WigSis could not receive full amount for wrong wig sent to me.

Very bad experience with this company. Purchased a wig and didn't like it. I contacted the company and was told I could exchange it for another one. I did see another one that I like, cost more but I ordered it. It did not come for at least two month. When it arrived, it was not the one I ordered and when I checked to see which one it was on-line by using the sku #, it looked nothing like it was pictured on line. Not even the same hair style. I contacted Wigsis to let them know they sent the wrong wig, and I was not happy with this wig and did not want it. All they would do is give me a small refund and I could keep the wig I didn't even want. After weeks of going back and forth with them on line, I finally told them I would go with their last offer of 75.00 and said I would take my loss and learn from it. The wig was 251.00. I will continue to try to get the word out to people not to purchase these wigs. They are not what they advertise, they are cheaply made. Looks to me like a wig one would get for Halloween. Don't be like me, check out the company before you buy!

Do not i say again do not purchase anything from this chinese company. Their wig products are horrible the poorest quality
i have ever seen. How i wished i had read this site before i purchased the wigs. I am out over three hundred dollars and the wigs are in the garbage. You wait for months and they tell you they are making the wig. The wigs look nothing like the pictures on their internet site. The colors also look fake. The most sub standard product i have seen in a long time. Horrible.

I agree with you 100%. I recently purchased two wigs from them. They are just hideous, I have talked to the so called customer service to "Candy" and Mildred" ha! What kind of Chinese names are these? I was thinking the might not even be women, who knows about these people. You do have the bank on your side, I called them and the are giving my money back and doing a investigation. the bank told me, they can stop them from doing business with them, if they find fraud on their part. This is fairly easy to prove with these crooks. I hope you able to get your money also. GOOD LUCK!

WigSis worst wigs possible and even worse customer service.

After enduring months of ridiculous e mails back and forth, I thought I had provided Amex with sufficient documentation to refund my $450. Wrong!
The merchant supplied Amex with one e-mail showing that I tried to cancel order after wigs were in production. That was enough for Amex to decide in their favor. The pages of complaints from customers and pages of e mails which I provided should have been enough for Amex to decide in my favor. I fear that this scam company will continue in business forever. I think that this is the same company that I fought with many years ago to get a refund; eventually after they played their e mail games, I did get a refund. But I paid the cost of shipping wigs to China. We all made the mistake of not reading the awful reviews before ordering. This is so sad.

Hi, I just read your post. I don't know what Amex is, is it American Express? I cannot believe they sided with Wigsis. All the complaints, against them! I bought two wigs from, same story as everyone else. The day I got the 2 wigs I realized didn't have a number or address. I sent them a email asking for their number and return address. They refused. I knew something was wrong. Their policy states contact them within 7 days receipt of order. Contact customer service for return address. Must be returned 10 days. You can't do that without the address. I did get a address after 25 emails. The number they gave me was bogus. ([protected])

I don't know if this address is a valid but I looked at Google Earth. Can't really make heads or tails of the addresses or cities. Even if you send the back won't give you fund, I think you should open your case again. usually you have so many to open a case back up. I wouldn't let these crooks get away with this. I think them giving a bad number to contact at should be enough evidence they are fraudulent company. I would go back and read the return polices, they flip back in forth. Good Luck

WigSis two wigs I ordered from you

Transaction 6jA431304D470984N and another one 9X364849U138183W I received one and it is not human hair plus it is so big it won't stay on my head! I want the address where to send them both back and I want a refund though PayPal !
I have the invoice and receipts for both of them, they have to go to PayPal and issue me a refund for both!
I ordered online on their site at Wigsis.com they stated money back guarantee but I have tried many times to contact them they won't give me the address where to send them back I think this is a scam.

WigSis wigs

I ordered two wigs from this company Jan.22, 2018, I read the return policy thoroughly and it claimed if you were not satisfied you could return them for a refund. After numerous emails waiting for the wigs to come, they finally arrived but were not the color or style I ordered. There was no return information, address or phone number included in the box which right away made me very suspicious. I have dealt with wig companies for years and know they all have return information and contact information included with the wigs. I have gone back and forth with these people for a month with ridiculous deals offered and all kinds of reasons why I should not return the wigs, including they might get lost in the mail and then they couldn't give me a refund. Now they have finally given me a supposed address to return them for a full refund providing the wigs are in new condition. I don't trust them to give me a refund from this statement because of all the other lies they have told. I have kept all my correspondence with them and have filed with our credit card company, the Federal Trade Commission, The Better Business Bureau, econsumer.gov. I am not sure where to proceed from here.

WigSis wig

order #TA171219C2667 on 12/19/2017 for $116.00 w shipping. Debited on my acct on 12/20/17. After (emails) to check on it rc'd on 1/03/18 . NOTHING like what the picture shows to be in color, style or cut and had a horrible chemical odor. Sent email and they wanted pictures of wig with the tag. Did that, and that's when I found out it came from CHINA return freight would be $40.00 that I would have to pay and they would send another one of my choice and cost me freight. Long story short. It was not even acceptable to give to the cancer society because of the chemical odor. I just wanted my refund but, it was going to cost me the return fees and after that I don't trust them to issue me my credit.
BAD business...Do not buy from them

WigSis wigs received not as shown on website

Jan 19, 2018 placed an order for 2 wigs ($233).

Feb 14, 2018 received 2 DIFFERENT hair pieces. Wouldn't even call them wigs.

Feb 14, 2018 contacted customer No Service and had to contact them twice.

Feb 15, 2018 received a response asking me to submit photos which I did.

Feb 16, 2018 received a response asking me to shake the wigs out as they may have gotten 'squeezed' in transit and/or to take them to a stylist as the wigs on the website were "professionally cut."

Feb 16, 2018 disputing this with my cc company.

WigSis wig

Wish I had read the reviews - I too have now been scammed - the wig I received is not what I ordered and they will not provide an address to return - they want to give me $13 refund for a $168 purchase saying it is a custom order and cannot be resold which is a lie. This company is completely dishonest about their return policy - once they get your money you won't see it again -I hope enough of these complaints will shut them down.

WigSis I received wigs which are not what I ordered and they are not willing to return/refund

I am dealing with terminal illness. I ordered 2 wigs after spending hours to order them correctly. after 1.5 month I received 2 wigs which are different cuts. The wigs are not what I order and I paid around $260 for them. Now I am trying to return them and get my refund but they are not willing to do so. According to their policy which I downloaded on my computer, I should be able to return and get a full refund for the wigs. There is a customer service person "Candy" replying and she is not even giving the manager's name or phone number. There is no one else who I can talk. I am hopeless and I am trying to sue this company.

WigSis wig

I ordered a wig from this company stating it was a Rhianna look human hair wig. When I received the wig it did not look anything like the wig I ordered and the hair was cheap like hair on a dolls head. I have been emailing back and forth with someone name Olivia in customer service. She keeps telling me to keep the wig and they will refund 20.00 for a wig I paid 131.00 for. I keep telling her that the only reason I ordered it from this company is because they state you can return for a full refund within 15 days, this is why I contacted them the day I got it. Now she is telling me it will take too long to get the wig back to them? This company is definitely a fraud and something needs to be done about them selling in the US. DO NOT ORDER from them.

My 87 year old Mom ordered a wig from this company. When it arrived it was nothing like the wig she had ordered. Very small and felt like doll hair. Which they said was real human hair. They lied. She asked them about a refund. They said the wig was custom made. She never ordered custom made. Another lie. She paid over$120.00 dollars and they said they would only refund 30 %. Well, that would be the cost to send it back. So she is out the money. They took advantage of an elderly women. Trying to find out how to file a lawsuit or compliant.

I absolutely love this wig! I ordered 29(my usual colour). Everyone raves about the cut and how becoming the style is to me. I've even been told I look 10 years younger (something every woman enjoys hearing!). I now have two Sparkle wigs (both in 29) and plan to get at least one more in another colour. I am using shampoo, conditioner & spray. These products keep the wig looking fresh and "sparkly. "Great product! Thank you for providing a wonderful alternative to thinning hair.

Your one of the few lucky ones. The problem is if the wig isn't what you sent for there is no way you will ever get a refund. Not even if you abide by what they tell you to do to get said refund.

WigSis the style

I have this wig in Nice red colour. I have been wearing this style for about a year. I'm very happy with the overall look of this wig. It looks realistic, and I have had several compliments from people who didn't realize it was a wig. It's comfortable to wear and feels really secure. I wear a gel strip underneath. Unfortunately, the women in my family go bald when they hit middle age. I am happy to have a wig I can wear that looks real. I tried several different things, I like the human hair the best and this is a very affordable one.

WigSis lace frontal real hair wig

Do not order from here, its a scam! I ordered a real human hair lace frontal kim kardashian style wig. When I finally got the wig it looked nothing like the picture. A piece of the hair was actually underneath the cap making it impossible to even look like your natural hair. The bangs split right down my face, I looked ridiculous. When I emailed them for the return address they asked me to take pictures and tell them why I wanted to return it. So after explaining it looked nothing like what I ordered they told me it was a custom design wig that it just got messed up in shipping and that I should take it to a hair salon to be fixed and that they spent a lot of money and time making it. First of all it looked like a cheap $5 dollar wig and second it didn't get messed up in shipping it was made messed up. They continued to give me the run around on the address saying it would cost way too much to send back and too much time to wait on it to be returned. They offered me 25 dollars for my troubles, the wig cost $80. I didn't care what it cost to send back I wanted my full refund like their website guaranteed. If they do not want to give the refund address because it takes too much time and too much money to send back they shouldn't offer full refunds on their website. They shouldn't even be allowed to be a business. Thank god I didn't order the 300 dollar one I was looking at.

I fully agree Wigsis is definitely a scam! I've sent three requests for a refund on a very poor wig, not at all as shown on website. The color chart doesn't depict correct colors. In other words, I can't use the wig do to color and style. It disgusts me how an online company can disrespect their customers. I'm researching to see if there is a way to shut down the website based on all of the negative comments and the amount of money people have lost. By the way, if you used a charge on your card for Wigsis, contact your issuing bank to find out if the can assist you.

Attention to anyone who wants to order a wig from Wigsis, owned by a Chinese person by the name of: zhao quiang located in china.
This company with I am still dealing is a deceiving company.

I ordered two wigs with natural hair short and small size for men and was charged usd-601.01.

I have received two wigs with synthetic hair
for women
long synthetic hair
xl size

I have received a garbage of wigs with a delay exceeding 21 days delay.

This company has the reputation to deal through online and have no telephone nor fax contact.

Two women act on behalf of this company by the name of:
a- Mrs. Candy
b- Mrs. Molly

I filed a complain against them with PayPal about one month and half.

Until now i am still waiting for the refund of my money by PayPal, despite the fact i have returned the two degusting wigs
and they had the confirmation that they have received the two wigs.

I am warning anyone who want to have to most deadly nightmare of their life to try to enter in business with this company - Wigsis.

The order was placed on November the 18th, 2017 and until now i am still fighting to obtain my money.

This is my favorite Wig. I have been stopped at least twice by strangers to say how much they love my hair when wearing. ( I always show them it is a wig, I want all women to have the fun of wearing wigs even if they do not hair loss!)
This one hasn't held up as well as other Wigs, I will be replacing sooner than some of my others from her but the look is worth it

Ordered $212.00 wig that was listed online as "real" human hair. When it arrived, it was cheap, broken off, synthetic matted plastic hair that is completely unwearable. They refuse to refund and insist I send wig back to China and send another $100.00 to make another wig! They claim to be a USA company but they operate out of Singapore, China. They steal money from vulnerable people who have lost their hair through chemo and alopecia. Heartless, scam based company. Filing a Class Action lawsuit against them.

My gosh, I am going in for surgery this week and ordered wigs months ago. They finally arrived today and although I paid hundreds for them they are cheap dime store quality, hideous and don't fit. They claimed to be real human hair but they are plastic like that used in cheap Halloween costumes. I also did not know they would be coming from Singapore. I found this website when I tried to return them and there was no return address. It seemed shady so then I started to look it up.

WigSis im a victim of bait and switch with this crooked company.

I ordered a layered, popular style wig for $73.00. You sent me a completely different wig, very out of style, long, curly, bouffant wig, with a tag with the sku no. of the wig I ordered. after many emails, and evasiveness, I see that I'm stuck with this wig. I have called better business bureau, and am contacting paypal for help. this company needs to be removed from internet as they are scammers. received this wig 1/2/18. I ordered a wig in september! I have received nothing! I am going to complain everyday until I get my full refund. Or run you out of business.. You are taking money from people that are sick with cancer or losing their hair.. That is a traumatic thing for women and men. Send me my refund, I need my money now.. We didn't have a good thanksgiving or christmas because of this big problem..

WigSis human hair wig

When I received the wig from Wigsis, it looked nothing like the website photo. I ordered a mixed color, and my wig was nowhere near the color I ordered. I thought I would be able to return the wig for a refund since I contacted them the day I received the wig. I read their return policy. They have not given me a return address, instead offered me 5.00 as a refund. I paid 161.00. And they say just keep the wig, they don't even want the wig back. It's very poor quality and workmanship. Don't rely on their posted return policy. It's not true. It's a scam China company.

Its been 3 months since I ordered a wig from this company.. I have never received anything.. 180.00! I have demanded my money back because they are saying their refund code says no refunds.. That is crazy. I would have never spent that much money if I could not get a total refund if I wasn't satisfied.. How can this company still be advertising a product online and never producing a product? I dont have that kind of money to throw away.. Someone please help me get my money back. This has to be illegal..
