I do not shop on Wish I do not have a wish account. But someone has made purchases with my debit card on wish.com. I told the bank it was a fraudulent purchase. All the money was refunded but I want to know more information about where the ordered was to be delivered or from what wish account it was ordered from, such as email associated with the account in which it was ordered from with my credit card information. It is important because I would like to know who is using my credit card fraudulently because I can get a new card but I still have recurring purchases with certain business's in which I have to keep giving my credit card number to. And if one of them is fraudulently using m y credit card info I need to know. I have requested that the bank ask for more info from wish about the purchases but I have not received any info in the mail about it yet . I know that info has to be available somewhere? I run a small business it is important that I trust who I give my credit card information too. So the information reguarding such purchases that are fraudulent are relevant for me to know. The amount of things purchased was 6, 000 dollars that is not a small amount of money this has greatly effected my business until I received the funds back. Kuppet cake mixer
I purchased a green Kuppet cake mixer on Wish for $26.38 @91% off + $14 delivery. Instead I got a hand whisk. I've been blocked by Wish and can't get onto customer support to complain. Now the add has changed to say I ordered the hand whisk and every time I try to open the add it comes up error- try again. I searched Wish and I found the same Whisk for $3.85 @ 4% off. Big difference. After the years I've been on Wish and the money Ive spent this treatment is unfair. My other issue is the blocking of my account over a dispute lodged by my bank for a refund I didn't get back. They will unblock my account if I drop the dispute.
Desired outcome: I would like Wish to honor the Green Kuppet Mixer or refund my money.

They blocked my account, asked for photo ID, and after uploading it they still won’t unblock my account
I hadn't used my Wish account in about a month and then I tried to buy something and it said I have payment issues. It told me to go to wish.com/payment-issue. I go here and it asks me to upload a photo of my ID. I uploaded a picture of my driver's license. Never heard a response from them. I reach out to support through twitter and email. Both say they can't unblock my account and acknowledge that I never received a response but say they can't do anything. So now I gave them my photo ID for no reason. I have $7.50 in Wish cash that I can't use and they now have my DL number. This company is absolute trash

Wish is terrible with their deliveries. I will never order from this company again! I had ordered some baubles for Christmas and the package never arrived. Wish claim the package arrived and stated they couldn't do anything and the case was closed. It's been 10 days now since I have raised a complaint and the only response I receive is from their robot. Even the humans that sit behind their desks and call themselves customer support are useless and I seem to be repeating myself about the issue. So what's the issue? I never received the products I ordered for Christmas!

Segway Scooter-Fraud/Customer service failures
Wish had a new Segway nine it self balancingon sale for $51 and $12 shipping. I said what the heck I might as well try. After two delays in shipping Wish said the product was no longer available and offered a refund or a "comparable" product. I informed them that I didn't think any of the products offered compared to the Segway Self balancing scooter that was what I originally thought I was buying. I sent them a message informing them that I believe there were never any segway scooters available at that price and them taking my money for items that did not exist constitutes fraud. All I want is what I originally purchased, a new Segway ninebot scooter. I emailed customer service and they didn't even read my message and just sent generic response! I again sent another email reiterating my first message with the same result they did not read the message! Their response was just a pre-written generic response that didn't even address my issue!

I made multiple orders through wish.com and the virtual assistant refunded me for 3 items. I did not want a refund those are Christmas gifts. Product I ordered not delivered, Hermes claiming they could not deliver and returning to sender
I ordered an electrical item from Wish, which took a long time to come, but I did not mind that as there was no ETA. However, Hermes claim that they tried to deliver but no one was in and there was no safe place or neighbour. This was incorrect as I was home at all of the times that they claimed to deliver. there was no note from them to say they tried to deliver and how to arrange another time. I only found out today from emails. Now they are saying that they have returned it to the sender. I am not sure if I will get a refund, but I would rather have had the item. I have received several e-mails telling me the green jade bracelet and the red jade bracelet I ordered are out of stock. It said to click on a similar item to replace both of these. Every time I click on a similar item it charges the amount and shipping and handling. Please just refund me my money! Wish customer service is always hard to deal with!

I have 3 items that they claim were delivered, since our postal carrier doesn't deliver to our house I know they weren't stolen and post office has nothing for me to pick-up. Wish refused a refund. I have been in contact with their customer service department several times to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I received a email on december 8th that my order was arriving so I started checking outside my door every 25 minutes until 8pm so I look on 17track to check for my package and it said my package was drop off at my door at 3:23 pm and it was not sign for I look outside my door 3 different times around that time and there was no package out there my neighbors package was missing to I called fedex right away and told them what had happen and I called them 4 more time all of the agents thought it was funny and they said it was not there problem I contacted my landlord and the police came. So the next morning I went to the police station to get my police report I seen a fedex truck I asked the driver did he deliver a package to 1164 broadway ave apt 6 he checked on his device and told me yes I replied why didn't you knock at my door because someone stolen my package he apologize and said he was sorry he did not knock or I would of sign for it every fedex driver are required to knock at every customers door when I was talking to the fedex 4 agents on the phone they acted like they don't care I told them everything that I told you all and requested to speak to a supervisor 4 different times and they denied me those rights I want my money back for the items that were stolen admittedly I will file lawsuit at my local court district about my money I took pictures of the fedex driver license plate and the code off the truck I emailed both of you all the same information.
