had no mac and cheese or smoothies wtf I had already paid.
How does wawa not have mac and cheese or smoothies. And not only do they not have any nor can they take their time to actually make some they didn't even tell people till after at least 16 of us had already paid and were standing there waiting for our food and beverages for 15 min or more! That is terrible customer service I will go to sheets from now on!

I stepped into my local wawa and i always seem to have a problem when i arrive there between midnight and 3 am. I come off of work tired and very hungry, i went to the touch screen to plave my orders and notice the sides items button was locked out ir not working, i asked the employee that worked in the food counter and i was acknowledged in a rude manner stating if it wasnt there you guys didnt have it, it didnt make sense to me that u guys would run out of toast so i explained and yet again the employee whose name i believe is brad with an attitude told me again that " like i said we dont have it" at this point i said forget everything and left i was sooo angered and shocked but the way i was treated, i understand that nit everyones has a good day at work like i but still kindness isnt a hard thing to do please advise your empolyess that to work with customers requires a professional demeanor especially when a customer is just asking a question teach them dont insult their intelligence.

Always out of stock double dutch chocolate milk
There's a lot of customers that absolutely love and crave your double dutch chocolate milk and yet it's ways out of stock. I feel it isn't right to have an abundance of all of your brands but not that particular flavor. As a long time customer of wawa I feel unappreciated and would like the double dutch distribution increased. Please bring it back!

I was just in your Philadelphia store # 103 at 12:45 pm today 8/31/18. I was standing at one of the order screens placing my order when I heard loud holoring and a Wawa employee ran by me and pushed me into the order counter. I finished my order and went over to the male employee who pushed me and asked him why he did that. He then started cursing at me and he was holding a wooden cane and he raised the cane like he was going to strike me with it while still cursing at me. He had to be restrained by other Wawa employees in the store and they made him go to the locked back room.
I asked to see the manager and was told her name was Ashley. I said that I wanted to file a complaint but all she told me was that the name of the employee that assaulted was Maurice. I would have called police but I had to get back to my office for an important business meeting. Please contact me on how I can file a formal complaint against this employee for assaulting me.

frozen cappuccino with extra espresso shot
I paid extra to have an espresso shot in my frozen coffee drink . I watch the girl named Hillary make my drink and there is no espresso added . I ask her why she didn't put it in my drink, it's on the ticket and she swears she did . I told her I watched her make it and then she just ignores me . I am a coffee and espresso maniac and I would never pay extra for no reason ! What are you advertising wawa ?
(I work at Wawa) I know this post is a few months old, but when you get a frozen cappuccino (for 24 oz) the recipe calls for 2 fl. oz of chilled espresso. When you order extra, we simply add another 1 ounce of chilled espresso to the drink. Its possible that the associate added all 3 oz at the same time, and you didn't notice. I hope this helps! :)

Today 8/31/2018 at 100 am I ordered uber eats at wawa when my food came I only received a drink smh.. The whole sandwich was missing when I ask the uber driver what happen she let me know that's what they gave her... When I called the wawa naomi pick up and when I explained to her what happened she immediately started over talking me and blaming the uber driver.. I let her know it cant be the uber driver fault cause they should have make sure everything n the bag before handing it off she got mad and started saying that's its not her problem that she could careless less she stated she don't have to deal with me because she is not the one to who made my food than she hung up in my face when I called back she had some one else pick up and try to lie to me saying that they was who I was sspeaaking to and clearly that wasn't the same voice.. That staff needs to be talked to and naomi needs a referral as a customer with a missing sub I should not be

I sent a complaint but dont know If it went through. I got a smoothie...filled with chunks of hard plastic, which I swallowed some. I have plenty of photos and the drink still. I need someone to contact me ASAP before someone else chokes, like I almost did. This is completely unacceptable and not something that can be over looked. Today I went to a Wawa in Sun City Florida. I brought in my own Wawa jug and filled them with ice. The manager told me that I would have to buy a drink in order to fill a mug. I had also bought $35 worth of gas. I am a dedicated customer I have had a credit card for over a year and only get gas at WaWa. The fact that the manager made me dump out my other jugs and waste that ice is ridiculous. According to her it's a new policy. This makes me want to go to Circle K
Rude employees
I've been to this Wawa location a few times and to plenty of others. The lady behind the counter wasn't friendly and didn't even greet me as I came up to the counter and made me wait even though she looked right at me. On top of that she told me I couldn't use my coupon even though I use it every time I go. So I paid and she still hasn't smiled. After I pay (even though there is a line behind me) she just walks away without handing me my bag. I had to find another employee to hand me the [censored] I had already paid for from behind the counter because the girl was incapable of doing her job like she's supposed to! I have worked in customer service for nearly 6 years and my boss would fire me if I acted like this girl did. Completely unaccaptable that a store I like so much like Wawa allows the employees who represent them to be so rude and incompetent.
I'm a cancer survivor and an employee of Wawa. What state and locale isn't pertinent because of the toxic [censored]s I work that have say so over my life. I'm trapped and can't leave due to dependence on health care. I work in a store that is full of mean malicious people. They don't care about right or wrong, seniority, length of
service, work ethics, let alone any compassion for their fellow man.
So many of these trolls act as though they have some sort of vicious bugs up there [censored].
Every day I have to look at them kills more of me.
But I will survive because I'm stronger than they could ever hope to be.

I went to Wawa in New Egypt, N.J. on August 23, 2018 and ordered a Large Mocha Macchiato. No one wanted to make the drink. Everyone was standing around doing nothing and the one lady that was at that station was doing dishes. Even the guy who took my order asked me if someone was making my drink I said no. So, he was trying to find someone who would make the drink. People got done making hoagies orders and still would not make my drink. I was the first order for the drinks and I waited about 20 mintues. When I got home I was telling my mother about it and she called the store and talked to the manager and he told my mother oh it was just 17 minutes she waited and my mom told him that was unacceptable. She was telling him that everyone was standing around and he tried to say no they was not they were working. I feel that this is unacceptable and the way the manger talked, they don't care how long there customers have to wait.

I normally have no issues with this Wawa I love that it's so close to my house and open 24-7 when I need a late night snack. That being said, I often encounter somewhat miserable employees in the deli in the evening time at store #74 in Abington PA. I politely asked for my bread and cheese to be toasted & while barely being awknowledged by the "food and bev manager" behind the counter, he said "no I can't" very faintly... I wasn't even sure he was talking to me because he didn't even look at me. A simple request, late at night, no one in the store...? I used to work at Wawa for 4 years so I know the simplicity of a situation such as this. It just doesn't make me want to eat at Wawa when everyone I interact with act like I'm not even there... especially a manager. He needs to refer to the Wawa core values, clearly.
defamation of character - management in north cape may nj.
I am a daily customer of wawa store in north cape may nj. Recently I have witnessed a [censored]'t manager speaking to another associate about a incident that happened between myself and my sister. Nothing became of it and no legal action took place. But since the employee is a wawa management personnel I do not want to approach the person, but I am informing wawa that if it does not stop I will have no alternative to file a lawsuite against wawa for deformation of character. I feel out of place now everytime I go to wawa because most of the employees have some type of knowledge of this matter. Please address this matter before I do. On 8/7, I ordered a Junior tuna hoagie from the Wawa on 19th and Market Streets in Philadelphia. When I got back to the office there was only a small amount of tuna in the sandwich. It was more roll than tuna. My co-workers said I should take it back, but I did not have time.
I buy from Wawa at least 4 times a week. I get the tuna most of the time and this was the first time, I could say I was disappointed in the hoagie. I feel like the preparer of the food was either rushed or not paying attention of how much she was not adding to my hoagie.
If possible, I would like to have some compensation for this.

I have been sick with little to no voice for several days now and decided to stop at Wawa on the way home (roughly 5pm today) to get my son a Philly Chicken Cheesesteak Hoagie as I wasn't up to cooking. When we arrived home 15 minutes later, he unwrapped his hoagie to discover that there was next to NO meat on his sandwich! Because I wasn't feeling well enough to cook, I sure as heck wasn't feeling well enough to drive the 15 minutes back to the Wawa (in rush hour traffic) to have them remake his hoagie. So, I took pictures of his excessively pitifully-made sandwich and proceeded to locate the phone # to the Wawa (from which I did not receive a receipt). When I called, I practically had to yell through the phone (with my almost non-existent voice) just so the manager could hear me and tell me that, unless I can bring the sandwich back to the store (even though I'm sick AND TOOK PICTURES AS PROOF), then there's absolutely nothing that they can do for me! If someone can submit proof, then they should be compensated in SOME fashion, even if it's only half off the price of the next sandwich purchase! I will NOT be visiting this Wawa for a while!

Its been over a month that the ice coffee machine has been broken at the wawa in universty city Philadelphia. Right now this is the closest WaWa to me. I usually go to the Jenkintown or Glenside one. You are losing many customers. I drink one every day and this is an inconvenience. What if the coffee machine broke, would you go this long without making coffee? This incident occurred 8/2/2018
I gassed up at a Wawa in Marlton NJ. Store number 88311, pump 02.
(See attached pictures). The metering on this pump is way off. I figure It was of by at least 20 %. How I know this is that I drive a 1999 Chrysler town and country.
The tank holds 18 gallons. When I filled up the Wawa station put in 19.416 gallons.
But I had at least 3 gallons of gas already in my tank prior to refueling. So I figure minimum the Wawa metering was off by 5/18 or 27 percent. I said something to the gas attendant. He really did not understand. This was way above his pay grade.
This is the second time this has happened to me in the last 7 months. Wawa is really taking people for there money.
I know I am right about my numbers because I have to right all my mileage and quantities down because my fuel gauge does not work.
To resolve I would like a $100 Wawa gift card.

I made 3 withdraws on 8/2/2018 at 10 Boot road West Chester PA 19380. 8:07 pm i withdrawed $20.00 I had meant to withdraw $120.00 So I made another withdraw immeditaly after wards.
However I never recieved the cash. I saw that a wiithdraw of $100.00 showed on my banking app. I relized I didnt grab it. I immedilaty went back to WAWA. Called on the way turns out Siri called the wrong one. There are 2 WAWA s on Boot rd.
My question is how do I get my cash. The PNC ATM at this WAWA has a door that opens and closes. When money isnt taken out at the time of withdraw is there a safe guard? OR Did the next customer to use that machine get it.
I was gone 16 minutes where I made my 3rd withdraw of the amount of $100.
Its the first ATMfrom the entrance on the Left. I was disappointed that the money wasnt there from earlier.
There are cameras in the WAWA that would ATM cameras and WAWA I should have no problem resolving this. Please.

I went to Wawa yesterday afternoon to grab a bag of Takis, and when I got home and opened the bag they were stale. I was looking around to see if they were expired (which they weren't) and noticed a tiny slit towards the bottom of the bag. I'm probably not going back to that Wawa because it is very disturbing to waste money for a stale bag of Takis.

On my way to work I purchased a $6 combo deal ( baked potato soup+ Turkey shorti) . During my lunch I started with soup and it was delicious. But to my surprise after I unwrapped the hoagie it was a pure disappointment. The taste of it was not a problem But the amount of the products inside ( meat, lettuce, cheese, etc) was just disrespectful. It was looking like someone just did not care whatsoever when making it( picture attached). I am reaching out to wawa management in hopes that employees can be briefed on how to prepare food as if they were customers themselves. I'm sure they would not be happy to receive an order that looks so poor.
Hi, I'm a Wawa employee, and thought I could offer some insight. All of our deli meats and cheeses come presliced and preportioned when delivered. When portioning the ingredients to a hoagie, we use a 1-2-3 method, for junior, shorti and classic sandwiches, respectively. So, for junior hoagies, we would put one prep of meat and one prep of cheese on a sandwich. For the toppings such as lettuce, this also follows a 1-2-3 method. For classics we use our thumb and next 3 fingers to pick up the lettuce (or other toppings), for shortis we use our thumb and next two fingers. For juniors, we use our thumb and index finger to pick up lettuce. The associate should have followed this method, but of course it's not always going to be the same exact portion. If you call the Wawa corporate number, they are always looking for customer insight, so I'm sure they would love to hear what you have to say. It's just a bit more direct than just posting your complaint to some random internet forum like this. [protected]. I really hope this helps! :)
