Cannot get anyone on phone to get my refund
We purchase our vacation package about 5 years or maybe even longer through this company. When we purchased this plan we were told if we didn't use it within so many years we would get our money back.
We can't get anyone to take our calls. We have spoken to several people bc apparently they're still selling these plans but we can't get ahold of anyone in customer service to take our calls. The website is nonexistent. This company is a big rip off and should have be thrown in jail for fraud. 😡
Desired outcome: Refund of funds/to speak with someone
Communication
I originally joined Wholesale Service of America a few years ago.
I called them periodically to book travel. About a year, year and a 1/2 I called the same number and was connected to Worldwide Service of America.
When I asked what happened to the original company no one could tell me. When I asked for some of the people I dealt with in Wholesale Service of America no one knew who I was talking about. It's quite bazaar.
So I'm wondering if anyone else has brought this to your attention. If you have any information I'd appreciate hearing it. Just wanted to make sure I'm not being set up for a scam. Thanks.
Desired outcome: Just a response to me
Unethical behavior
I purchased a vacation plan in May 2018 and I have yet been able to use it. The phone number you gave me is not in service and the web site won't work. I found another phone number and all he wanted to do was give me a $100 gift card and told me to try at a later date. I have a 5 year money back GUARANTEE. I want my money back! I paid over $2200.00 and a yearly fee of $199.00. please contact me ASAP about this matter! My member number is 004837... Walter Prince at... [protected]@gmail.com
Change date because of covid-19. They want to charge me $199
We paid over $1500 for membership fees for 6 years in full. Was promised a trip of our choice from their list. Be booked it for April 2020. Covid happened. We changed it to July. Covid is pronounced in April with more cases. We have been trying to change it since April for next April 2021. It has taken 4 months to get them to change it, if they really are going to. They want $199 from me. I told them "no way." They say they talk with their managers and still can't do it. Is their really a manager? I need someone to talk to. I want my money back and go someplace to have peace instead of worrying about my vacation having problems.
membership renewal cancellation
I have tried many times to talk to some one at this company and the person who answers the phone sends me to a recording. I have left messages and they do not call me back. This has been going on for several days
I am Not Renewing my membership and The card they have is no longer valid. I will be calling my card company to tell them not to process any charges form Wholesale Services of America
This company does not respond to my calls
cancel my membership
I've been fighting for the same thing. I have been told that a manager will call me back two different times. This does not happen.
Discount travel
In Savannah, GA. Became a member in Oct 2014. Big mistake. Prices were not lower than anyone else's and no discount on airfare according to WSA. I tried to cancel but the refused. I tried going to my credit cards company and they are siding with WSA's lies. Now they call me morning & night to get me to pay our yearly fee. Somethi g needs to be done about this unethical company.

I also bought a membership from Wholesale services. The biggest scam, I would love to have my money refunded. Is there not someone out there that could get them for fraud? They are scamming people out of thousands of dollars.
