Ordered items August 3, 2023. Today is August 24. No package to date. Tried to check order status online. Only thing it showed was "processed". Called "customer service" (which is located in India). Used automated function to check order status. Said order was shipped August 4. So, I called customer service line again. Put on hold to wait for representative. After about 5 minutes, call was cut off. Called again. Finally "George" answered the call. I explained that I have never received my package that was supposedly shipped 20 days ago. He put me on hold, came back said was shipped Aug. 4. I told him I had just told him that. He put me on hold again. Came back said was shipped via FedEx. I explained again that I have never received the items. He said the package was left outside the "glass" of my residence. I live in an apartment building. Advised never received. After awhile he finally said he would report it as a "lost item" and that I would need to fill out and sign an affidavit form that he would request. Said it would take 7-10 business days for me to receive. Then the company would investigate! IF they receive the item back, then a credit could be issued! In the meantime I have been charged for the items...the same day I ordered. And the shipping charge was around $18 and I will be charged interest each month as well! This is the worst customer DISSERVICE I have ever received. I have had issues with the company before but this went way beyond any of the other times. Unfortunately, when you're a plus size woman with limited financial resources, we have to put up with a lot of poor service. I am elderly, in poor health, and on Social Security. Companies just don't seem to care about consumers anymore... unless you're rich.
Desired outcome: I want my merchandise and I want any interest charged to my account to be adjusted.
