They sent me a wrong wig in the different color I never ordered. Absolutely different. I ordered the black one, got the red instead. Don't know what exactly happened and whose fault it is, as a customer I don't really care, I excluded my fault as I checked everything carefully before trying to contact them.
By the way, contacting them is a hopeless thing. Out of ten times, they picked up the phone just once. Knowing it may be the first and the last time I reached them I explained the situation with all the details and wanted to know what I had to do. They apologized and said they don't accept the returns. Why? I haven't even worn it.
I want you to refund in full, it's my right. I don't want you to think I won't fight for my money. So the story hasn't finished yet, but I want to warn you not to deal with them. You will regret.
