Untrue advertising - blatant lie
The Alfreton store has a sign stating 'our apples are from British orchards, all year round'. Today, 7.9.23, there wasn't a single British apple on display, or in stock when an assistant was asked. I have reported this to customer services in previous years!
Apart from it being blatantly untrue, it is disgraceful that Tesco are not sourcing from British suppliers.
Recommendation: Buy elsewhere where British produce sold e.g. M & S
Shop where GB produce sold.

My son and daughter often buy me flowers, many times from Tesco, and the bouquets seem to always contain lilies. Every single part of
these plants is lethal to animals and therefore, as I have a cat, I have to weed out the lilies and throw them in the bin.
Many households possess a cat, so surely it would be advisable to cease including these deadly lilies in the bunches of flowers you sell.

Unwrapped Fresh Bread
I am complaining about your fresh bread not being bagged. Shopping in my local Tesco I seen someone feeling the freshness of bread, on the third loaf he decided to pick that one. You see people coughing and sneezing into their hands maybe they may start feeling the bread. It is so unhygienic the way you are selling bread. With so many health worries that are about I do think that your bread should be wrapped. All other major stores wrap bread .

Good morning
I hope you are well. I am emailing in regards to a complaint with a purchase I made on Thursday morning. I used the self checkout, and do not have a receipt as it didn't offer me one. I did however use my club card and left my details of that at the end of this email so you can retrieve the receipt.
I purchased a pack of pecorino cheese. Last night I went and opened it to use, ate it in my meal, and then noticed the date on the back of the packet was 31/10/23, which is a good 10 days out of date! I purchased it 10 days after the use by date, from this store. Worse than that, I had eaten some of it too and quite worried about becoming unwell.
It's really not great that it was so dramatically out of date, and I dread to think if there is even more on that shelf that's the same.
I have attached the photo as proof. Please can you let me know how you can help me with this.

I am the Park Manager at Pitgrudy Holiday Park, Dornoch IV25 3HY. I would like to inform you that on 04/11/12 at 17.12 hours your delivery driver entered the park. At 17.17hrs on the same date the driver turned left down one of our property access roads, in doing so they hit one of the parks post, damaging it, the ornamental chain and dislodging the posts base. Yesterday 29th September 2023, I was horrified to read from the stack of free 'local' newspapers in store, the contents of the Newspaper 'The Light'. I have since looked at your company polices of community and diversity and can not see how this is compatible. Checking wikipedia it is a far-right conspiracy theory newspaper. You may like to look at this wikipedia site to see how this content does or does not fit with your ethics. Political marketing should be marked as such. I do not like the way this has been slipped into the mainstream for customers not politically aware to see articles as fact in context with Tescos policies.

Purely organic eggs
We purchased 6 eggs from Tesco Bournemouth. The Purely Organic 6 large free range eggs. Bar code 5 [protected], best before 15 Oct.
Unfortunately there wasn't 6 large eggs, at least one was small. I did take them to your customer desk but they didn't take much notice to be honest. Once, I can take but this is not the first time that we have at least one small egg in the box. The egg code OUK17116 is the same on all eggs. I suggest that you need to investigate and sort out the problem.

Unavailability of Momentum fuel at my local Tesco store
Since December 2022, I have been unable to purchase Momentum fuel for my car at Tesco Transit Way Plymouth. Apparently it is due to a pumping fault. Since nobody at either the petrol station, or in store, has any clue as to when or if this matter will ever be resolved I am reaching out to you for answers. I have to use Roborough which is around a 5 mile round trip each time I wish to fuel my car. This is inconvenient due to time and traffic issues as well as long queues and frequent periods of no fuel available. Can somebody please give me a straight answer. Will this issue be resolved? And when?

Hi I would to make a complaint about one of tesco delivery drivers me and my wife were in braodwater just coming from the lights where the two lanes merge into one. So we were in the left lane where then out of the blue the tesco van comes flying up the outside then my wife has had to put her brakes on and steer into the kerb two other cars see what happened then as we carried on up the road then the passger in the tesco van put his arm out of the window and put his arm up doing the up yours gesture and both driver and passenger both laughing I have log it with 101as we had the children I'm the car I would like someone to get back to me ASAP about this matter it was 16.15 on the 10/09/2023 and the registration number of the van was PK71 LJZ like I say I would ilke a response ASAP and also iam going to make a formal complaint to tesco Durrington. Hello, so this evening I chose a flexi saver delivery slot I was then allocated between 8pm-9pm
My phone rings around 8.20pm and it was the lady that bought my house off me 5/6 years ago, my shop was tried to be delivered there! Obviously they were not allowed to leave it even though the lady said she knew me, anyway I then rang the only number I could fro Tesco which I believe I went through to Scotland, I explained what had happened to my shop - I then proceeded to say (in prompted that I had mad a call on the 6/6/23 to tesco to update my club cards as it seemed I had two. I went through many previous addresses with then man on the phone and all was sorted - or so I thought until this evening! I’ve had many deliveries to my current address so it’s all very baffling! Andy way the man at headquarters managed to go above and beyond and get hold of the drivers (one was training) and they also went above and beyond and came back to deliver my order as the man on the phone was confident I am the customer due to knowing all about my call last week, anyway the two very lovely drivers went out of there way and came back and delivered my shop - I’m recently widowed and have been left on my own with two very young children, I had to have my shopping this evening to be able to give them breakfast in the morning. I explained all this! Anyway the drivers Frank - and the trainee Nick were fantastic from clacton super store (I lbeliev) very chatty friendly lovey men, who deserve some recognition as does the extremely helpful man on the phone! I however have now been put off for life having a delivery from Tesco sadly - I’m dealing with a lot at the moment so to have this happen has just tipped me over the edge tonight! Those three men this evening went above and beyond and that needs to be recognised they have me a card to scan and leave feedback to which I have done! The man on the phone did say that Tesco is completely at fault here, I know mistakes happen I just couldn’t deal with anything else going wrong I can’t seem to catch a break lately! Rancid cabbage, rock hard bread, and fatty bacon
I had the misfortune to have an online delivery from Tesco, 29/04/23, never again! In the shopping was a sweetheart cabbage i ordered, i actually screamed when i went to take it out of the bag. It was rancid, slimy, and turning black. Also a loaf, that was so hard, it wouldn't slice, and a pack of back bacon, that's full of fat. These items were picked by Tesco staff, and quite honestly it just isn't acceptable.
Petrol bedworth
Bedworth's petrol station closed 22.49 on sat 15th April
This is supposed to be a 24hr petrol station but over the last year it has been randomly closed early especially on a Saturday night, the last example as above.
I used chat to complain to Tesco, they contacted the area manager who apparently said from time to time they have problem with the pumps. But there are many pumps there.
I wrote a comment on social media and others have made the same comments.
There's no point having a petrol station that's closed and Tesco are not providing customer service.
Petrol pumps are pay at pump, so what's going on.
I feel so incensed I have written to the CEO
