Today, I called Wisely to find out about a $34.99 charge to my account. The guy wasn't able to help with find out who the company was so he "asked" if I want to dispute the charge I said "NO" because I can't afford to be without money I have 2 child age children home sick. I use my card to by groceries, pay for rides to and from work everyday. I ended the call the guy proceeded to cancel my card without my permission anyways. So to my surprise I tried to book my ride from work to get my child whom again is sick, only to find my card isn't working. So now im calling the company and everyone is playing as if this is a game or its funny. I already contacted a lawyer to file a civil claim because I live 20 miles away from where my child where located and I had to find a way to get to my child and still haven't been able to get my funds the company calls wasn't helping they also hung up the phone on me when I clearly asked to speak to a supervisor this i already have high blood pressure and im headed to the hospital because these people have my blood pressure way to high. This is not the way I wanted to spend my day $34.99 turned in to a hospital bill as well as a claim. I will spend everyday finding out who was behind that phone and caused this emotional disaster. While they are able to get there money im losing money and still don't have anyway to get my money back I have been using this company over a year now I have 2 other accounts 1 is Chase bank and Navy Federal they wouldn't never treat a client like this im in disbelief how I was treated.

Desired outcome: I would like them to get better with training I just want my money. That was all now its so far gone I'm in the ER. My children have no food and I can't get to work.
