WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 5 months, totalling £75. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Ray Lewis
Hello Mary
My reference is [protected]. I have spoken with Martin of Complete Save regarding this, but he has only refunded £45, therefore Complete Save still owe me £30. It was quite clear during our conversation that £15 had been taken from June to October amounting to £75.
Please now confirm that you will be refunding the £30 of my money that you still have.
Ray
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Hi.. I am staying in dubai and I also have same problem.. how can u take money from my account without my authorization.. this is biggest fraud ... I need my refund
To Whom this may concern,
I have noticed on my bank statements that I have been paying wly complete for some considerable months for a service I have no recollection of signing up for or use!
After searching my junk mail I came across an email where I had purchased a train ticket in November 2016.
I will be writing to train line too as this is extremely irresponsible and bad practice to say the least.
I have never given you permission to take monies from my bank account and consider these actions as potential fraud.
If I am not refunded in full (£345) I will seek legal advice and contact the financial ombudsman.
Doing my tax return checking my expenses I just realised that WLY. complete saver have been charging my credit card £15.00 a month since 2017. Checking through in google I found this page. I see so many people have got in to this trap. I do not ever remember signing or giving my information to charge my credit card but possibly buying something online WLY.complete saver may have either pop me to another page or taken my details fraudulently. You can see how many people have got in to this trap. This clearly indicate this is a fraud. I have never used WLY for any purchases or savings. This is clearly a fraud. My credit card monthly bills are large so I do not realise this £15/ going through until I had a proepr look during my tax return. How many more people may be paying without realising. If WLY has email and telephone contacts WLY should contact every one they charge and ask if they want to contine with the service so people will reaslise and stop this fraud. I will be reporting this and seeking all my money. This is simply a fraud. Eveery one writing in this page has the same opinion and unwillingly charge £15 without realising and without providing a service? Stop this fraud.
Hello
Can any one tell me how I can get my hard earning money back from this fraudulent money saving .co.uk. They been taking the money out through my credit card without my authorisation and permission from last seven months.
Appreciated all your advice.
thanks
I have tried to email customerservices@completesavings to cancel my membership but have had the email returned undelivered. I have only realised that they have been taking £10 a month for the last 2.5 yrs out of my account without my knowledge. I would like this cancelled from 8/1/19. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance. Cherie
I have just checked my latest bank statement and found that £15 was taken by Wly*complete.co.uk in December 2018 and January 2019. I have never used this company for anything. I contacted my bank and they stopped any further payments. I contacted Wly*complete and they said I had filled in their application form when purchasing items from Mighty Deals, which is totally untrue. When I rang them and complained and told them I would contact Action Fraud they said they would refund my money. These people are a bunch of crooks. I am going to contact my MP Nigel Mills and see what he can do to stop this company illegally taking money off people.
I have just noticed this 15 Euro charge on my Debit Card. In December 2018, I bought tickets from Ticketmaster. I had noticed everytime when buying from Ticketmaster there was an offer of 16.80 Euro off my next Ticketmaster purchase. I had noticed this offer before and always ignored it, but as I was about to buy tickets for a second event, I clicked YES to this offer. I remember filling out a form and being redirected to another website. I had thought it was a Ticketmaster offer. I also remember inputting my Debit card details, but I thought they needed this to send me my refund. I remember thinking -uuggh - i thought it was just going to be discount off next purchase, but it looked like i would pay for next Ticketmaster purchase in full and then get a refund from CompleteSavings. If I had known it worked like that, I wouldnt have bothered ticking YES to the offer. What I definitely did not know or see was that I was actually signing up to a 15 Euro per month membership to CompleteSavings. I will be phoning Ticketmaster and complaining that they seem to be linked to this Con-trick. I did find the original email from Complete Savings and was able to logon with my email and cancel the membership. I wont bother chasing the 15 euro refund, but I feel very sorry for those people who have reported months of charges before they noticed. Surely companies like Argos or Ticketmaster or PapaJohns should not be connected with this type of promotion.
This company took £15 per month from my VISA without my permission for 3 years ... I changed my card and found out about this . I have just contacted VISA and asked them to stop paying to this company from my card. This company is fraud and con.
Wly completesave and a similar company wly mytimerewards are online discount retailers. Its very easy to sign up to them without realising. Ie you may have used Papa johns or other online site to buy goods and there has been a tick box and by either ticking or unticking this box it gives you a discount for those goods but in the background will sign you up for a monthly membership. Its very simple to fix. You have to contact your bank and advise them to stop any future payments and then you will need to contact the retailer either by their email or their phone numbers which are usually on your statement. They are usually pretty good at offering refunds so long as it hasnt been going on for a very long time.
My daughter, who is a student, has just noticed today that £15 has been taken from her account since February 2017. The total amount which has been taken without her knowledge or consent is £550.00. £15 per month is a small amount to get alarm bells ringing. Its very annoying how they have taken away so much money without her signing up for this. We have written an email to Complete savings and also contacted the bank to stop future payments.
Dear Mary, my name is Svetlanie Canencia and I am writing to complain about your merchant completesave which have been making unauthorised deductions from my bank account since November and that is £15 twice a month amounting to £165 in total. Not to mention £15 have just been deducted again this month on the 2nd of May 2019. This is very frustrating. I demand a refund for this. I do not remember authorising you to make these deductions from me. I have raised this concern last month already with reference number [protected]. To which your colleague, Claudette confirmed cancellation of my membership which I do not even recall signing up for but anyhow she confirmed that it has been cancelled. However the deductions have been reoccurring. I am writing to ask your good office to stop all of this and remove all my details from your website which I tried doing but it cannot be removed. I have not received any benefits from you or any cashbacks whatsoever and therefore would like to have my £165 back including the recently deducted £15. I do not even do online shopping. What you are doing is fraud. It is my hard-earned money and I do not think I deserve to be stolen money from. I hope you can resolve this issue. I do not authourise WLY*CompleteSavings and WLY*MyTimeRewards to be making these deductions from my bank account now or in the future. I hope to hear from you very soon.
Respectfully yours,
Svetlanie Canencia
Hello, I feel cheated to find that a total of £195 has been taken from my account since September 2019. £15/month from WLY* COMPLETE SAVE. totalling in £120 and an additional transaction from WLY* MY TIME REWARDS of £15/month was added since 2019 making the total 195. I assume the the two are linked as they have same amount and WLY*. I am a student struggling with money myself, and cannot believe this has happened to so many people. It’s shocking and I request my money back.
Your just rip of people you should be prosecuted for taking money from people's accounts disgraceful. Took 15 from my account last night and I have never signed up what sort of company are you.
Pickpockets in my opinion. Cyber pickpockets.
I want to cancel my membership, please! You take £10 out of my credit account every month and I have never been able to use your service! I really should ask for my money back!
Regards
E.G.Hoile
PS: Ihave tried your email address, but it won't send? Why?
You keep taking £15 a month from my account and although I thought I had cancelled this, you took another £15 this month, please explain why!
I'm the same.I never signed up and they take £15 every month since 2018🤬.I want that all money back. How can i get the refund?
Hello all. I was flabbergasted to recently discover that I had been duped into parting with £15 per month to Complete Save. I, like many was confused when buying a train ticket on Trainline (who I will incidentally never use again after this experience). I was offered the opportunity to claim my £30 reduction in the cost of my train tickets. Although I have no recollection of doing so, I must clearly have presumed that entering my card details would enable me to claim my discount. I forgot all about it. I REALLY should check my bank statements more closely. It transpires I had been relieved of £495 before I noticed the monthly transactions.
To be fair to Complete Save (and possibly because of this web site and others like it?), they have just refunded me the entire sum. I guess I could have asked for interest but I was just pleased to have it back.
What a sneaky scam!
Hello I have had the same problem and I have call customer service they they will refund me and the haven’t do so what can I do
Omg I cant believe how many people have the same problem and this company is still going on.
I just noticed this month that £15 have been taken from my account from 2017 they owe me £375
I am so sure I haven’t signed for this nonsense! They refunded £45 but I’m waiting for the balance.
If I wasn’t off work I don’t think I would noticed for a while
These deals are a fraudulent way of getting money out of people
Who knows how many don’t even check their statements
Hello Forum Members,
Complete Savings will be happy to assist you but it's difficult to do that in a forum such as this when we cannot identify a membership record for you.

They do not prominently display our actual contact details and instead their website is designed to prod consumers to post public complaints rather than advising the consumer to contact us directly so that your complaint can be resolved expediently.
If you'd like assistance regarding the Complete Savings programme, please contact us directly so that we can identify your membership record and resolve your complaint. I have just discovered thatwlycomplete savings has has well been deducting Money from my account- I have only just noticed it as it was only a small amt(£15) but has been going on several months - like your latest complainant I am a pensioner & only do occasional online shopping- at no time did I authorise this company or give them my details. Pretty disgusted but seems this has been happening to a lot of folk - if this is not resolved satisfactorily I will be taking this further . Yours Ann Hansen
Hi everyone.
If everyone reports this company to the Financial Conduct Authority there will be a better change at putting this fraudulent company out of business.
To the best of my knowledge I have not agreed to stealing £15.00 a month from my account and want the stolen money returned to me.
If your company fail to resolve this I will forward this to court. At this time I am unemployed and can ill afford to loose this money! Yours sincerely Mr Mark Smith
I haven’t registered anywhere or shopping online, I actually don’t use my card at all. God knows where they get my details from and even after I have cancelled my card for Froud guess what they still taking money from my account! This month I had to pay my broken boiler and mortgage just to tight as my wages it’s small but managed and this company still take money out and this make my day right [censored]ed up as I have nothing left for food or petrol! If I can I take it further this been happening for long time and I bet they squeezed out of me good few hundred! I’ve got all the proof than I’ve never had online shopping or registered anywhere and good lawyer who deal with all this before. I’m that angry and disappointed that this company Chosen to Froud people like me who basically try to live for little money and long hours and little amount like 15 quid [censored]ed me right up! That’s food for the whole month for me! I’ll drown them down and make them
I have had the same issue £15 taken from my account for the last few months without my authorisation.
I would like a refund immediately.
I want my money I didn’t sign anything with you
CompleteSave are online discount retailers. Usually for £15 per month. They are normall started by making an online payment of some kind ie PapaJohns, Trainline, Argos (and hundreds of others) which asks if you want a discount. By ticking or unticking a box you get the discount but in the background will sign you up for the £15 per month fee. Its simple to fix. First contact your bank who can stop any future transactions to the retailer and then contact completesave via email or phone number which can be obtained on their website. Completesave can usually refund you in full. Please note it is always the previous month almost to the day when the first £15 comes off is what triggered it. So if you have seen completesave on 15May then look at your statement for the same date approx in Apr and you will often see the online payment that started it.
I’ve been stung, informed credit cards company and police they are investigating,
We must all keep reporting these “people”
After talking to my solicitor regarding this company taking £15 a month for a service I have not had or used, I have contacted my back to check how far back I have paid £15 a month,
The same thing had happened to my dad and it’s now the second month. This site is a joke!

I find that hard to believe that NW can't stop any future payments. Contact them again and ask them to send you their disputes smart form which they will email you to fill in yourself to stop future payments or you can use this link (you'll need to copy and paste it) available on their own website :- https://www.supportcentre-rbs.co.uk/Searchable/1475617992/I-ve-cancelled-or-returned-the-goods-or-services-but-haven-t-received-a-refund.htm. The form is very simple. Click on either debit or credit card and then follow the instructions to stop recurring payments. Once done contact completesave for any refunds.
