I was on the phone for over two hours, 2 techs later nothing was resolved!
I asked for a refund that day and was told to call at another time. WTH? I had to call back the next day per there request. Than was told to wait 15 days to get my refund. Nope! I had to call 3 more times within a month. Still no refund! I was than told that I will have my refund, to look in 3 days. I saw that my account was being billed, and received an invoice.
Today I had to call 3 times, I was told that the billing department wasn't available. I called back and was told to call back in 20 minutes and to speak to the Daniel in charge of the billing department.
This man was so rude! I had to explain to him that this company did not help me fix my problem and I wanted to be refunded the monies that I am entitled too. Per there companies policy, I have a month to file for a refund. What I received today was a guarantee that an email confirmation will be sent in 24 hours and he proceeded to hang up on me!
I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY!
