I'm supposed to get a refund because I am unsatisfied with their product and they have money back Guarantee policy. Haven't got it nor return Slip I'm supposed to get a refund because I am unsatisfied with their product and they have money back Guarantee policy. Haven't got it nor return Slip To send the product back to them and now they have me just holding on to a box with no refund. Given the multiple "system errors" and horrible customer service on their end I can't wait any longer for my refund

They have taken $130.47 since the first withdrawal of $50.49. I have not received any product and I had canceled. I ordered the first 3 months supply and got charged $50.49 introduction offer. I canceled after that and since have been charged every month since of 39.99 for 2 months and this month 50.49. I have not received any product for the charges and had canceled prior to these payments being taken. I have emailed and tried calling without any satisfaction.

I Never Authorized a purchase with Viviscal. Yet, they decided to still process the order and mail it out after I emailed them to not process/ship. On October 14th at 8:59a I emailed Viviscal after I received an email from them letting me know that an order was not able to be processed. I emailed them letting them know that I Did Not Authorized the purchase and to please go ahead cancel and refund the $53.09 that I was charged and to also not ship anything to me. I got an email back from them letting me know that the billing agreement was cancelled, but also proceeded to ship the products to me. They never refunded me the $53.09 either. Now I am getting Collection calls for the remaining $89.98 (2nd and 3rd payment due), disregarding the fact that I initially informed them that I NEVER Authorized the purchase and to CANCEL AND NOT SHIP anything to me. I have emailed them trying to settle this issue to no avail. Which led me to here and file a complaint. Seems like this company doesn't care nor want to cancel any orders whether they were authorized or not. And then, proceed to send you to collections after you tried to contact or ask them to cancel the order. I should not be held responsible for something Viviscal decided to proceed with after being told the purchase was not authorize, please cancel the order, and do not ship anything.

Viviscal Shady billing practices

Shady billing practices. Confirmed one amount and charged a higher amount on credit card. Order #XXXXXXXXXX Confirmation was for 45.96 including tax and discount. Credit card was "pending charge" from Viviscal for 45.96 but ultimately changed to 54.78 as the final charge. I called and they said the email is wrong and that in an effort to get out a confirmation email quickly the send it with the wrong price. In no scenario does the 54.78 charge make any sense. I subscribed for the Nourishing and volume premium kit (see pic below) from ***. I have included my confirmation and a screenshot of the ultimate charge. Quite shady.

Company did not cancel my subscription. I asked this company to cancel my subscription. I removed my payment information and billing/shipping address from my account. Asked them to delete my account, and cancel any future orders. They have taken *** out of my bank account today.

I placed an order then emailed the company asking to cancel it. I placed an order then emailed the company asking to cancel it. I never got the label and honestly, due to covid, I forgot about it, there were more important things happening. It wasn't until I got a collection call that they were trying to bill me. That brings me to my next complaint. I feel like this was a bait and switch. The commercial never clearly stated this was a 3 month payment plan. I thought what I paid was it, no more additional charges. I am now trying to return it so I am not billed anymore and they told me no. I have the email requesting to cancel this order. I do not want this product. I never got the return label! And now, they don't want to help me.

Viviscal Canada first charged me twice for a product, I only wanted one of. As well I returned the item of June 4 and I have not received an email When I purchased Viviscal in may , I received an error that there was a system payment error, naturally I went back to repurchase it. To my surprise I got billed two for a product I only wanted one of. I sent one of the products back and I was waiting and waiting for a refund back. I finally called June 14 and they finally "gave " me back the refund I am currently still waiting on. As well as I asked for a copy of cancelation as I do not want this product and they told me I need to wait 1-3 business days. Not to mention they lied about how much they were charging me monthly

The customer service never reply and charged more than product's actual price.The subscription charge way more early than the date I ordered. 1:I ordered the TV offer and the price supposed to be $49.04 but it actually charged me $58.49,I email so many times and receive no respond at all. 2:I want to cancel my subscription because I am not longer in the US and I also email the costumer service so so so many times and still did not receive any respond. I mailed my product back to Viviscal within the time allotted for a full refund but did not give me a refund. They do not respond to emails or calls. Writing in reference to order # XXXXXXXXXX. I purchased Viviscal with their "new client" deal, wherein the consumer receives a three month supply of product but they only charge you $39.99 the first month. I took it for a week and it made my skin break out in acne so I stopped taking it. Shortly after, I got another charge on my credit card for $39.99. I called their customer service number and finally got to talk to someone. The customer service representative told me I could mail the entire supply back to them and get a full refund since it was within their timeframe for returns. She told me to write my order number on the package so it would get processed quickly. I did this. Since mailing it back, I have been charged a third time. I was also told that my subscription would be canceled but it has not been. I have talked to someone from Viviscal on Instagram DMs and on June 24, they said my refund should be issued within 5-7 days. It is now July 17 and there has been no word from them or refund to my credit card account. My end goal is to get a full refund and stop Viviscal from ever charging me again. I have no products from them so they should have no reason to charge my card again but I do not trust that they won't start sending me product again.

I still have not received the order placed on 8/23- there is not an active order on my acct. My credit card was charged. Not receiving a response I have not received my order placed on 8/23. There are no active orders on my account with them. There is no saved credit cards. They charged my card. I have contacted them three times and have not received any response from them. At this point, I just want my money refunded to the card that was used

Viviscal I ordered a starter kit from this company, but the service has been poor.

I ordered a starter kit from this company. They keep debiting money without sending any products. Initially, they sent one kit, then billed me twice more without delivery. They even charged me for tablets I never ordered. Now, they've sent a debt to collections after I blocked further charges. They claim I owe more despite the issues and only two shipments, one incorrect. The product also damaged my hair. I've paid a significant amount, but they allege I owe more. This company seems fraudulent and I believe they owe me.

This is the second time I am complaining. The first time they told me I would get a price adjustment. I marked the issue as resolved but it is not. The advertised price is not the price they charge...they charge more. They called and said they would refund. I was sent a follow up from the ComplaintsBoard.com and I marked the issue as resolved. I have not been refunded anything so I would like to re-open the case.

I signed up for 3 months Viviscal and the product was allergic to me. I cancelled the account online, but still sending due letters from collection. I signed up for Viviscal trial for 3 months, but I was not satisfied with the product, because it was allergic to me. So immediately I cancelled the account online. After cancellation of account I have not received any products from Viviscal. But Viviscal is kept charging me, and sent my account to collections. I never received any confirmation regarding my subscription was cancelled, but the credit card details were seen removed. Now Viviscal is sending collection letters for $ 39.99. I contacted the Viviscal customer care Representative and explained that the subscription was cancelled. The Representative claims, Viviscal sent a package after cancellation, in October, but I did not received any product after cancellation or in October. I told the representative clearly that the subscription is already cancelled online and I have not received any product in October after cancellation of account. I feel that Viviscal is trying to charge me for a product that unsatisfied for me and cause health issues to me.

Continued automatically billing even after i've cancelled I enrolled in their auto ship program. I cancelled way back at the end of *** and I have called and emailed many times and they are still choosing to wrongly charge me *** every month! Plus, they aren't even shipping me the product! I cancelled bc I can't afford it and am a single mom trying to get through this awful year with losing my job back in August. So now I am having to deal with my credit card company over this whole horrible ordeal. And this is a time consuming process as well. If anyone asks me about this company I absolutely positively tell them not to purchase their products. Horrible customer service and I am very dissatisfied! I will not recommend them to anyone and will make sure to leave reviews about how they actually treat their customers so badly.

Viviscal Monthly deal advertised on website is wrong

Monthly deal advertised on website is wrong. Charged me $35 (with promo code) and then a few days later attempted to charge $40 AGAIN. I bought the new customer nourishing kit which is advertised on their website as 39.99 per month. My order number is XXXXXXXXXX. It literally says it in huge bold numbers. Now they are saying my $35 original payment didn't go through, but then how would I have purchased it and gotten a confirmation email? It obviously went through and they are lying about it. I even have my billing statement. And they tried to charge me again for $40 saying there "was a problem with the payment" but I originally paid $35 not $40 and it WENT THROUGH ORIGINALLY ANYWAY. Obviously a scam. Luckily I turn my active transactions off until I want to make a purchase with my card so their second scam charge didn't go through. So I talked to customer service online and got the cancellation number XXXXXXXX. I asked for an email confirming cancellation and have not received one.

Viviscal Viviscal took my money but refused to send me the order I paid for

Viviscal took my money but refused to send me the order I paid for. They printed out a FedEx label but did not mail the order. Will not refund money. Viviscal Ltd. is completely unethical, dealing in fraudulent practices of taking the customer's money but then not shipping the order. They create a fake FedEx label, but do not produce a package for FedEx to ship. Evidently Vivical thinks it is clever to create a shipping label and charge customers' credit cards and inform the customer that the order has shipped, while FedEx is swearing that they never received anything from Viviscal - it is a "Faux Label" to a package that does not exist. Customer service - including supervisors (*** is one of them) refuse to refund the stolen money or mail out the order that was paid for. They charged me nearly $300 for a fake FedEx tracking number! I am going to have to file fraud reports with my credit card company, the FTC, and the Attorneys General of California and New Jersey (where Viviscal's parent company, *** & *** is located).

Viviscal I signed up for the 3 month shipment

I signed up for the 3 month shipment. I tried to cancel after the 1st month and they kept charging me. I disputed and they sent my acct to collections I signed up for the 3 month shipment of Viviscal. After the first month my skin started breaking out so I went online to cancel my subscription. I never received confirmation my subscription was cancelled. I then called and was told that I had to continue the subscription even though there was a 90-day money back guarantee. When I tried to ship back the products they wouldn't send me a shipping label or tell me where I could return it. Finally I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. Once I did that Viviscal contacted me and said I owed $39 but I had tried to cancel numerous times before that. I told them no, that I wasn't going to pay the $39 because I had already paid hundreds and wanted my money back after trying to cancel. They said it had now passed the 90-day return period and I couldn't return the product. Then I received a notice my account had been sent to collections.

I happened to look at my bank statement recently and saw that money had been withdrawn for this product. I went back to previous bank statements and found a second charge. I called and was told that I only had a 90 money back guarantee for the product. This was *** and she again said she cancelled the order, cancellation # XXXXXXXX XX/14 @ 1:47 pm. I did not even receive the product. I had to speak with a manager, *** and was told that they would credit me back for one of the debit items but not the latter one. They never cancelled my order from the beginning. This is what the Manager. *** stated to me. They have been charging my bank account without my knowledge or permission. I find this to be fraudulent. I am being told that someone will contact me within 1-3 business with a decision. I find this answer unacceptable. How can a company just continue to charge a customer after a cancellation and then state that I only have a 90 money back guarantee? I believe that my order # was LIFG XXXXXXXX. The debit dates were 06/25 for *** and 09/24

Viviscal Product made me have a rash

Product made me have a rash. Tried to return remainder as the commercial stated and it wasn't accepted. Then they have had collections after me since. Hi there, I bought this product online at at promotion on seen on TV at *** The product made me have an extreme rash and I had an allergy to it. I tried to return remainder as the commercial stated you should/could do, and it wasn't accepted. I paid the initial payment but since I returned it, I didnt expect they would charge me for the remainder as they stated on the commercial says you will get ALL of your money back if not satisfied. Since then they have had their collections company (Viviscal Collections file File # XXXXXXXX) after me trying to get the remainder of the money INSTEAD of refunding the money I originally paid. They are threatening sending to another collections agency after me and that it will go onto my credit report. The amount they are stating I OWE THEM is over $75. Please ensure I do not receive any further collections letters as they actually should OWE ME the $40.74 I paid up front (reference original order # XXXXXXXXXX) on 11/3), as stated in their commercial... "return and get a full refund if you are not fully satisfied." I would also like for them to completely delete my online account with them as there is NO WAY to do this online. Thank you for your help
