Way too many ads
I've never taken the time write a review on an app but after using this crap I had to.
When I connect an app to AppleTV and add my cable subscription I don't expect so many ads. I pay my cable company for access to the channel and the cable company pays TNT. I tried watching Edge of Tomorrow... I had about 40 minutes of ads. That's nearly 1/3 if the movie. It's an entire "hour" long show on TV.
I already pay for TNT. I understand maybe 1 ad break. Yes TNT has to pay for the app development and maintenance. Fine. But when I sit down to watch a movie that's about 2 hours long I am not going to plan for 3 hours.
The design is fine, plenty of shows, and plenty of movies. It functions fine.
Scale back on the ads. It's infuriating. On top of that, they do that scummy thing when there ads are 10-15 db higher than the actually content so I my kids woke up from bed.
From the first ad forward, muted my tv and did something else. So your ad time is wasted because other people will do the same. That means people aren't paying attention, which is the point of the ads.
Here's a genius idea, if you want to be ad supported, put 1 block in the middle as an intermission and don't raise the volume.
I'm deleting the app right after I submit this.

TNT ,when you ask me if this happens when I’m connected to WIFI or over cell is even more discouraging. Look at all most of the reviews here. Is the same problem everywhere you look. Is not your clients. It doesn’t matter if I am connected to LTE cell signal or WIFI, heck my internet connection is 1Gbps up and 1Gbps down, is simply not that. Is your app, is your backend. You have a bottleneck somewhere, maybe is the software you use to display commercials and authenticate users or maybe is an issue of capacity and bandwidth, I don’t know, but whatever it is... is in your end.

The only reason I use this app is to stream NBA games and God I hate when there is a game on TNT because this app is the worst. It has one job to do and it fails miserably at it. You could be using goverment grade connectivity and the streaming is so bad it makes it feels like your are using an AOL old dialup CD. Image freeze all the time and kicks you from watching your programming at will. TNT should take a page from the ESPN app streaming book and rebuild this app from the ground up and I mean the whole front and backend. The sad part is that this has been going for years. Sweet Lord TNT, start offering a better app experience for your customers.
Yes, great shows, bad app. A few work arounds
As others have mentioned:
1) it freezes often, even with strong wifi
2) the commercials are very repetitive
3) quite often, the resume doesn't work, so that puts you back to square 1
4) just hit this one for the first time today: I received the same message you get if you are trying to watch via Safari "view this video in the app" or something like that. But I was already IN THE APP. Clicking it caused a loop which I couldn't get out of, so I had to restart the app.
Anyway, the point of this review is to help the frustrated users with a few things I've found:
Item 1 - I've found that quite often just touching the screen continues play. It's almost as if it paused itself and is waiting for user input.
Item 2 - no real way around this, but I did find that if you have watched that segment already AND resume didn't work, you can scroll past that commercial break with the slider and the video starts where you let go (be careful though because if you do that more than once, you end up in an item 4 situation)
Item 3 - I've had some success with resume if you pause what you're watching before going away from the app
Of course, none of this is as good as TNT getting their contractors to get to work on fixing the app.
C,mon TNT, you don't want shoddy quality such as this to be associated with your brand.
: Works on Phone but Unable to Cast to TV
I recently tried out TNT that promised to allow me to stream content from my phone to my smart TV. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the experience. The service simply did not work as it was supposed to, and I wasn't able to stream anything at all.
I was really hoping that this service would be a great addition to my entertainment setup, but unfortunately it just didn't deliver. This was especially frustrating because while allowed to test the app I had considered signing up for the service before trying it out, and I'm glad that I didn't end up wasting my money on something that didn't work.
In the end, I would not recommend TNT to anyone else. While I can't speak for everyone's experience, I know that I was really disappointed with the service that I received. I think that it's important to do your research and read reviews from other customers before committing to a streaming service, to avoid being disappointed like I was.
I should add that although the streaming service didn't work as expected when I tried to stream content directly to my smart TV, I was able to use it on my phone. However, I was still disappointed that I couldn't cast the content to my TV as advertised. Overall, while the streaming service worked on my phone, it didn't meet my expectations for allowing me to stream content on my TV.
Awful App, Exits Video Randomly and does not Allow You to Resume Among Other Issues
Firstly, I don’t understand why the smart TV TNT app would exist just to require you to download the phone app to cast onto the TV. Secondly, this app is awful. Trying to watch a show while casting will randomly switch to a different live video without even pressing anything. It allows you to do other things on your phone while you use the app but then will also randomly switch to live video. You are unable to see what you have recently watched or resume the video it randomly exited out of so you have to scroll through the video and try and find where it left off. I would like to delete and no longer use this app as soon as possible but unfortunately I can’t watch the show I want to on any other service without paying for another extra subscription. This needs to change. I don’t understand why this has such good reviews.
EDIT: Have checked all the suggestions after the developer response and am having the same issues. I even tried using the app on a different phone and the issues still occur. If you exit the app, the video you’re watching will stop and switch to a different video. Since for some reason there isn’t a feature which saves your place on the video that you have been watching, we have to restart it and scroll through to try and find where we left off. Still do not understand why it has 4/5 stars when so many people in the recent comments are also having issues with the app.

tl;dr - Use the app if you have to. It’s only here because there’s no other option.
This app and the TBS one are almost exactly the same, so my review is the same.
The account sign in forgets who you are every week. Not sure if that’s a “security feature” to make sure non-paying people aren’t watching or just bad design.
Next, the video player doesn’t save your progress if you stop watching mid-show. This would only be a minor inconvenience if it wasn’t for…
The ads. You have to watch ads to start a show. Now that you’ve watched them and you aren’t at the right spot, you advance the slider to move to the next show segment… more ads. Oops, that’s not actually where you left off, skip ahead some more: more ads. That was too far? Go back a bit, more ads.
The video player also does not have a preview while dragging the progress dot across the line, meaning you have no idea what the show looks like, so you can’t accurately move to the right part of the show to resume watching.
The app doesn’t care about your preferences: I am only interested in watching wrestling. I don’t use this app to watch anything else. But despite this I still need to search for the show I want every week. Luckily AEW is at the beginning of the alphabet. If it was a later letter… ugh.
To cap it all off, one of the recent updates disabled the ability to take screenshots while the app is open. I don’t see how people taking screenshots would be such a big deal that the functionality would need to be blocked.
Literally unusable
I never write reviews but this is just so frustrating. I just want to watch the NBA playoffs, but this app is so broken and poorly coded that I can’t even do the most basic thing and sign in with my provider. And it’s not even a problem with my provider, no matter what provider I select to try to login with, all this app can give me is a blank white screen. I honestly can’t understand how this app is even in the store, it is literally unusable, no one who downloads it ha any hope of watching a TNT show for more that 5 mins (which is what you are given as a “preview” before the app forces you to login with your provider… which it is unable to do). And this poorly designed system doesn’t have any other way to login like through a website or anything, so I’m really not sure how anyone is even viewing TNT shows unless they actually still own a cable box. Worst app ever. The developers should be ashamed. Not that I think there are any developers since if anyone actually coded this app, they would have immediately seen that it is unusable and not publish it.
Edit: I had to come back to add to this review because I am genuinely disgusted. I just all the other most recent reviews, and half of them are bots giving 5 stars saying random letters. The other half are all people with the same issue. Devs respond with an automated response saying to contact them, yet none of the issues have been resolved. One review is edited with a “solution” but I tried what was suggested and it changed nothing. Still the worst app ever.
App crashes immediately on Apple TV!
Believe all of the other bad reviews here. Absolute garbage app, and its developers never fix the most serious bugs (how do they still have jobs, including their incompetent management?)
Continuing example: can’t even launch it on Apple TV (4th Gen) due to it immediately crashing every single time, even after several TNT app updates. It’s been like this for many, many months.
Devs: If it immediately crashes upon every launch, it’s COMPLETELY UNUSABLE! Might as well fire all of your incompetent developers and save the money for better shows. You do realize that if we can’t even open the app, your company doesn’t get the advertising revenue to pay for your jobs, right?
It’s been many months since I posted this detailed information and still they have not fixed the TNT app on Apple TV. It’s the only app on any of my Apple devices that has this problem.
Now I know why it’s called TNT — it blows up every time it’s launched!
I have tried force closing all other apps including this one, cold and warm restarting the Apple TV, deleting the TNT app, rebooting, and reinstalling it, but nothing can get this junk app to work.
This isn’t the first bad Apple TV update that TNT has released, which is why this is so frustrating.
I had to uninstall this completely worthless TNT app update yet again after updating, so I won’t be watching until you fix it. Hey, I expect the occasional bug/glitch, but this continues to be a HUGE one and a complete snub to your paying impacted viewers.
Apple needs to remove this app from the App Store as it hasn’t worked at all in nearly a full year.
So frustrating may not watch TNT even on TV
I read the bad reviews and thought, that can't be right, that won't be my experience. How wrong I was. I just wanted to catch up on a Dallas episode I missed and I am so frustrated, I don't think I could ever hear that theme song without reminding me how mad this got me. 1) yes, sound (except for ads) is an issue. With much research and playing around, got it to work but it should not have been that hard. 2) does not stop your ipad from screen locking, and yep, you have to start all over again, with forced ad every time. I set an egg timer to pause it every 15 min to prevent but I should not have to do that and 3) ad breaks are fine and expected but what I don't expect is it to start at the very beginning after every add break. And then after 2 min of commercials if you are a hair under in fast forwarding you must watch the 2 min of ads again. After 6 min of the same ads trying just to work around this aps disfunctions I gave up. These are all problems other aps don't have. Including HBOGo., which is 5 stars in my book. I think the difference between HBOGO and TNT's app is HBOGO did some testing before launching. And by the way, the two are owned by the same company, they really should borrow someone from HBO to teach them the most basic Quality testing. I hate to sound like one of those people that complains on the Internet but good lord, this app is not ready to be launched. While I know it is free, just don't waste your time. You will most certainly regret it. I wish I would have read the reviews. I would have saved two hours of my life where I watched 20 min of content before giving up.
Worst sports app PLEASE FIX ASAP
Dear TNT, I am a graduate student who has no cable because I don't see a need for it. All I looking forward to is watching my Warriors play basketball every week. When the games are said to be shown on TNT, that means I have to use the app on my phone with the adaptor I went all over town to find and buy "used" because it was too expensive at Best Buy brand new. I spent $100 on a tv off Craigslist all because I wanted to stop watching games ON my phone and wanted to see the playoffs on a larger screen at home. Whether using a HDMI connection to my laptop or an iPhone adaptor, the TNT app is by far the worst app for broadcasting sports matches. The pixels are blurry half the game. The commentary overlaps with earlier parts of the game. Half the game is spent trying to catch up to the Live stream. CSN Bay Area and ESPN are other apps the NBA uses to play games. ESPN is by far the best but still presents problems. CSN is better then TNT but not as good as ESPN. Yet, the WATCHTNT app is so poorly constructed I'm frustrated during half of my games each time because of all the technical issues. I can't afford cable and I don't like hitting a bar every time there's a game on because at the bar, multiple sporting events are usually playing, or I have to read subtitles because the volume is often muted in such public places. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP. We are in Western Conference FINALS right now and I'm dismayed at the level of functioning your company allows itself to project to the public with the app. It reflects poorly on your software engineers and brand equity. Please help.

I pay for a directv subscription under the guise I can watch tnt original shows on demand. So I go to watch “I am the night” on demand, and it’s the only tnt original show not available. I’m a network engineer and I tackle problems like this all the time at work, so I assume it’s just directv on demand via genie doing what it does best. No sweat, I’ll just load tnt app and connect dtv and stream that way, right? WRONG. I have to get another subscription (Hulu) though I’m not sure why. I hesitantly sign up, as per the tnt app instructions (which is not exactly a small amt of keystrokes). So I’m in and I’m ready to binge, and I have to “I am the night” page to add to my profile and guess what? Contrary to tnt information provided in the app, IATN isn’t available for another week.
Is this for real? If you want to create premium content, maybe buy another channel and allocate exclusively for premium content. Commingling premium and standard on the same channel is frustrating af and confusing when there’s really nothing that explains WHY and I have to spend an hour troubleshooting only to be horrible disappointed. I tried to watch IATN in directv on demand a while ago and it kept skipping the last scene prior to every commercial break. So I figure I’ll give them some time to fix it because I pride myself on reason... and now, instead of being fixed it’s not there at all, and I have to pay for a seperate tnt subscription through Hulu to watch it. I’m to the point that I really don’t care how good your originals are, your interface with viewer is pure BS. Get it together and stop implementing stupid ideas - it’s clumsy, sloppy, and unprofessional.
Absolutely horrible
I downloaded this app in hopes of being able to watch some movies that I couldn’t find on other streaming services I had. Wow. I was blown away with just how putrid this app really is. The bugs made watching movies feel like a task and borderline unbearable. If weren’t for the fact I could not find certain movies otherwhere, I would’ve deleted this app five minutes after trying it.
First off, the search bar is always delayed and you have to wait a few seconds for it to catch up on your writing. When you do finally click on the movie you want, you’ll be asked to login into your TV service provider. Every singe time you click on it. God forbid you close the app to text somebody. When you do eventually get the movie to start you’ll have to fight through at least half a dozen batches of unskippable ads that last three minutes each, which, by the way conveniently work perfectly and are always high quality; something the actual content you came for isn’t. Pressing the forward and back button is always extremely delayed and often causes a drop in quality for 30 seconds. Don’t even try scrolling, it’ll give you the biggest headache. You also often get brought to the live TV screen even though you never clicked on it. The bottom task bar disappears if you try to do too much; “too much” by this atrocious program’s definition is often opening and closing a movie too fast.
This app has been one of the worst I’ve ever downloaded EVER, not just amongst streaming services. Realistically I would give this app a half star because TNT obviously has good content, but this app makes it unbearable to try to even watch them. I would suggest to anyone thinking about downloading this app to AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS unless you absolutely cannot avoid it. I avoided using any serious swear words to ensure other people see this and are not lallygagged into downloading this amazingly HORRIBLE app.

Your strewming is impssoble! All i want to do is watch the kings game while i am not at home. I pay for tnt! All you have is this stipid screen cast, and i cant gwt it to work. The option does not even come up on my galaxy 20 note. Additionally, it worked in the playoffs, but like garbage. You are too greedy and losing customers, like me. Why am i oaying for cable, to get tnt, when i cant watch sports?!?!?!
Programming
Don't you all think your viewers are getting bored with the 3rd or 4th showing of Charmed? Maybe you should move on with different programming, watching these reruns all morning long multiple times is ridiculous! Don't you all have any imagination to put something else on? How about some dramas, like Blue Bloods, Law & Order. At least they are adult shows or maybe some older programs like Hill Street Blues or maybe even movies.

Terrible for watching NBA playoffs
This app has been bad for years now. All I wanna do is watch the game and, more importantly, the inside crew’s reaction to the game. Unfortunately the app would rather play ads then the content it’s supposed to provide. Just now the broadcast cut off in the middle of a Laker’s possession just to show two minutes of ads, then it rewinded the game like 4 minutes and made me watch the whole series again before cutting to more ads and eventually a live feed which let me see 30 seconds of actual live footage at the end of the quarter. Oh, and even when you dont get idiotically timed ad breaks, you also arent ever watching truly live footage. They ALWAYS make you stare at a stupid sponsorship card before everything you watch, so it’s always on at least a 5-10 second delay. The inside crew deserves a better app than this. You’re better off watching highlights in the morning. This app is truly infuriating.

When will it be fixed?
This App has got to be the worst streaming option for any on demand or live game viewing period. It’s been over 2 years and judging from the 15K one star reviews the developers at TNT must not really care at all to fix the issues that everyone as a whole is seeming to be experiencing. Constantly have tried to re download the app or refresh it and still no difference and on top of that the app will just kick you out and state that it’s experienced an “error” or is having trouble playing whatever title. This happens on both WiFi and data service so the response from the developers stating that could be it is just false. I have no idea why the nba is partnered with TNT for this streaming service or maybe they just need to hire better developers because they are at the bottom of the heap in their platform at this current state. Very disappointing and seems as if they really could care less like I stated earlier.

Not user friendly
The UI isn’t the most intuitive, no way to rewind even a little bit. You need to watch an ad before you can stream live tv, but the worst part is it resets you EVERY TIME you lose focus on the app, meaning watch the ad again.
You want to reply to that text you got? Too bad, the second you do, your show stops and 15 seconds of ad revenue later you can watch. Want to flip apps to look up that actor? Another ad. Want to simply adjust the brightness of your phone without even leaving the app? NOPE! Ad time baby! Video freezes and you need to go back to show selection without even leaving the app to select the same show as before? WATCH THIS AD AGAIN! Did your video just bug out and rewind two minutes earlier suddenly? Either rewatch those 2 minutes or BUY THIS PRODUCT. It gets incredibly tedious to not be able to do anything without it forcing you through the loading ad. Every. Single. Time. You. Touch. The. Screen.

This app is a joke
Watched a TNT show on the plane and really liked it so I went online to try to watch more episodes by signing in through my cable package. Streaming from the TNT website was awful- constant pauses, errors and timeouts. When you went back into the episode you had to start from the beginning and any attempt to skip forward was met w more timeouts and skips. So I downloaded this app and thought it might be better. Its not. Same issues and it's difficult to navigate to the episode I want. It's 2017 and people watch tv shows on their phones, iPads and via streaming through Apple TV. It's time to build an app that supports that tnt. The worst irony is that the commercials stream perfectly wo timeouts or errors but st about 5x the volume of the tv show and you can't turn down the volume of the ads. Isn't this practice (increased volume of commercials) illegal? This app looks like a college interns first attempt at making an app. Amateur hour.

Incredibly Frustrating App
Not sure what the folks at TNT believe is acceptable for a streaming app, but this ain’t it. NBA games are borderline unwatchable.
- Streams constantly freeze, forcing you back and forth between TNT East and TNT West streams just to watch. Why are their two streams? Never experienced this with any other app.
- Streams will bounce you ahead, rewind, or into an ad in the middle of the game with no rhyme or reason.
- The app will kick you out saying your cable/satellite subscription is not authorized to view content, which mine is. You have to sign out and resign in every 5 or 6 times. Ridiculous.
- No Picture in Picture mode is laughable for a network that bills themselves as the #1 entertainment network.
Overall, as someone who watches almost exclusively digital, TNT’s app product is horribly subpar. And when you search online, people have been complaining about this app for 5 years. Really shows the commitment TNT has for their viewers.

One of the worst streaming apps
This is one of the worst streaming apps ive ever downloaded. Its definitely the worst out of the major networks.
I would routinely cast NBA on TNT to my tv and after 8-9 minutes it would stop streaming and just show the TNT logo. I would then have to disconnect from my phone, reconnect and recast which takes a bit a minute. But i would do this almost 3-4 times an hour. Its very annoying.
I then updated and now when I open the app it shows the TNT logo and goes blank. After 3 min it says my connection is slow and the app will load slowly.
Thats a lie cause i did two seperate speed tests on two devices and i got 190+ Mbps download speeds. Plus when i try to stream YouTube, twitch, ABC/NBC, ESPN, Netflix they stream HD no problem without lag or buffering.
So it means its the app that is trash. Hire better developers, poach some from netflix or something and improve your product because coming from a large global network this is a dumpster fire.

Needs serious work and improvements
This is my first review and unfortunately it isn’t a very pleasant one. This app needs a lot of work. It makes watching NHL very difficult. For starters the performance is very inconsistent and that is across multiple different wifi connections. A lot of freezing and buffering even with a strong wifi connection. Secondly, the ads are very frustrating. I understand ads are necessary but this app feels like it spamming ads at you. During the middle of action in a period it would just cut to an ad break when there’s clearly a game still being paid. Many times after coming back from ad break the game wouldn’t start playing and would be frozen. This would force you to close the app and relaunch it only to be met by another ad. This all goes for the TBS app as well. If it’s working well it’s great but that is unfortunately at times a big if. The ESPN app runs much much better and hopefully they can give some advice to Turner on how to have a functioning app.

Casting is bad be warned
I use this to watch snowpiercer exclusively. Can someone tell me why download a tv app if it makes you download the phone app just to cast. I wouldn’t be complaining if the casting to the tv worked. The first week I had no issue and cast to tv worked well with my 2019 Samsung UHD. Second week I tried but cast would not work. The video never started only buffered then disappeared. I tried redownloading the apps but to no avail. The only way to watch this episode was to screen mirror. For some reason in screen mirror snowpiercer showed in what appeared to be litterbox mode? When the ads played during the break it showed in full 4K. Mind you the ads also sometimes freeze in between each other so you have to restart the ads over. Third week same issue as second. Until the tv app is fixed to be independent from this app or the casting to tv works flawlessly every time and the ads stop freezing, this is gonna be a 2 star review. I only give 2 stars because casting worked to my Samsung the first time and I did not have another tv to test.

Pretty terrible app
App obviously can’t handle smart casting! Pretty consistently stuck on buffering screen. I’d assume it was an internet issue, but a.) when the (repeated) issues begin I restarted my WiFi multiple times, and b.) every other event I’ve steamed from different apps have not had anywhere near the issues I’ve had with this app. Otherwise, it’s fine—but what really gets me is when I went to report the issue once I finally had a very limited working connection, it would not let me continue to watch my event because it said the TNT channel was not included in my cable subscription. Which! It! Is! I had to sign out completely of my other working subscriptions (linked on my phone) and sign in to a different subscription I have! It would not even let me sign out on the app specifically, I had to go in and CHANGE MY SETTINGS to sign out. Pretty ridiculous! Bummed the NBA playoffs are on TNT because of this issue. If you’re going to broadcast/stream one of the biggest sport events of the season, please, please, PLEASE be able to support it!

Streaming and casting cannot get any worse
I dread every time I’m forced to open this app to watch an NBA game. The streaming and casting is so finicky and forces me to jump through hoops just to get a working stream.
I often have to restart the stream over and over before it becomes stable. When you add in casting to TV, it becomes a literal dice roll. I go through the following until the steam works or I give up: Start/stop the stream, open and close the app, power cycle the TV, change Wi-Fi networks on the TV and my phone, often 5-10 times, at which point I am literally no longer capable of enjoying the game. If I do get it working, it often stops to buffer and then never picks back up.
This seems like an extremely fixable problem, as the issues seem to be the result of this proprietary “Visbee” app that they use for streaming.My other apps which use AirPlay as a casting technology do not have anywhere near the same problems.
This terrible experience reflects poorly on TNT, who will not allow their channel to be streamed via the spectrum app or anywhere else but this app.

Other apps work better
I’ve been trying to watch NBA and NHL games on this app and the TBS app (which is exactly the same functionally as this one), but compared to other apps I use for the same thing, like ESPN, this one lacks the functionality and features. There’s no picture-in-picture (my biggest gripe), the video stops and completely refreshes every time you swipe out of the app and return to it, which is made even more annoying with how there’s always an unskippable ad you have to watch through every time it reloads. For me, who does delivery work for uber, etc, I switch in and out of apps a lot. Just having the game playing in the background so I can at least continue to listen to it is so much easier. This app is the exact opposite, only allowing me to view it if I’m not using any other app, and having to reload and play a long ad every time I come back to it. Picture quality issues are there but less of a gripe. I just REALLY wish there was a picture-in-picture function, and I really wish you didn’t have to watch an ad every time you return to the app.

POOR UX/IX
I have been using TNT App for years. Plenty of good content to offer and of course sports. Particularly NBA. But the UX/UI of the app is EXTREMELY poor. It’s beyond awful. And there has never been any improvement. The team should look into making the tnt app shrink to a bubble to still view as a user swipes out of app to multitask. If I want to change volume or change brightness of my phone the app freezes and will not continue forcing users to close app and start all over again. This happens so often especially through out a sports game and it’s incredibly frustrating. The app Operates in an outdated manor and is not user friendly or enjoyable at all. Very inconvenient. Please think of a UX/UI that is better and in am to delight the user which would bring us back to the app and use it more. When NBA games are on I dread the fact that I have to use the app because it only brings issues EVERY TIME.

Garbage App Designed By An Incompetent Developer
Absolute garbage app. After months they finally fixed the bug that would log me out of the app at random multiple times an hour. Now it lags 10-12 minutes behind the actual live feed. This is incredibly annoying when trying to watch any live events as the rest of the world is that much further ahead of anyone stuck using this app. Magically you can stream fine if you log in via a web browser or desktop computer... but I want to watch these events on my Apple TV hence why I downloaded this broken app in the first place. Have tried to get TNT’s attention about this on social media and have been ignored... so I guess 1 star review here it is.
Update: Weeks later it is still broken and TNT still ignores anyone who brings this up via reviews or social media. It’s bad enough that it lags 10 minutes behind, but now it will randomly play part of a live event extremely fast to “catch up”. So not only are you behind, but now you miss part of the show you’re watching on lag. The developers of this app should be fired and never allowed to design an app for anyone ever again. They are clearly incompetent.
