems. One I was charged for and never received the product. The second package, the safety seals on the bottles were broken and product was leaking. My third packaged arrived with live mealworms in the box. The safety seal on the supplements was broken. I I have reached out to customer service through emails (with photos) and I have tried calling with no response. I have waited on hold several times and been disconnected before ever reaching a live person. Tried to cancel an order that had not shipped but was charged for. They finally after about a month shipped the product that I just received and expires in less than 2 months. I am asking to refund my money and provide me with a shipping label. Spending $85 on an item I will be ingesting that expires in less than 2 months from when I received it is unacceptable. Now I know why they had it on sale, no longer fresh. I want a refund. Or at a minimum I want a replacement that is fresh and does not expire in less than 2 months. I don't plan on using this everyday therefore much of this product will go to waste.

I've checked the tracking number and it only indicates a label has been made, no movement for 10 days. That's weird. Contacting this company is a NIGHTMARE! There are several ways to do it, but never any contact with anyone and obviously No resolution. I am currently #1 in the que to "echat" with someone. My wait time is down to 2 minutes. It's been that way for over an hour. No one is going to answer or call me back. That's no way to treat your customers.

On May 15 Vital Proteins did an automatic withdrawal of $42.50 for items that have not been sent. I called on May 25, and was sent to an answering machine. I left a message about the missing product, and they changed it from not fulfilled to fulfilled, but have not shipped anything. When you click on the UPS link they provided, it states that they created a label, but never dropped of the items to be shipped. I have contacted them numerous times through email and on the phone. I always get sent to a voicemail, and never get a response. I have since cancelled my subscription with them, and just want the $42.50 they took without sending a product in exchange. It has been a month since they withdrew the money, I should have have the product, or at lease a response by now.

How I knew this was when I opened the box and the chocolate on the protein bar had melted and run into the box. Seeing that, I looked at the packaging and noticed that they were not sealed properly. It is now 7/14 and after calling multiple times, not getting anyone on the phone, but leaving voicemail messages, emailing, and even emailing the *** I have had no response from the company.This is a huge concern for me as I have an autoimmune disease and have to be very careful about what I put in my body. Somehow the subscription keeps going to my old address even though my account shows my new address as the only option. I have reached out the company via email and phone with no response. I now have two missing orders from June 12 and July 10 both at $18.75 each. I have sent multiple emails where their website says they will respond within 48 hours, it has been several days with no response. Their chat feature is always unavailable. I have called multiple times and can never get through to anyone, I just wait on hold for a long time and am forced to leave a message. Their business hours are the same as my working hours. They falsely floated the advertisement to harvest email addresses like mine and are adapting practices of ill repute, and did not deliver. I have ordered three sample vital proteins of 5 oz capacity bottles each, of different flavors as Vital Proteins advertised, and also provided a discount code 'PERFBUNDLE5OZQR' as advertised, to avail of this opportunity to get those bottles to try their products for "Free of cost" order number [protected] This order was placed on jan 23 2021 and an email confirmation was received by me. There was no communication after that at all and I was under the impression the order will get fulfilled and I will be communicated accordingly. As nothing of that sort happened, I checked status of the order online and was surprised to see the order was unilaterally cancelled by the company, no communication or explanation was given. Bought from Costco about 1 month ago, one third way through 24 oz container and found a glove buried in the container. Number of container by QR code is 30535993HA. Today November 19th was when I discovered the glove. Feeling a little uncomfortable about buying again. I have had 3 containers so far with no problems.

Spouse has been trying to cancel for 3 months now. Email. Phone. Message. Nothing. Ill be contacting ComplaintsBoard.com and states attorneys general offices.
The product isn't bad but the service is horrible. Multiple times I had issues with shipping and had to make multiple attempts to get their customer service to help. Unfortunately with the most recent issue, they have completely ignored all emails and phone calls to fix a problem that is their fault. I canceled all my subscriptions, yet they still charged me and sent me an unwanted product. I will never buy from them again.
I have subscribed to Vital Proteins for products over the last 2 years. I never had a complaint until May-July . My last 3 orders all had problems. One I was charged for and never received the product. The second package, the safety seals on the bottles were broken and product was leaking. My third packaged arrived with live mealworms in the box. The safety seal on the supplements was broken. I I have reached out to customer service through emails (with photos) and I have tried calling with no response. I have waited on hold several times and been disconnected before ever reaching a live person. All I want is for the company to acknowledge these complaints and refund my money.I am so disappointed and do not recommend ordering products from Vital Proteins.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE EMAILS YOU BACK. I SUBSCRIBED FOR A ONCE A MONTH DELIVERY AND THEY CHARGED ME 4 TIMES SENT 4 PRODUCTS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND WONT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CALLS. FRAUD ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
