Purchased Matag Washer and Dryer less than 3 years ago. Both machines required repairs to be done more. I purchased extended warranty which is an absolute joke and do not help the customer at all. they just blame everything on Whirlpool and Whirlpool blames the extended warranty company.
Dryer finally got fixed for now, after several months along with the washer. At least I thought the washer was fixed. Washer broke again and I have been waiting for 7 Months for the washer to be repaired again, that was already repaired 8 months ago.
Calling either customer service or the extended warranty is an absolute waste of time. They blame each other and buy time, and really piss of customers.
it is amazing that this muti-billion-dollar company cannot even fix a washer properly and in a reasonable amount of time.
I'm glad that all the workers are working from home doing nothing. Not even answering phones. it has to be the only reason. the whole world does it what not them!
Lesson learned. By cheap and be ready to replace a washer or dryer every 3 to 4 years. Better than believing that Whirlpool is the best and they cannot even fix a washer in 7 months and counting, Pathetic. Multi-Million Dollar, what a joke. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. All of them who manage and run this company.
Desired outcome: Stand by their product and customer service as they claim. Replace the Washing Machine.
