Very slow email service, and as a business owner myself,I can say pathetic low costumer service, calling me impatient do to them not sending a return label within a suspected 24hr response and now been 48+ tells me to wait until Monday, this is the 7th time I received damaged products from them.very disappointed this time around with *** which is the manager as I was made aware of.

This company is beyond rude and dishonest. Their website offered several shipping options. As I needed a gift by Christmas I agreed to pay a ridiculous fee. After paying a day had gone by I asked the company for a tracking number to be sure it wasn't a scam. Not a scam but coose1 the product I ordered wasn't going to be delivered in the 3 day window I paid for but in 7 days which cost 1/3 the price I paid. I tried to reason with the company. After several emails back and forth they continued to see that they are doing nothing wrong by making a large amount of money on shipping without holding to their promise of delivery time. Pretty *** considering it's Christmas guess they done respect the American values of ''tis the season!"

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Amazing selection of products at great prices. My order was shipped via FedEx, who for some reason always has difficulty delivering to my apartment. I always request a hold at FedEx location when they are used. When I tried to do this, FedEx told me to contact the shipper. I called the number on the website and immediately someone answered and was very kind and helpful, advising me to email customer service. I received an almost immediate response letting me know that the order will be held for pickup at my nearest FedEx location. Now I've picked up my order and opened the box, and I am still thrilled with the experience. Everything was extremely neatly wrapped in bubble wrap (individually), even with fragile tape! Beyond happy with Diecast Models Wholesale and will absolutely be using the 10% off coupon they left in the box!
