hoagies
The hoagie making at the Longwood Wawa has gone from okay to bad. The amount of turkey on one sandwich and the lack of tuna on the other hoagie we bought was really cheap. I have noticed this over the last few months that the quality of hoagie making at this location has deteriorated. For a company that promotes its hoagie fest, etc. this makes me sad. My dad was a truck driver for Wawa for 30 years so I was always proud of the Wawa brand. I do not want your reputation to be tarnished so please rethink your cost cutting measures!

I was at the super Wawa in Downingtown Pennsylvania, a few days ago, after an awful day I have a very sick family member in the hospital, I ordered three Huggies to go home with, and said very nicely to the gentleman, that they had to be made perfect because the two times before one of them was very wrong

false advertising
So I was at the WAWA in Fredericksburg VA, [protected] Courthouse Road and they had a display of soft pretzels 69 cents each or 2 for $1.19. The clerk explained that it was for half a pretzel, which it clearly does not explain that in the display.
The next day, I went to another WAWA in Fredericksburg VA, 10060 Jefferson Davis Hwy and their display was totally different. Their display shows 1/2 pretzel for 69 cents or 2 for $1.19 and a soft pretzel 2 pack for $1.19, which were whole pretzels. Neither stores displays mention anything about a half pretzels. Both stores are within 3 miles apart and completely different displays and neither one of them explain what you are getting...a whole or half pretzel, only that you get a soft pretzel. My husband does not want me to shop at WAWA anymore because no one can explain the display. I really love your coffee and your stores are always clean and I feel safe getting gas at night, but I have to agree with him on the pretzel price issue. So instead I had to get settle for frozen pretzels at Wal-Mart, instead of getting my fresh pretzels at WAWA with my coffee everyday as I go to work.
The bottom line really, all of your stores should have the same display. If the display explained 1/2 pretzel for .69 or 2 half pretzel for $1.19 or one who pretzel for $1.19, it would explain itself and the clerk wouldn't be lost for words trying to explain it.

I was at Wawa with my little sister after school to get a nice snack. I went in to buy a hoagie. I ordered different things on my hoagie including tomatoes. After I got my hoagie I was happy, since they are the best, so my sister and I walked home. When I got home I took a bite in my hoagie just to be disappointed by no tomatoes. I was such in the mood for tomatoes, just to be disappointed. What a shame.

I work in Center City Philadelphia and often go to the Wawa located on Walnut Street between 8th and 9th Streets. Recently I have experienced an issue with my order being lost in the computer or misplaced. During lunch and breakfast this location is extremely busy and it's not uncommon to wait 15-20 minutes for an order to be ready. This is not my complaint, but when I wait that long I expect to get my order eventually. Three times within the last 2 months my order has been lost. Today my number was 578 and when I stood in line to wait they were preparing orders in the 490s. As they started to call out orders in the 600s I saw they were making what I had ordered, a hot turkey bowl with stuffing and cranberry sauce. One of the general managers was manning the soup station and when he put the bowl at the counter they called out #666. I approached the counter and asked about my order, they quickly looked through the computer and could not find it. When asked what I ordered the gentleman at the counter told another general manager that he had already given away my order. I've witnessed people take other customer's orders just so they can have something since the wait is so long. Due to the volume the employees at the counter don't check the tickets, they just ask what number you have, and it's very easy to repeat a number that was just called out. Maybe that's what happened, maybe it was employee error or maybe my ticket was looked over since they were so busy. Whatever the case, this situation is happening more frequently at this location. Also, I watched the bowl that was made under #666 just prior to mine, because I thought it was my order, and it was filled will whole turkey pieces. My order however was filled mostly with shredded bits that look like they were from the bottom of an almost empty container. After having to wait more than 15 minutes for my food and finding out my order was mishandled I should have been given high quality food or at least asked if I wanted to wait another couple of minutes while they refilled the turkey.

I went to wawa to purchase coffee. Almost all the coffee was empty and the Colombian we were told was out none in store. The french vanilla and dark was cold when we asked young lady about it she said it was cold cause it was suppose to be taken down at 7pm however it was still up no sign or anything. Customers were lined up waiting I was letting customers know we were waiting on coffee. The young lady was rude and being smart mouth saying I should of said something. However she was taking boxes to back of store but never checked coffee first this was around 735pm Tues October 9th. I go to wawa any where between 3 to 5 times a day minimum. I have never had bad service nor waited for coffee before now. I reported to manager on shift.

I have been ordering creamed chipped beef every morning before I go to work for the past few months I asked for extra cream chipped beef toppings every time and seems they always forget to put the extra topping on. I brought it to their attention quite a few times that did not seem to work. I pay extra money to have the extra topping and what's fair is fair. I'm very upset
soups and menu
I've been gone to Wawa for many many years I probably own at least a front door of one Wawa as much money as I spent in the last 30 years more so just in the last 10 years and I would just like you guys to switch up your menu. You have the same food all the time. It would be nice to see some vegetable soup instead of the chicken noodle soup all the time. Please switch up your menu instead of the same old same old. I also would like to see a lot of your walls clean some of the ones I've been in are filthy dirty. So whoever is the regional manager please get on those dirty Wawas out there and you know which ones I'm talking about. Especially the bathrooms
lack of customer service
Went to check out at wawa 816 mike who was engaged in a conversation about his schedule with another person.. This person was on the out side of the counter. I was not greeted.. And worst if all was not thanked fir my purchace.. I said thank you twice and I never received a thank you from him.. He said your welcome... I work in customer service.. I expect to be thanked for my purchace. I know this may seem like such a little detail.. To me it is major. I will be avoiding this wawa. Time was 11:45 am on sunday october 7 2018. I also have reached out for great customer service from another wawa. I was sadly dissapointed.. My customer service from this wawa is usually on point. Thanks to linda

This is the second time that I've ordered a scrambled egg bowl with extra scrambled eggs and have received a bowl filled with sausage on my eggs. I do not eat meat and don't even have the option of picking the sausage out because the entire Bowl taste like sausage. Being that this is an on-the-go sort of thing and you bag it up in those bags, I just grabbed my order and when I arrived at work realized it. It's too late to go back to the store and so now this is twice that I have not been able to eat the food I ordered and had to throw it away and it's also twice that I have wasted my money and time stopping there.

On Tuesday, 9/25 - I stopped at WAWA on Rt 663 in Quakertown to get a hoagie, when I got home it only had 2 pieces of ham on it, was missing the pepperoni I had paid for and was just generally very disappointing - it was all roll and mustard & this was the 10"! So NOT worth the money & So disappointing. Traditionally WAWA hoagies are a family favorite, but this is the 2nd time our sandwiches have been messed up at this location & we are losing faith. People want to crank out the orders quickly instead of worrying about getting the orders out the door RIGHT. Check it out WAWA, my order was #891.
customer service and gas
Twice my husband has gotten almost his money taken when paying for gas today the cashier tried to say my husband pumped his as when he didn't and that my husband moved to another pump when he didn't a women scammed them for ten dollars in gas she used my husband's money and instead of just looling at the cameras they wanted to call he police and say my husband was lying. All the really had to do was come outside and see the pump was still sayin g 30$ from the last person. So we didn't pump anything yet. Finally they set our pump but the cashier fought and accused my husband of all this stuff all because the cashier madee the mistake and didmt want to pay it back. The other time they tried to say his pump timed out there was no way I took my husband 3 minutes to walk from the door to our cAr. I believe someone is trying to steal and make customers take the hit. We used to go to the Wawa on semoron Dr in orlando FL we would get coffee 3 packs of cigarettes and gas everyday we will not be using that store anymore

I will start by saying I visit Wawa several times a week. Last week I ordered a hot egg wrap with vegetables. I paid for my wrap and was in a hurry as I was attending a funeral for a family member. Once I was back on the road I proceeded to bite into it, I was shocked it was ice cold. Honestly if it was lukewarm it would have been ok with me but not ice cold. I was on the highway and not about to go back
availability of product
Every morning between 5am and 5:15 am I go to the Wawa on Rt 45 and Harrison Ave in Mantua NJ to purchase my morning coffee. However the Cuban coffee is never ready and I have to wait for it finish brewing.
I thought the problem was that they ran out of coffee and had to start a new pot; but what I found out is that night person is waiting for the morning person to come in and make the coffee.
I also can't understand why there is no Cuban coffee after midnight at that Wawa and the Wawa in Woodbury Heights when the Cuban coffee is the only bold blend coffee that you sell.

cashier ruth and night shift
I came into wawa in Lexington Park, MD around 1:19am on Sept 19th. I am a regular at Walmart and know almost every employee as they do me. I gathered my basket full of items, ordered my food, went up to pay. The cashier Ruth was first asleep at the register, then took over 20 minutes to ring up my items, doubled scanned several of them which had to be voided, kept dozing off in while scanning an item. She had a line of over 4 ppl, other employees such as Kris and I'm not positive the other ones that were there, were just standing in the Deli chit chatting. I have never had an issue like this there. Like I said I'm a regular I love Jamie, Sandra, Michelle, Mo, Devin, Charles, Carl, & Ramile. I know there are others I speak to and they speak to me that are amazing. Just this was not acceptable for any business let alone from what's i see from all the other Wawa employees.
poor service and attitude
Today I came to the Pottstown Wawa where I experienced a cashier name Sobia. This not my first interaction with her. Each time I visited the store and paid for goods and had her as a cashier she would be very rude. I checked it off as a bad day but today it was blatant. I believe that she has a difference against African Americans. Today she refused to greet as she usually does toward black customers, make no eye contact, and speak to you with Distain. Usually I would not say anything but today was different. I think that she needs cultural sensitivity training because her attitude toward blacks reminds me of Southerns.
sandwich taking too long
Date 9/15/2018, 6:11PM, order#203, 1 cheese shorti & 1jr oven rstd turkey, This is number below barcode [protected], these are two small sandwiches which took forever to make. The girl was talking and talking to another employee the whole time. There was a sandwich sitting there, so I looked to see if it was one of mine, it was not. There was no one else ordering sandwiches so the order should have been done very quickly. I kept looking at her wondering what the problem was. She saw me standing there. I almost left. After she finally finished the sandwiches she would not give them to me. She said I have to pay first. Well I was just in there last week and they gave me the sandwich and receipt to give to cashier. What a crock of s---! I was really aggravated when I left there. Besides that the sandwiches were not that good, very stingy with the turkey and cheese! Last week the sandwich I got had all the wrong toppings but I ate it anyway, did not want to go thru the hassle of returning it. I will get lunchmeat at Shop Rite next time and make my own sandwiches. The time when I actually checked out was 6:58. That is 47 minutes later!
The employees should do their job instead of talking nonstop when a customer is waiting! So ignorant. I would like a gift card for the aggravation. Thank you, A Vasta

Hello my name is Ashia Johnson and i am a almost everyday customer at wawas and every time i come in there either its before lunch or after lunch its always a big mess there out of cups trash on the counter or on the floor both drinking area are filled with ice ice on the floor and i just feel the maintenance of the cleanliness can be a little better and i must say you all have the best ice and customer service but can be a little more cleaner... denied entry before actual closing hours by the manager
Friday, September 14, 2018, upon leaving a visit form the family and the dover high game, my family and I are preparing to enter the route 1 toll area northbound but I was hungry and we wanted our 5 year old to use the bathroom. This wawa is conveniently placed in a great spot for our needs. I get out to check one set of doors and it is locked so I go to the other set of doors and a lady says sorry we're closed at midnight (but it is before midnight); normally, I would be ok with that response but my 5year old had to use the bathroom. When I explained this to her, she was adamant about not allowing her in. This annoyed me when I realized (McDonald's, Exxon gas station, and Wendy's were all closed from inside for her to use a bathroom). Thankfully, I thought about the hotel across the street would let her use it. As my wife took her inside the hotel, I called the wawa to speak with a manager about this. The manager working was a hispanic lady named Lily (who was the lady in the blue hat at the door). She wasn't as rude in person but she was on the phone when I explained to her my displeasure with the way she handled this matter. It was nkt the type of customer service that I would expect from a manager and that is why I am writing you. I love wawa and support your establishment quite often for gas, food, gift cards. Thank you for your time.

Wawa Store #723 on Main Street, Moorestown, NJ at 1250am on 9-6-2018, employee Shawn made a statement to another coworker that someone who was told they were not allowed to be in their store without proof of allegations to backup their statement. The other employee Samantha was extremely rude by telling me that Shawn said with a rude attitude that my friend isn't allowed to be in their store. My response to that was "based on what evidence is he not allowed to be in the store for?" Both associates had no response for the question asked. I will be contacting their stores general manager and file a in person complaint and make sure that their area supervisor is notified as well.
