fraudulent money taken from my bank
COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK has taken £15 from my bank account without my authorisation. I have contacted the fraud department at the bank and was told how to find out who you are and how you got my details. After I made a purchase at ARGOS it appears my bank details were passed on to yourselves. At no time have I signed any form of contract with you, So I would be grateful if you would refund my £15 ASAP.

complete save monthly subscription
Hi,
I was just checking through my bank records and I have noticed that apparently I signed up for the monthly subscription when I was trying to purchase a train ticket from trainline. I am an international student and I only arrived in the country about two months before I stumbled across this website. I do not remember entering my bank details and I certainly don't remember signing up for this scheme. I was entirely unfamiliar with the platform and it appears this is what you take advantage of most often.
I have lost a great deal of money, you can imagine how precious it was to me being an international student in a foreign country. I am deeply disappointed and I really hope the company will respond and help me sort out this problem. I have never used any of the benefits or cashback etc so I expect a full refund for my hard earned money.
Looking forward to you getting in touch with me to help me sort out this situation.
Sana Ahmad.

unauthorised money taken out of my account
I did sign up for a cash back complete save, but that was a one time thing for my train ticket. At no point did it say anything about a membership or taking £15 out of my account each month. I would like a full refund promptly.
I didn't agree for any membership, I was only aware of including my bank details to get that one cash back opportunity.
Not acceptable to take £15 out without authorisation
Do not want to pay 15 and the rest each month would like a refund.
complete savings
I have had for some time a £15 debit taken from my account each month to the above. I had a standing order to HMRC for £15 to pay back an amount I owed them so I mistakenly thought this was it. When I went to check the direct debit details for this amount there is nothing showing.
I called Complete Savings and was told I had signed up to this service when I purchased a train ticket on Trainline. I definitely did not. If I had been asked for my address details and debit card details I would only have given them because I thought I needed to in order to purchase my train ticket.
I asked for my account to be cancelled as I would never sign up to such an site. They offered to refund the last payment but I have made 34 payments which should be refunded as I had no idea I inadvertently signed up to this site and I've never used it.

money from account
I'm not sure at what point I signed up for money to be taken from my account.
And have no record of whatever it is that has been signed up for therefore no way of cancelling the £15 per month payment.
I would appreciate a response and where possible money back for a service I have no idea about. I would also appreciate a way to cancel said service as quickly and promptly as possible

I've recently noticed that an amount of £15 was deducted on the 17th of October from my bank account without my knowing . I have not signed or even heard of this program before and would like a refund for the deduction. And also to be unsubscribed from the plan I allegedly have signed up for.I would ask for this incident to not happen again as I am a minor. Thank you

I have just been charged £15 from completesave. I have never signed up for this and have rang up to cancel my “subscription” but it says it doesn’t recognise the last 4 digits of my card to cancel so how did they take payment?

unauthorized debit card charge
hi there,
My 17 year old daughter has just had £15 taken from her bank account today, 07.11.19 - I have asked her about it and she has said that she bought a ticket on skiddel and she thought she was signing up for discounts on gig tickets. The offer only said to give her email address no mention of extra charges.
Please could you let me know what we need to do, or who to contact, in order to get her money back. It may just be £15 but to her it is a weeks worth of food for school.
Thank you.
Kind regards

wly completesave
For 5 months now (since the month of June) WLY complete save have been taking £15 per month out of my account for a total of £75. Never had I even head of this company before today, and as someone who rarely shops online anyway, I certainly had not agreed to any subscriptions with the company nor given any of my bank details out to them. I have no idea how you've managed to get your hands on my details but this is me asking nicely for a refund before I take this further.

unauthorised money taken from my bank account
I did Asda shopping on line 5th Nov 2019 and was asked to join this money saving scam, I realised what it was as I was completing the registration so did not go ahead with it, I didn't confirm the registration or authorise money to go out of my account and yet on looking at my bank account this morning a fee of £15.99 has been taken out. I want this fee refunded or I will seek legal advice, this is fraud.

I noticed that £15 had been taken from my account and on inspection found it was to be a regular monthly fee.
I googled the company and saw that many people were complaining about them. I phoned the customer support service on 0800 389 6960 and cancelled any further payments. They promised to reimburse my money too, but I won't hold my breath.
I recieved an email shortly afterwards confirming the cancellation.
But to be sure I contacted my bank and put a block on them taking any more.
Apparently I filled in my details while online shopping! Absolute rubbish, I didn't do anything of the sort.
It's obviously a scam, which they no doubt make a lot of money from. People don't check their accounts enough and these payments are going out monthly without their knowledge. I have a online account via my phone and regularly check my bank accounts for anything suspicious. I thought I was pretty savvy about online scams but these are harnessing information from shopping websites like Argos, so be extra careful and never click on a banner. That's how I think they did it.

unauthorised money removed from my current account
I have just looked on my internet banking and seen that complete savings have taken £15 out of my bank account. But I have never heard of them and for me £15 is a lot when I'm trying to save up to give my family he presents they deserve whilst trying to save for a flat and a car and uni. I would really appreciate it if you could help get me my money back because I am very upset that I can't give my family the presents they deserve and I want to be able to go to uni and make a life for myself
