The HOA has been non responsive to service requests and problems have worsened. A year ago,an asphalt driveway with severe cracks was reported to HOA and ignored and this year it has become a depression. After the summer rains, interior ceiling damage developed due to exterior roof leak. HOA never answers phones, regardless of who is contacted and messages are not returned.

I started to contact the property management company last week. I've called them at least 10 times and left two messages about renting the pool for a party. When I finally got a hold of someone, they assured me they would call this week by Tuesday with a resolution/response. I also gave them my email address to write. I have no messages from them. Westwind has said they'll still foreclose on homes for not paying the special assessment without giving a reason why the written rules were ignored. If I receive the latter, as expected, I want a written policy on the legal grounds I can be foreclosed on for not following an illegal vote.

The fire report said there was a lot of junk in the chimneys. That was like 3 months and 2 days ago. The condo got totally wrecked and my tenant has been out of a home this whole time. Right now, I can't get any response from Westwind Managment or their insurance company. They won't talk to my insurance adjustor. They won't work with my insurance to figure out who should fix and pay for what. They won't give me a timeline. They won't even talk to the restoration company. *** at *** is their insurance adjustor and he won't say a word. Chris (the owner), Jillian, and Angela at Westwind Management won't say anything either. They messed up by not cleaning the chimney properly and now they're totally holding up the repairs for my condo.

I contacted the Westwind Management Group LLC, office in Englewood, CO and I was told that I was responsible for getting a new lock installed on the mailbox, $75.00 Personal Expense. The locksmith, they told me to use, left a note indicating that the mailbox was damaged and it needed to be fixed or replaced. I made several calls to the Westwind Management Group office, and sent emails with no response. Due to the COVID situation I have to work from home, and depend on my Mail for Bills, Job related documents, etc. USPS is already holding or returning my Mail because my mailbox can no longer be used.
