smart one meatloaf
I am a senior citizen who has to watch my money. I find your products are very reasonably priced and they taste good also. However the last two meatloaf dinners were unappetizing. The mashed potatoes were gray, runny and tasteless. I did not try the meat because of the fear of getting ill. I will not buy the meatloaf again because I can't afford to lose the money.
chocolate supreme mug cake
I followed the directions for microwaving the mug cake. It turned out very dry. I suspect it was overbaked. My microwave is 1100 watts but I used it on 8 only which usually works for most recipes. What can I do to avoid the dryness next time? The cake is tasty and quick to make but the dryness takes away from that. Would decreasing the time or adding more water help? If I add 2 tsps of oil how much would that increase the smart points?
I tried more water and decreased the time. That helped a bit but not much. I like the idea of a small cake. It satisfies my sweet tooth without the high points.

I do not usually do this but I felt it necessary to spare others.
I went to an at work meeting 2 years ago and there was a new leader, Christine Garcia. Seeing as she was new I cut her slack on her lack of WW knowledge and overall poor meetings.
Fast forward to May 17th Alton NH. I recently rejoined WW and went to a meeting. Christine was the leader and it was as bad, if not worse, than the meeting 2 years ago. I thought maybe with some experience she would improve but that is not the case. It was basically a group run meeting as she didn't offer much to the conversation. When she was asked a question, she talked in circles, never really answering anything. I knew many people in attendance and they too were unimpressed.
I think someone should monitor her meetings and give some needed guidance.
I do not mind spending money on myself but I should get something for it and in my opinion she is a waste of my time and money.

I buy these every week at my meeting because they're so delicious they help me with my sugar craving. You only get a few bags in a box of them which is quite expensive. One of my bags was filled with burnt food... I find it very disappointing. As I'm spending so much money on the program I look forward to these little treats. I would very much like for someone to address my concern and make it right with a refund or a free box for the inconvenience.
unethical and unprofessional behavior of an employee
I went to my local Weight Watchers meeting this past Saturday April 14, 2018. A mistake was made when Sherri subtracted my weight from the previous week. I brought it to her attention and she proceeded to tell me that it was an error that someone else has done back sometime in the preceding weeks. That was not the case. It was an error in her subtraction. This woman is hateful, rude, discouraging person. She was very rude to my daughter and told her that she had to have her monthly card and COULD NOT use her app on her weigh-ins. We had been told when we stated that if we wanted to load the app that we could use that every week and not have to have the card. She has been extremely rude no only to us but to other people. I have had others express their frustration to the extent that they are considering not coming back as my daughter have. She has even went so far as to knock a ladies products that she was wanting to purchase in the floor and told her she would have to do that later. I cannot believe that you would keep a person in that position who is rude to your customers, discourages them and makes them want to leave and not come back. The people working for your company are suppose to encourage and help people lose weight and this woman certainly does not fill that requirement. I do not understand why a company would keep such a person and I have learned that many people from my group have called in on her or discussed the problem with Melinda, our group leader. Several people in the group feel that she should be let go and several are considering not returning to the group as long as she is there. She either needs to be fired or she needs to be removed from a position dealing with the people there desiring to succeed on your program. She makes that very hard. I have checked my app and she did make a mistake when substracting but proceeded to blame it on someone else and tell me that I have not lost as much weight as I have but that her figures were right. I lost 2.2 pounds this week but she says I only lost 1.2 because she did not want to admit her mistake. She wrote in my book that I lost 1.2 for a total of 17.4. I know what I have lost because I have kept up with it and it was not a mistake by someone else there. You can probably look at the app and see that if you substract 152.8 from 155 you will come up with 2.2 not 1.2 for a total of 18.4 not 17.4. I would appreciate hearing back from you as I have been very successful on the program but still would like to lose more weight. The meetings are important to me and I feel that they have helped but if you continue to employ this person and force us to have to deal with her, I may not continue attending the meetings which will in turn hurt me and my success. It is ridiculous that you would let this go on after having several complaints on her. As I stated above I would appreciate hearing back from you. I attend meetings at the Poplar Bluff Church of Nazarene on Saturday mornings. My monthly pass number is# W5494695
I can't get help with the online program
I signed up 1 month ago Triple Play and have yet to figure out how to use the on-line program. It took 3 different attempts, then finally "get connected with a on-line chat person AFTER 1 HOUR of waiting, then never able to actually talk with anyone.
I can't find a Customer service rep to talk to, to get help to figure out how to use the program.
I have never experienced such a disappointing customer support!

I was not informed that I would be automatically charged monthly when I signed up. I signed up for 3 months only. When I called the billing dept.on 3/17/18;they said they would refund my $44.95. Today I see I was charged again on 3/19/18 another $44.95.
So, I have been charged $44.95 on 3/14/18 And another $44.95 on 3/19/18.
I am asking for a supervisor to assist with this mess...and a supervisor is not able to take my call in the billing dept.
I want $89.95 refunded to me asap...and $12.00 for bank charges...

Purchased one month for daughter, that automatically renewed.My daughter never once went on line, or went to one of the offices ( which I paid for ).
After looking at a charge statement and realizing they continued to charge me for services that were never received, I contacted them.
I explained that we never received any services, and requested a refund for 3 months of charges. I was told because of HIPPA they don't monitor if you actually use their services that they will bill you for every month ...
so they were unable to refund the money they took from me.They refunded the last month charges only, so basically took about $100 from us and gave no goods or services in return.

I called to cancel my membership because I only signed up for 3 months and they kept billing me. The first number I called as soon as I stated the reason for my call, the person on the other end said that he could no longer hear me and said that the call was ending. I found another number to call and the exact same thing happened. The woman on the other end said she could no longer hear me and the call was ending. I yelled into the phone "Can you hear me now, do NOT hang up on me!'. eventually she had to respond and I continued to state that I want to cancel my membership. She was over talking me and telling me that I need to try "A special" that they were running. I said "NO, now cancel it NOW!" Now keep in mind that I was calling from a Landline and not a cell phone. There was NO trouble hearing me. I will NEVER give them one cent of my business again. What a SCAM!

On My birthday weight watchers sent me a special offer for $89.90 for 3 months of meetings ands 3 months of online plus. I paid through a link and received a card to show at the meeting. When I went to check in at the meeting, the weight watchers rep, Carol, said the membership card I bought was not good at meetings in Tennessee. I would have to pay an additional fee in my hometown, home state or anywhere close by. Here are the problems with that:
1. Weight Watchers claims they don't have hidden fees. Lie.
2. Weight Watchers nefariously used my name, address, and birthday to target me to get me to purchase what was touted as a personal offer. If they were not the franchise who had obtained this information from me then the local company has failed to properly protect my PII.
3. Weight Watchers is discriminating against me because of where I live.
Unreliable company
Why advertise a great support, but never keep your word and don't honor your own politics? Just like the others I fell for their ads and joined their strange club.
Once I needed their help, they were never there. Is that your great customer service that never replies? Is that what we pay our money for?
In short, I haven't bought anything because my questions weren't answered.

I buy fruities at my weight watchers meetings all the time and it's my 12th week on program and I've joined ww online and many other time & I've always puchased these and blackberry our my favorites. Last Friday I was enjoying the rest of my box while watching TV and suddenly one of them taste like medicine or something like that and I take it out of my mouth and obeserve it (picture attached together with an actual fruitie) it's darker in colour, smaller in size with a big "S" on it and it perimeter is ridgit. That evening I had diarrhea all night I'm assuming it was from this medicine like chew with the S on it because I was fine all day long until that episode. I put it in a bag with the box information (pictures attached) I contact ww but couldn't get through so I left a message. Saturday evening I get a call from someone named Rachel and she asked me what had happened & I told her she kept saying "it must be expired" which I told her it wasn't, but she wasn't listening to me at all as I told her it wasn't a fruitie that was in the box as it was a foreign object! She still didn't listen or didn't understand!
I asked Rachel to have someone else call me that was higher in the department. The same evening (I don't know why they're calling me during my family time in the evening) Michelle calls me and she told me she was a level 2 person and again she said it must be expired like the first lady said and I had to repeat everything again like the lot number and so on. This lady understood what I was saying! She said she would forward my complaint to head office. A few minutes later she calls me again but this time she asked me to take the foreign substance to my weight watchers location I told her that I wasn't making a special trip that I could bring it to w.w. when I go to my meeting on Wednesday next week as she said I would get a call from head office Tuesday as we had our Thanksgiving weekend and Monday was a holiday in Canada. Tuesday at 10 p.m I get an email from a Gillian lady and she's asking me to send her the pictures of the foreign substance and she wanted to know the lot number ext. But at that point I was so frustrated that now 3 people had asked me about the lot and expiry that I sent her an email back telling her that why is it that they don't communicate between each other instead of asking me the same questions over and over again and why didn't someone from head office call me Tuesday morning! 2 days later she apologized in an email. Wednesday evening after my w.w. meeting someone named Marcia calls and leaves me a message (I don't know why they don't call me during regular business hours) unfortunately I wasn't able to call her back on Thursday but I was going to this afternoon but instead Marcia called me and asked me to drop off the box and the foreign substance to w.w in Ajax on Wednesday. I told her I would. She said someone would give me a pack of fruities which to me is a slap in the face!
I asked Marcia what was she going to do for me, for my time, for my terrible experience! She said "what do you mean, you're getting a box of fruities" I said to her "are you kidding me I just went through a horrible experience and got sick wasted a lot of my precious family time" she didn't care at all! She told me she would email the manager in Ajax and she would be expecting this foreign substance. I told her until I get some sort of compansation for my horrible experience that I would hold on to this foreign substance. I asked her to have someone from Weight Watchers in the US contact me as she said they want to analyze it and she said they don't communicate with our Canadian members so I told her that until I know what I'm getting out of this horrible experience and terrible customer service I'm holding on to it.
I hope you can help me find out what was in my box and that you can forward my experience to someone higher in Weight Watchers please?

get paid to lose weight promotion
I joined ww in february, due to the promotion get paid to lose weight.. If I lost ten pounds within the required time frame and sent in the required paperwork I would get the money. I opted for it to be used on my account, but I have received nothing. At this time, if I somehow get the money I want it on a credit card. I want to cancel my ww, but they told me that if I do.. I will not get the money. I am trying to determine if I should just take the loss and cancel... It will depend on the outcome of this email response
I have proof via email that my info was sent in and accepted. I do want to mention that the two times that I have contacted ww via the [protected] number that is was a total waste of time.. I contacted them on 7/10/17 and again on 9/3/17. I has been 12 weeks and 4 days since I submitted the necessary paperwork. The last rep, diane was her name — was very difficult to understand.. She did not understand me and I had to repeat and spell everything. Then she kept staying on the line after I said I was done, I told her that I didn't want to hang up, because I didn't want to miss the survey. She finally ended the call... When I wouldn't answer her.. Then it went to the survey. I missed the survey last time.. Almost makes me think they do this so you don't get the opportunity to complete the survey. I don't go anymore, because I am tire of their lies and inability to help.
I’m going through the same thing right now. I submitted all paperwork on March 20th and called a week later to confirm it was received. I was told it was being processed. When I didn’t get the refund in two months, I called again and they said that it would be done by May 22. May 22 past and I didn’t see the extension on my membership as I had opted for two months membership instead of getting a two month refund. I called again and they said they had put through the credit to my credit card and I should see it within a week on my credit card. 10 days later I still didn’t see anything on my credit card. I called back and was told they didn’t see anything on my account about a refund Or an extension of time. After a 40 minute conversation she said she would credit my credit card as a one time courtesy. The amount they would credit me was not equal to two months of membership, so, I said that I had asked for a two month extension on time and she was really rude and said that that wasn’t what I asked for. I said I have my paperwork which shows that I asked to have my membership extended two months. She says that I would need to hold again and she would need to call her supervisor in order to extend the length of my membership time. By the time I got off of the phone call I was angry. They said that they were extending my membership to August 29 (I am paid through June 30th as they have continued to charge my credit card since the beginning) as a one time courtesy. How can it be a one time courtesy when I complied with all of their Requirements to get the two months for free if I lost 10 pounds within the first two months. I have lost all respect for weight watchers. They dangle all of these promotions and then when you Actually meet the requirements they do everything they can to not give you the reward. My local chapter has a fabulous staff and wonderful meetings. The corporation itself, has horrible customer service and horrible business practices. They should never have outsourced all of their customer service to a foreign country.
Same thing happened to me. My local branch was suspiciously quiet whenever I mentioned that I was doing this promotion. This should be an automated process, but instead I had to find the refund form myself online & then turn it in during the short window offered. The form says you must be an active member to be eligible for the refund, which I was when I submitted the form. Now, I have since cancelled my membership and it has been 8 weeks with no refund. The promotion does not state that you need to be a member when they get around to issuing the refund. I have called weight watchers 800-customer support number, but it is only a call center in another country. I did wait 15 minutes to be transferred to a supervisor in the resolution group back in the USA, but she could only offer to give me more time on weight watchers for free. I am appalled that an organization that has been around for so many years and is now associated with Oprah would be able to publically scam people in this manner without this being brought to light. I will pursue this with my local television station's consumer watchdog group.
The same thing happened to me. It is under review now, but they are not going to honor it. I am going to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency in my State, I have all paperwork, dates, credit card payment, etc. if nothing else they will have to spend $100 in labor to answer the complaint. I have been a lifetime member for 38 years and am really disappointed that they are ripping me off.

I called to cancel my 6 month membership from an automatic renewal because after trying to navigate their website for an hour with no luck, I gave up. I want to finish my 6 months and that's it. Should be easy to do right? At least that's what is advertised...no hassle cancellation. Except I was told that I will be charged a $50...yes, $50 cancellation fee. What? Are you kidding me? I paid for my 6 months. I don't want to continue so that should be easy enough to not renew it.
Was told well we will charge you then issue a credit. Why? What purpose does that serve?
Charging a cancellation fee when I met my contracted service obligation is a scam and unethical. Frances said its just the way the system is set up. I requested to speak with a supervisor and he refused to let me. Just put me on hold for several minutes.
Weight Watchers should not be allowed to charge a cancellation fee for not wanting to renew a membership.

i have just sat the eat me weight watchers ocean pie and found plasic in my meal i have spat the meal back out as it had cut into my gum i am appalled to find plasic in my meal i am shocked also to start eating my meal to find bits of plasic and to cut into my gum what is going on i have pictures of this and there i possibly more in this weight watchers ocean pie meal it has put me off eating them how do you manage to get plasic in a meal like this as you can see on my picture and video i will be keeping the meal to show incase there is more plasic in this weight watchers ocean pie...

I have been a Weight Watchers member since 2001. At that time to advertisement for weight watchers was, if you become a lifetime member (which I did) you were locked into your weekly price. At the time the price was $11.00 a week. I have paid that amount my entire time after making my goal weight and becoming a lifetime member as promised. Three weeks ago I went to a new Weight Watchers to get weighed in and as I went to pay she did not have me in the computer. I asked her to look me up as I was a lifetime member and paid this amount consistently turning down a lesser price of $8.57 a week if money was withdrew from my account as part of the rules of the $11.00 was that at any time if you change your program you can not get it again as I was grandfathered in that price. I was called a liar by the representative that weighted me and told that this was not my price and their was no such thing. The other representative that heard her treating this way tried her best to stop the behavior but it was too late I left in tears. I contacted weight watcher corporate and was transferred to a higher level of "service" I explained to the operator everything that happened and she then informed me that they do still honor my grandfather clause but unfortunately they are allowed to increase the cost to $15.00 due to "cost of living" expense. I explained to her that if that was the case I would of just went on the weekly price all this time as it was much less but I was afraid as I was told that once I went off my plan I would loose my grandfathered price. The operator apologized that I was mislead and offered to send me eight weeks of free weigh in/meetings. Two weeks went by and I never received the vouchers as promised so I decided to call again to question about vouchers as I did not want to join the monthly until I used the vouchers as would of been paying twice. The second operator could not find me in the system so I asked to speak to a supervisor where then she put me on hold for 33 minutes. I hung up and called back asking for a supervisor where I was told again they had no record of me or any conversations. I expressed my frustration as I have been a member for over twenty years, certainly they must have some record of me. I was again transferred to a "higher level of service" after me explaining my story for the forth time I was told by this operator that their is no "cost of living increase" and she has no idea why I was told that. I inquired why I was never sent my vouchers and upon another tem minutes of searching she finally found the notes from the prior operator. The operator then apologized again and said she would send them. I asked "why they were not sent as promised" she replied "I can't speak on other peoples work". For decades I have paid the company every week. I am appalled as to the way I was treated and their after. I am astonished that a company of this caliber does not have a system that recognized customers of twenty plus years. I have still not received my vouchers as promised and I think that is horrible.

I went to a meeting in Mandeville, La. at 10 am on 6/27/17 and had to wait
in line for 20 minutes behind 25-30 people. We were told if we didn't want
a long line then come to meetings. This is Weight Watchers rules. One girl was weighing while the leader was just talking prior to the meeting and not
helping. They had cut the staff because the prior week was low attendance.
Well you certainly didn't cut anyone's bill. There were close to 50 people
at that meeting or more. I am seriously thinking of dropping out because I
don't like being blackmailed, that if I don't attend I'll have to stand in line
forever for any assistance. You still get your money no matter who attends.
This is just an excuse for more greed. Disgusting.
membership cancellation
As many, many people I have faced the same problems trying to cancel my membership after the initial 3 month period. There is no way to cancel online, you try, send messages and never get a response.
Then you finally call. At first you get this person who keeps trying to sell you weight watchers and no matter what you say, they keep going on.
I cancelled, then find out they put me on a "free" month then started charging my credit card all over again. They use the old bait and switch game, making you think you cancelled then adding something you said no too, so it looks like you didn't cancel.
Spent hours on the phone with various people in their call center in the Philippines. They are hard to understand, keep asking for personal information (date of birth), which no one should give out to anyone, especially overseas.
Ended up yelling to get these people to listen. I've contested the charges on my credit card, so hopefully that works. I have no confidence I will receive a refund check in the 2-4 weeks they said.
Weight Watchers International is a crooked business with 1000s of complaints just like mine. A law suit needs to happen for people to get their money back and to be compensated for the emotional distress this causes.

Don't forget to cancel your membership when you stop attending the WW meetings. My responsibility that I forgot to cancel my membership when I decided that I didn't want to follow the program. For some reason my membership card stopped coming in the mail, and I forgot about WW over the holidays. Don't do what I did, I should have followed up with WW and cancelled the month I made the decision to stop the program. Unfortunately, I have been charged for several months on my credit card, however they stopped sending, my monthly WW card either. My address didn't change, if I had received the card I would have been reminded that I was still being charged on my credit card and to follow up with cancelling my WW membership.
