We are a retailer. And we bought the product on 2014 from a wholesale dealer Mattathil Agencies Kurvilangad Kerala 686633. Now we have situation that we have sold the product on 2016 and the customer replaced the product on 2017. Now the customer is under warranty but the wholesale dealer is not replacing the product and they are saying that the product is not under warranty. And also they are saying we cant sell or purchase wipro products anywhere from kerala. So I need a immediate report against this.

These people have promised that the contract will be paid but they have missed every deadline set by themselves. I am now in the process of suing Wipro Canada for unpaid work. On top of the unpaid fee I am asking for a daily interest percentage and charging for all my time to recover the monies owed.
Basically I will be paid and it will cost Wipro more than the original fee. That is the penalty for not meeting your obligations.
Please contact me if you need details. If it's just lip service and nothing is actually going to happen then I will take my chances with the courts as they can force action.

Jul'2016 = I was called to BLR from DEL for a day-long visit to attend a series of final interviews with Sr.Leaders & HR
Aug'2016 = Correspondence related to my hiring were proceeding smoothly, early date of joining discussed, docs submitted
Sep'2016 = My hiring process slowed down mysteriously, citing delays in "internal approvals"-still no offer letter issued
Oct'2016 = Sr. HR SPOC resigns & no intimation is shared that my hiring has been put on hold, after 4 mths of waiting
Nov'2016 = I try making a few enquiries & realized that I've been left high & dry, after nearly joining formally
Dec'2016 = I file a greivance addressed to Sr. Leadership of Wipro + Ombudsman with all details, chronology of events
Jan'2017 = Wipro Ombudsman lawyer reverts after internal investigation that business requirements are dynamic

Having known from the beginning of the recruitment process that I was urgently looking out for a job with steady income, that I had pressing personal financial factors to address (home-loan EMIs, sustaining my family) on just my life's savings upto that point, WIPRO HR could have handled the matter with due sensitivity, clarity, transparency, expeditiously and with a less cavalier attitude.
The WIPRO VP to whom I was to report upon joining and who had called me daily at one point to urge me to be ready to join at a short notice in Aug'2016 should not have abandoned me suddenly (as was done), avoiding my calls & mails without a professional update. I had a couple of other offers that came during July-Oct'2016 which I rejected thinking that WIPRO team was so gung-ho about my candidacy and the chances of joining shortly were very promising. I'm still jobless & the career gap has grown - much to my disadvantage and only due to 3-4 ruthless Sr. folks with no accountability & low conscience.
I highlight my plight with a hope that the mental trauma, waiting-in-vain, frustration, disillusionment, disenchantment and disappointment that I endured all these past months should not be a recurring phenomenon for another senior professional applying to WIPRO. If business requirements are so fluid that even Sr. Level hires can be stalled / shelved overnight ad-infinitum, then why raise anyone's hopes by leading them on, inviting to BLR for final F2F talks, explaining the JD, role, responsibilities, delivery-expectations in minute detail?
Very insensitive, unprofessional, unbecoming behaviour coming from an IT major of our nation. I had expected lots more professionalism, accountability and sensitivity from an esteemed org of such repute, with such highly touted standards of business ethics and corporate governance.

I have left Wipro on 31Aug'16 with 2 months notice period. While submitting notice period wrong email address was updated by mistake on my resignation which was submitted on wipro portal. I requested my manager, CCM and HR to help me with this so can get my reliving details on time after 31st Aug'16.
HR asked to send details to the wpbosettlement.[protected]@wipro.com which I did. I called HR help desk too for confirmation of my request but I received no response.
And now here I'm still waiting for response. It's been almost a month there is response I received.

Please refer my previous appraisal document/rating starting from WASIAN period. - There was no issues/escalations raised against me at WIPRO. - I always ensure that there was no impact to project deliverable from day one even during the maternity period. - Just to quote, an year back, one of my batch mate who was working in my project got a better offer and she switched to another company. But i stood by WIPRO even though my package was comparatively less as i was more passionate about WIPRO, who gave me this opportunity to start as WASIAN. People Involved: ========== - Myself (Umamageswari Devarajulu] - Pujarini Mitra [HR] - Settlement Team [Finance] Description of the issue: ============== - During the beginning of the year 2015, I had to take leave to travel to USA temporarily (as a unplanned trip) to accompany my son. - I did got the approval for the leaves as I was just moved to free pool, hence no impact to any deliverables. - During my vacation, i was checking my email all the time and ensure that i was never remote for any communication. - After coming to US, unfortunately my husband project got extended and I had to continue my stay at USA. - Considering my interest to continue to work for WIPRO, I applied for EAD [Employment Authorization Document], so that i can work for WIPRO. - Again, unfortunately the EAD process took its maximum time to get approved - During this time, i reached my cap on the leaves and got an automated email to report to work. - Hence, I reached out to HR and explained my situation and my willingness to work for WIPRO from onsite. Also, I updated my EAD status to the HR and requested to extend my leaves hoping that my EAD will be approved at its expected maximum time. - But, HR denied my request and did not even care about my willingness to continue to work for WIPRO. She forced me to submit my resignation to complete the process. - With hard emotions, I submitted my resignation after confirming that [Oral discussion over the phone] I don't have to service for my notice period due to 2 reason: #1 - I was in free pool and have no impact to any project; #2 - Not allowed to work from USA as EAD was in processing. This was the reason to set my last date on my approved leave date. - Though the resignation was in progress, I came to know that EAD was approved and I reached out to HR again to consider/revert my resignation request. But again, with no respect the request was ignored. - I mailed and called HR several times explaining my situations but my requests were ignored and was not ready to provide any solutions. Even HR told me that she cant help and nobody from WIPRO can help me on this. I was really hurt after hearing such sort of words. I dont think i deserve such a sort of treatment from WIPRO. To be honest, i really begged for this many times. But the way i got a response was unacceptable. - All these days i was always reachable through email and never was non-communicable. Disrespect for the Service: ================ - After all these communications, one day (after 2 months) I got an email from settlement saying that I owe 1.5 lakhs as "notice period recovery", which is a huge shock for me, when i was expecting some PF settlement. - I was never given an opportunity to continue to work for WIPRO again, but the process of settlement took 2 months after my resignation. I would have been very happy, if I was allowed to continue my job at WIPRO rather than taking more time to process the resignation. - This is the first time in my 7+ years service with WIPRO, i felt disappointed for not recognizing my service at WIPRO. Neither the HR nor the WIPRO settlement team heard my concerns. - I am ok to give away my PF. But asking huge amount of 1.5 lakhs as a "notice period recovery" does not look like WIPRO treating its employee [x-employee] fair. In my case, it was mutually agreed that no notice period is necessary, besides receiving the letter to pay huge amount was really shocking for me. - On top of it, though i am in USA, I am not doing well financially to even pay out the big amount, which is not fairly calculated. Conclusion: ======= - I hope WIPRO will consider my dedication and sincerity as an Employee of WIPRO and would investigate my case. - Please waive-off the "notice period recovery amount", which was un-fairly charged. OR I would be more than happy if you consider taking me back to WIPRO. I dont want to complain about the HR or Settlement team on this anymore. On 2015, I gave an interview in wipro bps. It was for the process Talk Talk Tech (talk talk telecom - uk). Took 14 hours for completing an interview. Wipro bps rule (As informed by wipro bps ) - whoever is joining wipro bps have to complete 18 months to be eligible for applying in Wipro technologies and/or wipro infotech as per domain. (Which is a fake promise to candidates). I am studying B.Sc IMS from Kolkata. My classmate told me that one of his friend is in wipro bps for 2 years and still working in Wipro BPS division only. But my own point is, I am not interested about Wipro at all. Every day they sends me un necessary Wipro BPS job opening mails and sometimes calls too. I have attended interview at Wipro and got selected. Now its almost 8 months over, but still I didn't get the offer letter. I called them to know the status. They said right now they have some internal conflicts. Then why the hell you have conducted interviews. Go ahead and work in a grocery shop or work in a small company BUT DONT EVEN THINK OF WORKING IN WIPRO. I have worked in 4 org in total in 12 years of my tenurity, Trust me. They have nothing good to speak about except infrastructure. Mr. Premji has become lazy and may be that’s the reason their employee has also become lazy. I worked there and was on of the top performers and have maintained good conduct. Worked extra if company needed me(off course I didn’t get paid for those extra hours) Most disappointing part is I am trying to get all my documents from the company, I called them from one month but I was not successful though each time I was getting charged for my call as they have some automated caller system(which is useless as it connects you to no one). I got tired and got in touch with my with whose help I got the email address, trust me it has been 5 months and the issue is still not resolved. Reason: no one reads that emails. I have even escalated the case to so called escalation team but again they also don t work. After all you are an ex employee and we are not giving them business to them so no one will bother you. Trust me its worst than any other company. I have never seen this much delay. After sending 20-30 emails I get reply asking for the same information which I sent them 5 months back. Oh god what did I do? I wasted my 2 years in the company. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. IF I WOULD HAVE READ THIS BLOG 4 YEARS BACK I WOULD NOT HAVE FACED THIS ISSUE.

Hi my name is Payel, I worked in Wipro BPO for seven months, Kolkata location for United Health Care Group- Claims Processing. After my Job confirmation I had been harrasaed mentally & threaten by my senior SME (Subject Matter Expert). He played some tricky games with me & tried to get into my personal life, his intention was to exploit me & he created a falls phone call (imitating my voice) to my Boy Friend, to destroy our relationship. I was insulted by the SME on the work floor everyday. I infromed all the senior people & HR team about these incidents they did not give any importance to my words. I had no vaid proof against the SME (he made all those nuisence by tricks) so Wipro did not take my problem as a serious concern. More of all as I could not serve the notice period after resignation due to insecurity now Wipro has terminated me from the service.. I need justification for it..

Most humbly and respectfully I would like to state that after waiting too long for my Provident Fund, I have received lesser amount, the total amount received even does not eqalizes to my PF contribution per month till 3years with my last company. The amount received is lesser than the accurate figure.

This is a company that gave increment about 2 yrs back when the industry was in recession, boasting that it is the only company that has done so despite recession & also announced they had huge reserves & hence can afford a pay raise for its employees...however now, after 2 yrs when the industries all over are getting back to normal ...this is a company that says they cannot give a pay raise because of recession that happened 2 Yrs back...
Yes, guys it has been close to 2 yrs now, that no employee in Wipro Bpo has gotten any pay raise...Can you beat that.
It is really surprising to see people being hired for as low as 7500/- a month in an international BPO...but this Wipro, so it is possible...

There are some who would wanna join this BPO for the incentives they offer, or should I say used to offer, but not anymore...they have drastically reduced it from 8000/- to 750/-, saying this was done b’coz of the increasing rupee value...but that wasn’t true...its was just another way of making sure some more exploitation of its employees was possible.
Only the high ups are earning here, with the bonuses n all they get for sucking other employees bloods.
Azim Premji, the head of this sham organization is the ringleader, who inspite of being amongst the richest doesn’t know the use of money (Maybe, he needs to learn some lessons from Vijay Mallya).
He so efficiently fooled people into thinking that he is one of the biggest philanthropist India has ever had by donating 10000 crores for Charity...but a very few know that even 85% of Wipro is owned by a Charity arm of Premji & this donation could be just another way of evading taxes.
Charity, when you are not raising the pays of your employees terming recession the reason is in itself so doubtful...Premji is a Tax evader & Wipro has many illegal operations one amongst them is to import cheap chinese CFL bulb parts & then assembling them in India & selling them as Indian...Even a case was filed against the company a while back by the government...but, this is India so you know what would happen to the influentials.

I purchased this 19" Viewsonic monitor model VA903B-2 (VS11305) in June 2007. But after 1 year and 5 months of use, many of the pixels became dead. I handed it over to Viewsonic authorized service centre at Manish Plaza, NIBM Road, Kndhawa, Pune. Viewsonic admitted that this issue is not covered in warranty even though the monitor is in warranty for another 1 year and 7 months.
Absolutely useless products and customer care. DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT go for any of the Viewsonic products. Rather just go for some of the established brands like LG, Samsung or Sony. I feel Sony is the best one.

Firstly, the advise rendered by the customer care executive (Cce) over the call was false which resulted in me recharging for certain amount which bears no resemblance to my need or the advise of the cce. Thereafter, when i called airtel customer care today, the cce who answered the call had no answers for my concern, and when requested to transfer the call to his manager, the cce disconnect the call and never returns back. Is this the service for which airtel places cce who carry the no - responsibility attitude?
The service of airtel cce is absolutely worst. The cce was not able to understand my concern but for repeating his words again and again.

I have paid an amount [protected] Installation charege + 230 Plan charge ) to Sify broadband agent in 1st Week of March 2008. The agent as well as |Sify customer care promised promised me that they give connection within 3 Days. After 4 days there was no response from the Sify agent. I called hom several times he told me to give the connection next day. this was continued for more than 20 days. at last i called sify customer care they said that my name is not registered with them and amout was not received to sify.
Next day i went to police station, register a complaint against Sify agent . before reaching there i just psent a message to the sify agent saying that i am going to register complaint.
At the moment he called me and within 1 hr, the agent paid the amount to sify and i got a registration ID .
After this incident again no response from sify agent. Lot of phone calls and messages didnt help me.
Again i registered number of complaints against the sify agent. but no response.At last I contacted sify chennai office and registered a complaint.

Wipro is providing service to SBI, North East in such a worst manner that is perhaps will be the world record in history. In North East India, the SBI branches are suffering and the officials at Guwahati, Kokotta, Bangalore, Mumbai are repeatedely telling the same thing as they are taught. Very unfortunate and perhaps this needs attention of Azim Premji. Premzi saheb, please take care.

invoice no7002101334 of amount 34266.97 for whichi have paid Rs 40066/-through DD No 193803
dated 26/3/08 in the name of wipro chennai ltd. When i enquired about it the second invoice
No8203010109 for AMC charges forsoftware support period starting from01.06.2007 to
31.05.2008 and additional warranty charges for desktop starting from 01.06.2008 to
31.05.2010 amounting 5751.30 was send to me, as system was purchased on mar08, Also they have
called me two times for this amount which i had already paid i complained to Mr
paramashwaram at Chennai and he said it will be resolved but no intimation was send to me
yet.
now since the system
landed to my place i was asking for installation which was done on 6may08, My name is
abhishek dik[censored] but in your record it is written abhishek gupta.i have lodge 3 complaints
since then system was formetted 5 times and several times was taken remotly but could not
able to sort out our problem.As per conversatation to Mr parameshwaram Mb.No09900451656 he
wrote me this
"Dear Abhisheik, Your issue is currently being worked upon and Amara Raja IT Team has
requested to send the Database backup from your system to solve this problem. Your problem
may be pertaining to the Database or Application and not with the system. Please be advised
that installing many softwares(like Games, Photoshop, SQL Server 2005) will eventually make
the system slow and may also be the cause for this issue that is being worked upon and other
errors. Since MSDE 2000 is used for handling the Power Zone Data base, installing MS SQL
Server 2005 may have some conflict with the Application."

Bhaskar: Abhisheik has installed SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition which is higher than MSDE
2000 (Recommended for the Application), Request you to check the application compatibility
on the same .There could be a chance to make changes in main Database

pz softwere he is imposing charges on us if it is our fault.there was virus attack through

what i know is having good antivirus in my computer i wont face virus problem as we have on
other system, why only this system is getting virus attack means antivirus provided to me is
not able to handel such virus attack.
In this regard i want proper attention to my complaint as earliest
as possible.

terrible quality product
I had purchased Nokia 6270 18 months back .It had lots of problem like:
1)Slider problem.
2)auto restart.
3)S/w problem.
4)Memory card lock.
5)Network problem.
6)poor video quality.
I gave for service 3 times and once they changed the software version my sound quality was also bad.There was not any permanent fix and I have got a replacement for my mobile after a month.The new mobile was working fine and i am getting many problems after 3 months.The Nokia service seems to be very worst.I very well know that nothing is going to happen writing in this complain board but still i suffered a lot investing a big amount.
vodafone.in homepage not displying
From the morning i could not access vodafone.in webpage. i think the server is down. i am able to access all the other pages. I even asked my friend to try to access from his DSL connection. So this is a very big problem that we are not even able to pay our bills via this. Whenever i call customer care they simply point out mistakes on our side. But they dont even understand the problem. i am seeing a blank page whenever i type www.vodafone.in and hit enter. no process.
Please look into this matter seriously and respond to me as early as possible.

But they told me another id is submited(name suresh kr).But I have not submited any ID proff. Because my no is life time. There are not behaved well & give answer sorry we can not do anything for you please solve my problem Imm or issue me new sim I have also submitted dealer connection register photocopy with my ID.

I recharged with Rs. 210 which is a validity one.. in that the was an hidden offer which has 1 Rs rental per day..
I sent message for deactivating it on 16th April and on 20 th I raised a complaint also... for that by that stupid 198 service...
its still not deactivated..
When i wanna talk to superior.. these CC people simply hang up the call..
Then what is the sense of CC people..
Airtel --- has Servers which will be also out of service .. this is the only answer CC people says...
Pathetic support center people who disconnects the call when they don’t find any answer and there is no survey response come when they disconnect the call by their own...
Only have limited information with corrupted database and always try to be adamant on that info... I have never seen such disgusting support anywhere except Airtel Bangalore.
Please Keep Some Good Educated People...

Recently from past 4 months after submitting all the docs and requesting for the approval, but till now i didn't get any update. whenever i send mail i will get the reply as "in process". not sure why it is taking so much time. i have sent the docs before 4 months, and all the docs receiving has been acknowledged. But to my surprise if i send reminder mail putting epfo@gov.in, they are simply replying by saying, we didn't receive the docs. It is so pathetic, the mail conversation is there, about receiving all the docs, how can they ignore it. WIPRO PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER YOU ARE RETURNING MY PF OR NOT, I HAVE WAITED FOR 10 YEARS.
