I order two pairs of breathable running sport shoes one white pair, and one red pair it been two weeks now, I have not heard anything I want to know where is my order, are my refund, my G-mail is Antonio.[protected]@gmail.com I would like very much to get my product, are my refund need to hear something soon.

Yesterday after a froud transaction made from wish.com for the Order ID: 5db22e002fa9308d88d22502 around 4.35 a.m IST and within 5-6 hours when I came to know this happens I email message and online chat them to cancel the order immediately and refund the money to the original payment method by they did not do it.

It's really a pathetic and froud website who are linked with the hackers or themselves to do such a thing...
and this has been done by this email id [protected]@mail8app.com person...

I have place my first orders which was successful thou I never receive it yet on wish suddenly i was told to send my email and my last purchase on wish i tried to do it.it will show transaction successful and that they'll get back to me after 3 working days.it's months now they haven't gotten back to me and they never refund me.if they don't want me to be patronizing them they should send me an email.

I purchased two brand name headphones on wish.com One was a Sennheiser brand and a Apple brand one. They were both counterfeits. Wish promptly refunded the Sennheiser set but they are now not replying to my help requests and doesn't reply to my emails. I plan on contacting the BBB if this isn't resolved in 7 days. I must say for such a well known brand and a jersey sponsor for the Lakers they shouldn't be risking their brand image like this. It's downright irresponsible and more importantly, ILLEGAL!

My account was flagged stating I had to many returns .
I have never returned any I item ever purchased .
What has happened is on many products i purchase I get a email stating this item cannot be purchased at the price, so it states wish is offering an refund .
When i ordered the product no where did it anything but your order has been processed and we will let you know when shipping.
So why are flagging my account for something that is not my fault .?
I have been locked for some time now.please resolve asap.

Unable to purchaseI have been with Wish for a very long time now and now I am unable to purchase anything. Make sure it is cancelled and I want action taken against this person for fraud. This has caused me a lot of problems. I had to have my bank eject the charges shut down my account and now wait for new account information. I can't even access my money til this is settled. I will NOT be shopping on wish again with this kind of security and customer service

I ordered a phone and it went to Post Shenzhen International Mail Exchange Bureau. It's been there for ten days now. I currently don't have a working phone. I need a new phone, and I need it now. I literally don't have a working phone. So either give me a refund on my item or get the item to me. The latest date on delivery is the 29th and I'm willing to wait until then but I can't wait much longer.

trying to get a refund wrote to them plenty of times and they keep saying go to wish assitance and fill out request, theres no place on that to hit refund, I have ordered plenty of stuff from them, and never had a problem, now i have a problem they dont want to help me, theres not a human you can talk to, i took pictures of the product and they said they need more information, they send me wrong sizes and wrong color, then i go on wish app to see history and my history is erased.out of alot of money, i will not order from them ever again

I have been sent an email indicating I am requesting an email change. This is false. I have not requested an email change.

I cannot log into my account now. Please resolve this situation at asap.

I have also requested you send an email in order to reset my password but Wish continues to send me an email indicating I am trying to change my email account which is false.

I had ordered 200 dollars worth of merchandise back in February and none of it ever came in. I tried talking to customer service but i can never speak to a person to resolve the issue. That is alot of money to just go to waste. I tried to find out about the order in March but srill wasn't able to talk to anyone. Either send my merchandise or refund my money!

This website is extremely concerning. There is no customer service by humans, it is all done by computers. Most of the items are always refunded, but that usually always occurs up to a week later, which makes me wonder what are they using this money for in the mean time? there is some major stock market fraud going on here. And not to mention, who is making these products? these people are being used as slaves. This site needs to be taken down, it is unethical and criminal behaviour.

I have alote undelivered items im attaching pics with the tracking numbers. The support in the app is horrible i would like to know where my items are and how long i still need to wait. Would love to have my items all i cam do is wait or get refunded which aint bad but would rather have my items which i orders please. Please rpy to this email with more details about all my packages

I returned some items over a month ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. I have emailed customer support several times now and have given them all the information they requested, proof of postage, order number etc but I keep being given the run around. I am a pensioner so money isn't something I can afford to not fight to get back. The app says nothing about refunds you are asked to contact customer support but they do nothing. Please help

I wish I would have read all comments before I was sucked into this WISH app.
I did receive 2 products from them. They seem to be pretty good at taking your money out, but neglect to send items, or courtesy message about the status of your order. I think they supply fell through it's demands..
SO they should say item out of stock and refund automatically your money. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET THIS APP OFF MY PHONE. I don't need all this [protected]@#$ anyways!

I, Investigator M. M . Price would like some information pertaining to a unauthorized debit card use. The dates for these charges are 10/09/2019 for $19.21 and $6.31. Again on 10/11/2019 for $12.52, $2.10, $9.42, $18.36 and another $2.10 charge. Also a charge was placed on 10/12/2019 in the amount of $11.40. Any information provided would be greatly appreciated. I bought a product which I never received so I asked for a refund and have been getting the runaround since August. Customer service does not even answer my concerns anymore their customer service department is useless. I will never buy another product from them they are a fraud they take your money but does not give it back when there's a problem.

I have gotten notifications on wish but I can't read them. Every time I try to open my wish app it just says an error has occurred in loading then under that it says try again. I've been trying all day. My boyfriend had the same issues but now he's able to get on his. I however am still unable to. I can't even resign in. Is there a problem with the sight? What can I do to get this resolved so I can shop?
