My charger broke and needed replacement.
My husband went into Vodacom Malelane due to the contract being in
his Name HF van Rooyen - [protected]
He did not have my phone, but the phone info was looked up by the sales guy
on the system and we bought the Charger.
when I opened the box the charger inside was to small I told my husband someone made a mistake
My husband went back - this time with my phone
(according to Vodacom the phone info on their system is not the same as the phone we brought in (that can't be) don't know what phone we are paying for
We were informed that we can't get a credit due to the box being damaged and we had to pay again for the correct charger.
My husband asked for the manager - but she ran into her office and closed the door not coming out again (hiding in the office)
Of Course the box was damage i had to get inside to test the charger
This is unacceptable that we now have a charger that we can not use
The Vodacom shop in Malelane made the mistake not us
Desired outcome: money back for the wrong charger that was given to us by Vodacom
