Very poor response... Very bad people at whirlpool. Our washing machine (Fully automatic - hot wash top load) was out of order for last three weeks. We have submitted the complaint on 4th april. We also have a annual maintenance contract. Till now the machine has not been picked up after repeated calls to whirlpool call center.

I had been using a whirlpool washign machine. I had a complaint mentioning that it was not working properly. The person who cam for service was more interested to sell the trolley which is suited for the machine as well as a powder which is used to clean the machine. They were not able to sort out the issue even after i had complained it for 3 times. Moreover i contacted their customer service in the number([protected]/[protected]). I am not mentioning the name of the useless people who are posted as Area Service Manager. Even after repeatedly calling them no one has still responded even after a week. So i advice peeple to never use whirlpool products only because their service is below standard

Sir,
It is a matter of sorrow that after several times complain through e-mail in your website/e-mail ID, I have not got any reply from your end. Basically this type of harassment was not happened in my life previously. Again I am strongly complain against your authorized service center M/s - Zen Service of BF-4, Rajarhat Road, Baguihati, Kolkata-700059, Near Arati Cinema, Ph. No. 033 – [protected]/[protected]. His conduct/behavior with the customer and as well as workmanship is very bad.
Again I am telling you that please replace the refrigerator by a new one. Because I don’t want any repair further again. Otherwise I will force to purchase another refrigerator. I hope after viewing all the facts you will sure replace my refrigerator.
Again I am furnishing my details for your reference. I strongly complain against your service after selling a product. Hope that after viewing all the facts you will take necessary action immediately and replace the same with a new one, so that I can relief from this problem forever & my family peace which was disturbed for the same may return and fulfill with happiness as was in past.
I would like to draw your kind attention that I am Sri Sanjib Kumar Deb, a govt. officer of Sports & Youth Services Department, Govt. of W.B. (Ph. No. 033-[protected] Res. & M. No. [protected]) have purchased a refrigerator (250 ltr, Mastermind Elite, C/N No. CTV/2568/07, Sl. No. INAO72709554) from Capital Electronics (V.I.P.), (Unit of Anand & Co. Electronics Pvt. Ltd.) of P-161, V.I.P. Road, Sch. VIIIM, Kolkata-700054, Ph. No. [protected]/7098/[protected] on 28.07.2007.
In this connection I want to state that, last few months on & from January, 2008 I am facing such a problem by this fridge/refrigerator which was not happen in my life previously and at the same time my family peace is also disturbed by the same. I have reported all the facts/problems minimum (10-15) times to Capital Electronics as well as local authorized service center named Zen Service of BF-4, Rajarhat Road, Baguihati, Kolkata-700059, Near Arati Cinema, Ph. No. 033 – [protected]/[protected] and they also visited my house minimum 10 times and after repair of each time they have told that “Sir it will not create any problem in future, if again it will happen we will replace the same with a new one”. But, unfortunately, I am facing the problems till now and getting no service for your branded production refrigerator. I have told minimum 100 times to Capital Electronics as well as local authorized service center that please replace the same, but I am fully hopeless regarding your service after sale of any product. In this modern generation no family can live without a refrigerator, whereas my family is living without refrigerator during a long period (more than six months). I am very much anxious and at the same time helpless also regarding the same matter.
Under the circumstances you are requested to take necessary steps so that I may escape from that problem forever and if possible please replace the same fridge by a new one. Treat this case as an extremely urgent.
Hope to receive your help & co-operation against your service which will also carry the good-will of company.

I had registerd a complaint No. 18083 dated 11/09/09 with call centre. Service centre sent an unskilled man he did not know how to open the top cover of the washing machine . last he told that this part is to be replaced and he will and replace it .But he closed the complaint without completing it. then again I registered a complaint with service centre No.22311 dated 14/09/09 and another man came he opened the cover properly and told the one part is broken and the top body of the washing m/c is to be replaced . I told him the earlier man might have broken the same because of his unskillness.I am still in contact with the call center and sevice personnel but hey are responding responsibly and I told to sent the first man so he wil repair the m/c as he told me. but still no response from anybody

yes i stongly agree with people dissatisfied with whirpool after sales services. i also strongly recommend not to purchase any of the whirpool product as their after sales services is really disaster.

the outsurcing part of company for after sales services is tarnishing the image of whirpool. as the outsourced people are not well trained and misbehave with the customer. whirpool is loosing its goodwill as well as business which the company is not taking care off.

Worst Response How the Whirlpool appoint the dealers we don't, Most of the Dealers they now very wellhow to cheat the Customers.. I have purchased a Whirlpool Washing Model No.11580(Dry Lenin)6.5Kg from Shyam Eltronics, 7Roads, S.F.S Street.Cuddapah Dist(YSR District). Andhra Pradesh. My Washing Machine Serial No. INF111707683.(Wine Red Color) Purchasing Date 6/5/2011. Bill No.1380 purchased for the price of 17300/Rs. Not working from One Month i have complaint to the dealer after a lot of calls they sent the Technician to attend the Complaint and he find the problem the Electronic Circuit Board warn out and he claim for the circuit board from the Regional Distributor under Guarantee Period after one month he bring it to fix. They claim the spare free of cost from the Regional Distributor and the technician charge the price of the circuit board 6000/Rs .After a lot of Arguments he took 3000.even though it is under guarantee period. why don't the company take action against like the cheaters. Lot of the Customers suffer like problems. But response zero from whirlpool. Please must take actions against like this Cheaters other wise the whirlpool lost the hopes of the Customers...N.H.Rahaman, Shankarapuram, Cuddapah, Andhra Pradesh.

I bought a washing machine Jst 2 yrs back... N the day warranty period expired ... Next day machine stopped working n giving some error. Customer care people are so unprofessional n unsupportive... I asked them about the error n they are only talking about the service charges that I have to pay to get it repaired. I mailed to the head office twice n still no communication from their side... I have been using the products f whirlpool from last 10 yrs n was quite satisfied but this time these people are just getting out of our nerves.. In these two months I.e. June n July my washing machine has malfunctioned twice. . Last time coz it was under warranty nothing was charged but this time... I don't know what vl they charge for this. In fact when I was arguing with customer care person he refused to register my complaint saying that if I talk like this or if I have so much of issues then he vl not register my complaint n I can go wherever I want to go... Such irritating ...

I have been having trouble with Whirlpool Refrigerator service. The refrigerator failed 3 weeks ago and have been running pillar to post to have it repaired. Initial assessment was that the compressor was dead and a replacement provided as it was still under warranty (my refrigerator is 4years old). To replace the compressor while the compressor is under warranty, the cost of the gas and the actual service was 4.5K INR which we paid thinking it will fix the problem. That was 2 weeks ago. Within 5 days the gas leaked and the fridge stopped working again. While the logging of a ticket on their 1800 helpline is easy, the follow up post that with the technician to visit your home to check the fridge is a mammoth task. We have been following up for the last 10 days with no success. I was promised that a senior technician will come on Saturday, it is Monday now and no luck yet. Our calls are not being answered nor there is any courtesy for these guys to reach out to you and indicate a date and time when they will visit you. The 3-door fridge cost me ~26K INR in 2012 and here I am struggling to get this going atleast for another year or so. Can someone help me !
