Network Solutions has hosted my url "guysharpe.com" at least 15 years. They put a "make a payment" box, for client credit card payments, on my home page, that credit my checking account directly from my home page, for clients to pay for my legal services". Changes were made on my checking account and that payment box needs to be updated. I paid NS $59.99 to make the program changes to update the "make a payment" box. I gave them the name of "converge pay", the co. handling the payments, plus their telephone number and code for NS to make the update 4 days ago. My clients and I have made at least 6 attempts to process payments that were declined repeatedly. I called NS, my time support, many times to find out why the updates have not been made and all I get is a run around, talked down to, and treated like they believe it is my fault. So far, they have not called "converge pay" at [protected], to find out what NS needs to do to make the updates. Claimed loss: Minimum $3,000 for one new client, plus their time and consternation, to say nothing of my time and lost opportunities for new clients.
Desired outcome: Get "my time support" division of Network Solutions, complete the order for which they have been paid.
