i was looking at this certain product, i just wanted to see what was it all consist of next thing i knew it ordered i try to stop it immeditaley they said it was already being processed to ship that ca lie cause it wont be at my place for 50 some days so i know they can stop this order you should have at least 1 hr to stop an order is this how they make there money by screwing us united states citazen, this isnt the first time but its the last tell ya that

I ordered 3 items today car seat covers £2 track shoes £2 and a jacket £2 the whole lot was £6 including p&p. Every time I tried to pay for them it wouldn't let me. Then by the time I was able to pay for them the price was up to the full price again. I'm so angry that's the 10 th time it's been done on me, I've been buying from you for years so unless I get the car seat covers, the coat and the trainers for £6 I'm not going to buy anything from you again.

unauthorize credit card charge
I have contact Wish 6 times with regards to an unauthorized charge to my Paypal account.
Wish keeps telling me to file a ticket thru the website. The problem is the charge is for an item that does not show up in my order history so I can not open a ticket. I have no idea what this charge is for in the amount of $154.00
I have attached a printout of the charge as it shows from my Paypal account.
Can you please find out what this charge is for and provide a refund to my Paypal account.

Two fleece dog vests
I ordered two fleece dog vests on Wish.com. They are too small even though I measured my dogs before placing the order. I logged in and there is no Order History for the order so I can return them and my credit card was charged the amount of $16.70 on 1/10/21. I called the phone number on the credit card statement and no person answers. I've tried to email Wish, but not gotten a response.
Desired outcome: I need help to return the items and be credited for the items.

Why is my account not letting me pay with any of my credit cards I called my credit card company a while ago to say that I never received my order so I got credit from the credit card company which the wrote to Wish about it and now my account isn't working

The order price jumped over 50%. If I have put something in my shopping cart then item should stay at that price especially when you go back and double check the price. To me this is out right fraud. If you try to cancel item you are told its too late. Try getting a real person to deal with customer complaints. You might need dozens of people to do this though. Your prices reflect that you can afford the people.
Desired outcome: Wish to return items. Or give me the price difference.

Product far too small
I am normally a size large but following advice I ordered a top size 2XL from Wish. The top is at least still 2-3 sizes too small and of no use. There was no order confirmation apart from that which was received from PayPal. There appears to be no organised route for returns. The UK agents Y&G F2P seem to operate in the ether making it difficult to have any contact!

Items never showing up or wrong items showing up
I have a few orders that have never showed up. I have had no luck trying to communicate with Wish about these orders. When I click on an item to get help it just tells me that I am out of my window frame for a refund or return. The process of trying to get help is quite ridiculous and isn't very helpful at all. It's all interactive where you can't just type what you are wanting help with, or just contact them with an order number and issue.
Ordered May 24, 2019, was supposed to arrive by July 2, 2019. Paracord release buckles and Portable Rust Proof Reusable Stainless Steel Folding Straw missing from order.

in november I ordered different types of solar lamps for my garden. My credit card was debited for the whole amount of the order.
I have received two, but the third and most expensive type never arrived. I cannot find them on your site anymore, they were tall lanterns for parking lots. pls refund me or send me the lamps.

‘context logic’ makes false charges on the accounts of uses of the ‘wish’app.
A false company called ‘Context Logic Australia' (even though it seems to be based in the US) is making false charges to users of the Chinese App ‘Wish'.
Please google ‘Context Logic' complaints where you will find a large number of people, some of whom who have lost thousands of dollars due to this company making fraudulent charges on their accounts.
I can not supply any further information to you but trust that you will take the time look into this situation with the resources you have.
