WigSis I ordered wig high-quality-wavy-bobs-blonde-short-wigs skuhw0405. html

The wig is pictured as very blonde, short with curls. The one I received 6 weeks later (very ling time to wait) was brunette with more hair than as noted in the picture. They offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the wig. I paid $198 for it. After other offers they finally offered me a 25% refund. I either wanted my full amount of money back or the exact wig I ordered They have since refused any further help and are ignoring my emails. Do I have any recourse against them? This is an unethical and terrible business to work with

WigSis Wig

I ordered a wig from the web site which states they offer full refund if not satisfied.

Wig arrived poor quality, hair falling out. Wrong color.

Emailed to asked for steps to return for a full refund.
Company refuses to provide.

The company emails me daily and begs me to keep it. I don't want it. It won't work for me I have leukemia and don't want to deal with this.
I just want the return address and steps for a full refund.

If you paid with credit card consider contacting the bank and contesting the charge. It seems like they try to play out the 30 day clock with the email scam, stringing you out till it’s too late. They refuse to send a return address till it’s too late, then apparently quote outrageous fee for return post.

WigSis Wig - cancelled order, rip off company, they steal your money!

I ordered a wig on 4/21 and once I received my order confirmation, which was immediately, I read the production and shipping time and realized it was a co in China. I immediately responded asking to cancel my order, which was within 3 mins of my initial order. These people have been relentlessly sending me emails, asking me to keep the product, that they will send me freebies, then a discount then again another discount offer. They have refused to acknowledge my cancellation request and keep sending me email after email asking me to keep the product, which I'm sure was not in production 3 mins after I placed my order. They will not cancel my order, they will not refund me my $188 dollars, they just keep emailing and emailing me to the point of harassing me. I filed a complaint with BBB and fraud charges with my bank and Paypal but not sure that will do anything. They are thieves and do not honor their own cancellation policy posted on their website, which states, if you cancel within 24 hrs of placing your order you get 100% refund, I cancelled within 3 mins and they basically stole my money.

WigSis Wig - wrong style and color

I wanted to share the horrible experience with this company - I think they are in China and you can't get them to give you a return address. They shipped it from Monroe, NJ (I am in NJ) but it took about 30 days to arrive and as soon as we got it saw it was wrong style and color -didn't even try it on and have been trying to get it returned since 4/1 and they will not give a return address or a refund, they are basically making fun of me as the customer with their replies - this is going on 2 weeks now, they are disgusting! - below is the email chain if you can even get through it! I plan to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge now.

WigSis I ordered a 100% human hair unit and received a synthetic blend

I used the company email to register a complaint and they emailed me back. The email content was that they add synthetic hair for durability factors, and then asked if I was going to return the unit. I told then NO I will not be returning the unit, that I will be taking my complaint to the highest level in the company as I could possible go. I want them to fulfill their advertised promise of a 100% human hair wig, in the style I ordered.

WigSis I ordered and paid for 3 items and have not received them.

I submitted and they accepted my order on september 10, 2018. they sent me an order number ta180904c5130. I have received no items or answers from them. the items were paid for by credit card. the items purchased were: wymh030, he18001, and hw18004. the cost was $124.00. I have tried to contact them several times by their website, but it keeps jumping back to the beginning.

WigSis They refused return and reimbursement for the wig

I ordered a wig based on the WigSiS website, model and color. When ir arrived it was all wrong. I communicated with their customer service by email requesting to return the wig and get reimbursed. They warned me not to send the wig to their listed address, refused to provide me with a return address and refused to reimburse me for the full price I paid. There is no telephone number or return address for them. They said in their email that their factory is in China, and it is "very costly and very far" to send it back. they offered to reimburse me 30% after much negotiation by email and went silent. Truly a scam and I am the sucker.

WigSis Wig

I ordered a beautiful wig (or what I thought was a beautiful wig) from wigsis and paid $133.00. When I received the wig it looks nothing like the picture and the color is way off. I was highly disappointed. This was my first time ordering online but the picture looked fabulous. But the actual wig is different. This was a waste of my money. I am highly disappointed. I sent an email to see if I could return it but I received no response until I wrote a comment on facebook. The receipt says that the purchase was on august 9, 2018 for a tempting auburn curly short african american wig item # mv02487. Yes I would like a refund minus the shipping and taxes. I think that I am a fair person.

I received my beautiful wig 2 days ago & could not tell you how pleased I am. The color is great. I love the fact that it can be styled in several ways. I LOVE it's texture & fullness. I've always had thin hair, so this wig is a real treat. I have 2 questions...is there anyway I could find a spray (etc.) to give it a little more shine, also I didn't order a wig cap & wonder how to keep my wig from making my head itch. Thanks for your good service.

WigSis Blonde wig

The wig I received was such poor quality. The color was supposed to be a blonde medium length bob with no bangs and highlites and lowlites as the picture on the website shows. What I received was a short bob in a yellow color with no highlites or lowlites. And the part looks like a bunch of glue holding it together

I ordered a lighter color than what was given on the website so now the company is saying I custom ordered the wig and they are refusing to give me the address to return the wig. The woman even asked me to try to wear the wig. This wig is so ugly I could've bought it at a Halloween store. I was shocked at the poor quality.

This company should not be in business any longer! I spent $120 plus shipping on this wig and it is so ugly I will have to throw it away I guess. I cannot wear it.

Criminals. The wig I got was like something you'd get from a Halloween store. I can't even describe the color. Basically the color of taupe pantyhose if you can imagine that. I tried several attempts at getting a refund and all I got was emails asking me to do an exchange. This company WigSis should not only be shut down but criminally investigated.

WigSis 2 wigs I received

I ordered 2 wigs that were on sale and I did not receive them, I was sent 2 very different wigs and would like to know how I can get a refund. I should have read your reviews b/4 ordering any product from you.

The long curley wig was to be chin length with a lace front as the wig is off the face. As you can see in the pictures sent there is no lace front so the wig looks like a bad joke when on my head. The 2nd wig I cannot figure out how it is to be worn. I ordered a boy cut ang got something longer and over my face in front, black in the long front and blonde in the longer back.

I was planning on ordering a few more wigs as I only wear a wig daily, but I will need to keep looking for a quality wig company and that is not wigsis.

WigSis wig

I'm filing this for my 87 year old Mom. She bought a wig inline form this company about month ago. The company said it was real human hair, they lied. It feels like doll hair. The wig is to small. When she texted them a message on there web site. They told her she would only get 30% back because the wig was custom made. She never ordered custom made or did it say anywhere on the order form that it was. She paid over $110.00 for this wig. They took advantage of an elderly widowed women of 87 years old.

WigSis wigs are not human and they stink

Wigsis will not give me their mailing address. They said they would give me 70.00 I me keep the product. I am paying 397.00 for thrash. Paypal won't help me either. I just don't know what to do? Help.
I have been denied three times from Paypal. They said the Merchant said I received the product. That was my complaint. The wigs were to be human hair. This are I don't know what they are. Wigsis will not answer my emails. Paypal won't help either.

WigSis wigs I ordered were not what they said.

This company is awful! I ordered two wig because I was losing my hair from chemo. When I got the wigs one had a broken strap and the other was an African American wig and Im not African American. I have asked for a refund and return address so I can return items and get a refund but the company keeps trying to make me change my mind and wont send me the return address.

WigSis refund

I ordered a wig from wigsis while undergoing chemptharapy. It took way longer to arrive eventhough I paid for faster shipping. When it did arrive I attempted to contact them for a refund explaining I had not worn the wig & had all the original packaging etc, and this was their response when I stated that I wanted to return it for a full refund. They still have not answered me on this matter. Do not order from this company!

WigSis I am complaining about order#ta180516c3033 short blonde wig in the amount of $165.00

I am having a difficult to near impossible time trying to get the seller to honor the refund policy. The hair wig that I received for the amount of $165.00 is damaged and does not compare to the finish product that was advertised for the wig product. I have sent photos of the damaged hair to the seller and she/he states that the condition of the hair is not affecting the normal usage. That I can comb this wig and arrange the hairstyle and make it look natural. or I can take it to a hairdresser, just a trim. How unbelievable is this response, because I assumed when I purchased this item that i would arrive to me in great condition so that I did not to do any of the above suggestions. The seller and I have been conversing for nearly two weeks and i am feeling very troubled and disturbed by this situation. I try to reconcile by agreeing to a replacement wig, however, the seller wants me to pay for the return shipping fee of the hair, that she states will be of no use to them. Which is an unbelievable statement or they wouldn't request the return of it. Second of all, she/he wants me to pay for shipping fee of the new wig. I refuse to pay any additional fee as the product was sent to me damaged and they are responsible for that damage and should pay for the shipping fees. Please rectify this situation so that I may receive my refund.

I ordered a wig from this company and did not like the way it looked on me. I emailed them several times asking if I could get a refund or even a credit to buy another product and they kept replying back with "Please give the wig another try" I ordered the wig because I lost my hair from chemo. No where on the we bite or when I purchased it did it say it could not be returned.

WARNING WARNING! Bought 3 wigs. took almost a month to receive them from China. The wigs were supposedly LARGE but they weren't even close to fitting me.
I paid by paypal, Luckily I was able to file a dispute before the 30 day time limit.
Then I contacted Wigis in China the were generously offering me a $50 refund on a $524 order and I could keep the wigs(Useless to me).
The invoice show no address or phone #. Box came saying "Your Present" no company name or address on box. The mailing address is totally different the the address PayPal has on file. They have subsequently offered $120 the $150 refund (28% of what I paid) Apparently they think Americans are rich and STUPID!

WigSis wig scam!!!

You order a wig and pay like your supposed to and then they send you a wig that looks nothing like what you ordered and then tell you that you only have two options...basically pay another $100 to ship it back to them and have them ship out another wig (I'm sure another one you don't want) or you can pay them another $70 and they will make you a new one! Why would anyone pay more money for a product they don't like nor want! Total Scam artists...the site says they do refunds but they really don't!

I ordered a human hair wig for $135.00 US. I received a synthetic wig nothing like what I ordered. They gave me a phony address to return it through Paypal. I sent the synthetic wig back to the address furnished and forwarded the tracking number to Paypal and Wigsis for another $23.00. I never heard anything again.

Reading all these reviews is exactly what I am now going through.
This company is a scam why are they being allowed to sell anything in this country?
I paid extra for a 100% remy human hair wig and a month later received some synthetic piece of junk with no style to it . They tried to tell me it must have gone out of shape during shipping and to wash it and shake it back into style or take it to a salon and have it cut.
I am not touching it!
Honestly, I don't believe they even have human haired wigs! They never address that they do when I mention it.
They email me every day offering me another synthetic wig in place of the garbage they sent to me that I want my money back on I never ordered and all I have to do is pay for shipping. (They know where they can get off. )
Don't argue with these people they are ignorant and have no intention on giving you back your money!
Take it up with your credit card company or pay pal whom ever you paid through.

I am still waiting to get my money back with pay pal.
Wish I had gone deeper in reading the horrible reviews I wouldn't have become one of their victims.

I hope if enough of us complain that they will no longer be allowed to sell this junk in the U.S.A. This is exactly why I won't ever buy anything from China again. Had I known this company was from China (they hide that well.) I never ever would have ordered from them.

Once I posted this the photos were charged around. The fist photo is the wig on wisgis I ordered the last two photo's are what I got. Hair is heavy and long and hangs in face not feathered like the first picture. No matter what you do to it you can't change the style. That is because its synthetic hair not human hair.
