This company appears to be a total scam. The only thing that works is their payment processor. I opened my account and paid for three months. The sent my contracts to sign and then waited a week. After I contacted them to let them know that I hadn’t been contacted, someone from the marketing team got in touch with me to let me know that after paying $3400, I somehow slipped through the cracks, but it would be all systems go now. It wasn’t
I had to email three times before they finally had my account set up so that I could see and select products for my three sales channels. At this point two weeks had gone by. I finally got the list of products and made my selections. They IMMEDIATELY withdrew $1800 from my accounts and then put me on hold for two more weeks.
I sent emails almost every day asking about the status of my account. They kept sending me emails saying that things were moving along, but no products were shipped to my Prime account, no products were listed on my Walmart account, and the website the supposedly built for me didn’t have half of the products that were supposed to be listed, and I had no access to this website. It wasn’t registered to me, I couldn’t check analytics, and the dashboard the sent me a link to is non functioning.
Now it’s about a month and a half and when I inquired again as to the status of my items, I was sent an email telling me: “Thank you for reaching out and for your patience. I just wanted to let you know that we're currently working on getting your products listed on your Walmart seller account; however, I can see that the products you chose are from an outdated product list which we no longer have the ability to sell across certain platforms.”
They sent me this list and had to have known that the products weren’t available, but they kept stringing me along anyway. So halfway through the subscription, they’ve delivered nothing. No products, no services. I’m definitely posting this review on every review site, social media platform and business blog. I’ll also be discussing it on an FBA podcast I’m going on soon. I’m also contacting an attorney as well as the BBB and Delaware Secretary of State. They are coming outright fraud.

Despite working with an account manager who was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, they fell short on delivering on their promises.
After signing up with Why Unified to help with marketing my business, I was provided with a marketing plan that looked promising. However, after being told that it would take two weeks to set everything up and launch the campaign, I was left waiting. Week after week, I received no updates and my account manager avoided my phone calls. When I finally reached him, he could only offer excuses and told me that he was waiting for his team to approve the plan.
After two months of waiting and being let down, I decided to cancel my account and request a refund. What happened next was even worse. The company sent me an email stating the cancellation process would take 2-5 business days, but it has been two weeks and counting, and no response. What's more, the managing director has even gone silent and will not return my emails or calls, let alone my $1300.
It's truly a shame that Why Unified has let me down so terribly. As a small business owner, I trusted them and they took advantage of that trust. I urge any small business owners considering working with Why Unified to think twice and consider other options.
