On 12/10/2023 @3:30pm I entered WhiteCastle at 1701 E Spring St. New Albany IN 47150. At 3:43pm I placed my usual order of 4 burgers with extra onions, pickles, mustard and ketchup. Each order from all customers in line was taken, prepared and delivered to the counter one at a time. I received my order 22 minutes later. I happened to notice that all hamburger orders were being made from a tray on the prep table piled 4 high. No burgers were being pulled from the grill and boxed as I've seen at all other WhiteCastle restaurants. They were being made from this tray of cold burgers. This memory came to mind when I had gotten home and taken a bite of my first burger. So I opened it and saw that it was not made to my order. It had 1 pickle not extra, hardly no onions not extra and 1 tiny dot of ketchup not extra and no mustard. The large chocolate shake was fantastic as always. I reheated the burgers in my microwave for 20 seconds trying to salvage my meal, but that didn't work. The burgers were dry without that WhiteCastle flavor. I then thought I'll never go back to that store and go to one a lot further away from my house. This incident bothered me for 2 days, so I finally decided to enter this complaint. I've gotten great burgers from this store many previous times, but this day and time was horrible.
Desired outcome: To be able to go to this, the closest WhiteCastle to my home and and receive the usual WhiteCastle fast service and great tasting food with that great WhiteCastle flavor as always.
