pf withdrawal
Hi Team, I am struggling with family after I was made quit Wipro by some people. Now, to support family, and being jobless, I submitted PF Withdrawal Application and wrote to alumnipf.hrss@wipro.com. First concern is, received Application was tagged, received in November, '19 which was not fitting into Withdrawal Time Window. Because, I submitted in Dec, '19. I hope, this is understood. Now, I have been informed that I have submitted Transfer Application, which h is totally wrong and not ethical. Most of the replies say to write to alumnipf mail ID, but when I received such disappointing replies, it feels very sad. What damages still left to be made to me !
Kindly help, if there is some other escalation points and contacts please. Family needs help.
I hope, going forward, they will show their kindness, we all have families and emotions. I've forgot the ways in which, my Career has been spoiled but this is too much even after quitting, still, may be some grudges being kept, though I was not at any kind of faults !

I was worked as a DNA engineer in calicut, kannur, malappuram locations. Mr.Cecil recruited me, I was joined December 17 2018, and resigned on January 19 2019. Because I got another job. Till now I didn't receive my TA and salary, Mr.Cecil said that I will get my balance payment after some days of resigning and now it is 11 month and I never received my payments there is a pending of my 2 month of TA and one month of half salary already received and other half is pending. I would like to know who is taking extra 419 Rs from my EMI, In fact there is two EMI's which are incorrect. Merchant has charged correctly. However CITI bank is doing fraud.
I had a word with Raghav, he is so rude. I ask him about process of closure of card. He was rude and said call us we will let you know the process. I am using this card since 2016 and paying on time.
However now card and services are become worst. 419 is a small amount however it's about trust. I must say CITI bank customer service become worst and doing fraud with customers.
Frustrated with you guys will take it to consumer court for my rights.

Id [protected]. I have already submitted a complaint in this portal but that was of no use. My last working date was on 10 th July 2019. As per the norms of the Company, my full and final should have been credited to my account within 45 days. However, today is 18th October and I have still not received the amount from Wipro's end. I have escalated this matter to all the possible person and team who were suggested by HRSS team. But however that was also of no use. This doesnt looks good for a company with Wipro's stature. I was provided an e-mail address in this website for my previous complaint but that was also of no avail. I received a mail from the settlement's team that my full and final has been credited to my account on 1st of October. However till date there is no update for that. I have mailed to all the respective person possible and also tried calling Mr. Solomon Murugan but that was also of no use. I have no idea what else to do from my end. This is really getting frustrated now. It's not about the amount of money that I owe from your end, it's about the service. When I was in work, if there was slight mismanagement for the service, you people would take life out of your employees. In return this is how you treat your employees.

I worked in wipro for almost 8 years and this is the the major part of my career. I did not receive my experience letter when i quit and now i need experience letter with roles responsibilities and skills urgently for my visa processing.in contacting hr i was told, this wont be provided but i am in urgent need of my detailed experience letter with skills and roles and this is affecting my career and future. I submitted complain in consumer complaints and i was asked to reach out to letteroffboarding team. When i contacted, I was told that they stopped providing letters and gave me a employee verification letter which states my designation and that they are not liable for any skills and roles and submitting this letter for my GC would screw up things more. I am really struck up and need help. Please provide me the experience letter on wipro letter head. I really worked hard for wipro for 8 long years and am requesting only the valid experience letter that i worked for. Please dont let me regret for being with Wipro

Hello, there is an employee who's name is srinivas Rao gorumutchu who is working in Statestreet in Quincy in MA. He is doing a long fraud.. instead of hiring wipro consultants is doing with business with other consulting compeny and bring other people to work. He is doing business with SRI infotech. He is making wipro employees to leave and bring local students who can work very less pay. And he is eating money on them. I seen he made nearly 9 wipro employees to leave and hired But he use to bring the SRI infotech consultents for same positions where wipro Consultents use to work.
cctv camera installed in our flats
The cctv camera installed in our flats are not working since we entered our new house before 3 years. It was a bulk purchase by our builder for 250 flats. We have compalaint many a times but the local dealer asks for money even if it is in the warranty period and even after giving money the camera is not working. We have not got any services from local dealer and he always finds some technical fault which we do not understand and ask for 1500 rs. pls help resolve our issue asap.

I've been interviewed in Wipro in electronic City office on May '19. They called me by giving very short notice. Informed just 1 day before and not ready to reschedule as it's a very urgent. After going there 2 rounds of interview was done. first technical round with Mr Mangesh (from US) next round with Mr Girish (Sr. manager) and he told he liked everything and next week HR would call me as Ni senior HR was available that day. But after that no HR never called me. Infact I have been following with HR ( Remya Vineeth) but she never bother to call back or reply to emails. Everytime it's different reason for the delay. I really don't understand what's is your process of recruitment. Why do you harass people after selection.

I have been working with wipro since 2017. Recently I suffered from health problem in this time I did not came to office I informed to the my supervisor regarding this
at the middle time my wife also got health problem I need to be there but I haven't stay there when the time of my wife get I'll health . After coming to office I have called to my supervisor. He told that contact Hr then I have contact to HR then HR is asked for Medical Documents I have submitted but still asking for more documents then I have asked give time to bring from home if anything is missed then didn't told anything
After that I sent email i didn't get any reply. I requested to hr orally to join work in wipro in middle time every day i have sending email and messages to my HR. I didn't get any response. After some days i have received email like you need to pay the settlement amount for two months salary i got really shocked after getting this letter i have called to my HR I didn't got any response from HR. Before I have send medical documents but there is no action in email please rectify issue.
Really I I like to work with wipro due to health problem I haven't come office in this time there is no affection in project.
Finally I hope to work with Wipro.
Please identify where got mistake is happened and get resolved.

I have received interview call letter from Wipro and went for interview today to Bangalore electronic City office but I got to know after reaching venue that there is no opening for my skill set.
HR argued that he mentioned skill set in his email however I cross checked now its not mentioned.
Because of his negligence my whole day is wasted I have his email id please take some action on him. Hope to get good news.

I have joined Unza international in the Month of May 2008 as a sales executive and later in the month of May 2011 I was promoted as a business development supervisor.
In the Month of April 2018 I received an email from top management in the middle east, Dubai stating they have stopped business in Egypt and wind up. As for my job treat this Letter as two months' notice to look for alternate options.
Further, the Letter Stated to Consider the last date of working with the company which will be 19th of June 2018 ( as the contract ) but for your kind Knowledge Wipro Unza business start in Egypt again, this given Reason is Not Correct, as We have Placed new Order Last Month.
This Shows very clearly that something is wrong, as the Letter of Termination, as well as the follow up Letter, does not mention any Officer Name, which is Really Astonishing.
Therefore I sent an E-Mail Directly to the HR in Wipro Head Office with letter Dated 22 April 2018, to Request my Current Status and Authenticate the Letter of Termination, for which I have not received any reply until Today.
I received another Letter of Termination with Same Day Removing me from any further Services without any Compensation and with Immediate Effect.
All the Above Happening without any Decent Explanation and Reasoning.
As per International Labor Law, We must Receive Bonus & Service benefits ( As I have been in the Job more than 10 years )
My Pledge with the Respected Authorities is to Study the Above Matter for the Fast Action and Compensation According to the International LAW.

Hi Team, I left Wipro on 8th June, 2018 after completing 5+ years of my service (by May 2nd, 2018). I received a gratitude voucher from Wipro for my 5 year completion which is valid for 1 year (but need Wipro credentials to login to use it). I was in billing till my last date and the settlements are done in timely manner. The only sad part here is they took back money from me for the medical bill, transfer allowance etc in final settlement and no where it was mentioned about the gratitude voucher. After couple of days I left, I was looking for the same and was surprised to see that I need Wipro credentials to redeem it. Immediately I wrote to LSA & final settlements team and got response to contact HR. As a last option I wrote to HR . After 6 reminder mails and looping in her boss I got response saying NO ( I am sure the HR can help if they really respect an ex employee as recommended by the other teams I reached for help).When everything is so perfectly calculated in final settlements it would be nice if they can remind about employee benefits as it was given for long service. My request is it would be great if someone can help me with the same and take feedback/suggestion to look at employee perspective as well .

This is Vinod Thakur - Front Office Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Haridwar, India. I would like to submit my complaint against Mr. Maheshwar Sharma an employee of Wipro, who stayed with us from 3rd July, 2017 to 5th July, 2017 and left the hotel without settling his room bill.
When we contacted the company office located at Haridwar, we were assured by Mr. Arvind Chauhan (HR Head) that the bill will be paid by the company. But inspite of many followups the payment is not being cleared.

Worked with Wipro for a short amount of time. After I resigned, I was contacted by the offboarding team asking them for my bank account to pay me the balance settlement amount. I asked them to mail a check instead, but they still keep asking for my bank account.
When contacted, I used to get the message "We have been checking internally this and will update you accordingly once we receive any information."
I haven't heard from them in two months. I have sent a couple of emails just to remind them to get back.
i'm complaining about replacement of led bulb.
I've bought a pack of 3 led bulb of Wipro garnet 10w on 4th August, 2016 from Snapdael. Out of two becomes defected without covering its guarantee. A complain ID was launched with ID [protected] as stated from customer care and invoice was said to send. It also is to inform you that no solvation yet made against my complain. The excuse is that there is no supply of bulb of 9watt in kolkata.
Please take necessary initiative.

Dear RAK Bank,
I am using your credit card from last more than two years, I never had any issue in your services. Today I had a call with one of your call center representative Alisha Silva (employee number 301983). This call was only to know what is my outstanding and what is the last date to pay the amount. During the call, Alisha has asked me if I am with the same employer which is registered with RAK bank. I have informed on this quarry that I have change my employer 4 month back. She rudely informed that the card will be blocked as per bank policy, on this multiple time I have mentioned that I want to speak with her supervisor but continuously she keep on killing my time and ensure she is not allowing me to speak with her supervisor. During the call it was most rude that she tried to share the card blocking number itself.
As an result of her behavior and extraordinary attempt to ensure customer is extremely dissatisfied, I am clearing the outstanding and looking forward to cancel the credit card.
Thanks a lot for my insult. I will never recommend your back name to any one in my professional circle in order to protect them getting harassed by your employees like Alisha.
