UrbanOG: Affordable Fashion with Exceptional Customer Service
UrbanOG is the place to go for all your fashion needs! Their customer service is top-notch, they really care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase. I recently ordered a pair of over-the-knee boots and was pleasantly surprised when I received both a voicemail and an email with photograph attachments notifying me that my boots had a very minor defect. The company contacted me and offered an additional 30% off the boots, which was a great deal! I was refunded back to my original payment method and received my boots a few days later. I could barely notice the glue smudge, it was definitely worth the price and discount! I am very happy with my overall experience with UrbanOG, and the sizing was also perfect.
UrbanOG offers weekly promo codes on their site, making items very affordable for anyone who is on a budget. They even offer Deal of the Day items with shocking prices you just can't resist! I used a 25% promo code and got the 30% discount for the glue smudge on top of that, what a steal! You just can't beat that pricing!
Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of trendy clothing, shoes, and accessories. They also have a great selection of plus-size clothing, which is a huge plus! I love that they offer free shipping on orders over $50, which is a great incentive to shop with them.
Overall, I highly recommend UrbanOG for all your fashion needs. Their exceptional customer service, affordable pricing, and wide selection of trendy clothing make them a top choice for fashion-savvy shoppers. Don't hesitate to shop with them, you won't be disappointed!
Review of Urbanog.com: Great Selection and Prices, but Frustrating Website Navigation and Return Process
Urbanog.com has a huge selection of shoes that will make any shoe lover's heart skip a beat. However, navigating through the website can be a bit of a challenge. The "filter" search option is supposed to make it easier to find what you're looking for, but it doesn't always work. For example, when I tried to narrow my search to black, size 7 boots, the results would bring up any color and size. It was frustrating, but I decided to stick with it because the prices were great and the selection was wide.
One thing that I found to be a bit of a problem was that items in my shopping cart would disappear the next day. This was a bit of a bummer because I would put things in my cart to review later and then they would be gone. However, I eventually decided on two pairs of boots and made my purchase.
When the boots arrived a few weeks later, I was disappointed to find that they didn't fit as well as I had hoped. But, I knew that was the risk of online shopping. The real frustration came when I tried to return them. I tried to go through the return process on the website, but it didn't work. After several attempts, two emails, and one phone call, I finally found out that I had to log out of the website in order to go through the return process. It seems like common sense now, but it wasn't clear at the time.
Even after I logged out, I still had trouble with the return process. The representative on the phone hung up on me while I was trying to follow the steps. When I called back, I was told that they don't provide return labels for APO addresses. I was frustrated, but the representative told me to go ahead and send the boots back and I would receive a refund. I received an email confirmation, but I'm still waiting for my refund.
Overall, Urbanog.com has a great selection of shoes at great prices, but the website can be frustrating to navigate and the return process can be a bit of a headache. If you're willing to take the risk, you might find some amazing shoes, but be prepared for some bumps in the road.
Effortless Shopping and Lightning-Fast Delivery: My UrbanOG Review
I gotta say, I never wrote a review before, but this site is worth it! The website was so easy to use, I didn't get lost once. And the checkout process? Phenomenal! I was so excited to get free shipping and I even found a coupon for 15% off. Score!
Then, I got an email with my tracking number and order info at 10:33 PM on 10/23. Keep in mind, I ordered at 12 PM that same day! The email said to give them 24/48 hours for the tracking number to be active via UPS. But guess what? It's Friday 10/24 at 12:50 PM and my package was already delivered at 11:30 AM today! I live in Las Vegas, so it didn't take long for my package to get here from California. But still, that's fast!
Now, I haven't tried on the clothes yet, so I can't say for sure if they'll fit. But I'm hopeful that they will. The sizing on the website isn't super clear, but I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they'll fit true to size.
Overall, I'm super happy with my experience with UrbanOG. I hope this review helps someone else make their decision to buy from them.
UrbanOG Review: Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Size Boots
So, I wanted to share my experience with UrbanOG (urbanog.com). I was on the hunt for some Fringe Boots in size 8 and stumbled upon this website. At first, I was hesitant to make a purchase because they didn't have a PayPal option and the website looked a bit sketchy. But, I couldn't find the boots in my size anywhere else, so I decided to take a chance and place an order.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge mistake. Two weeks later, I received my shoes and was excited to see the box. However, when I opened it up, I realized that they had packed size 6 boots into a size 8 shoe box. I mean, come on, did they really think I wouldn't notice the difference between a size 6 and 8? I immediately filed a claim and that's when all hell broke loose.
I had to take pictures of the items and invoice and email them to the company to prove that I wasn't lying. I received FIVE emails regarding an RMA number because they kept asking me what they could do for me. It was frustrating because I just wanted to return the wrong size boots and get the correct ones in my size. But, it seemed like the process was taking forever.
To make matters worse, when I called to speak with someone about the issue, I was met with the most horrible customer service. It felt like I was talking to a mean lady who was running the company out of a tiny dark closet. It was clear that she didn't care about my issue and just wanted to get me off the phone.
Overall, my experience with UrbanOG was a complete disaster. If you're looking for reliable websites to purchase shoes from, I would recommend 6pm, Overstock, Shoes4U, and Amazon. Don't waste your time with UrbanOG because if they don't have your size, you'll end up with a random size and it'll somehow be your fault.
Terrible Experience with UrbanOG: Defective Items, False Promises, and No Refund
I recently made an order (Order 2384522) on UrbanOG for two pairs of shoes that I needed for a wedding in just two weeks. However, after five days, I still hadn't received any shipment notification. I decided to reach out to their customer service team to inquire about the delay. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email or notice regarding my order other than the fact that it was placed and my payment was already taken.
After contacting their customer service team, I was informed that my items were "defective" and couldn't be shipped. They gave me three options: arrange replacements equal to the original amount, pay the difference if the replacements were more expensive, or get a refund. I chose to get replacements, but it wasn't an easy task. They had one of the same exact pairs I bought, but it was over twice the price. I browsed their site and found the other same pair, same price, color, and size right on the site up for purchase. I was disappointed that they lied to me.
I emailed them to express my frustration, but I only received a bunch of lame excuses that made no sense. Since I was desperate for the wedding, which was now just a week away with no other options, I ended up choosing one original pair and a new pair slightly more expensive and paid the difference via PayPal. It was successfully confirmed, and my order was updated along with tracking. However, it's been almost three weeks since I even placed the order to begin with, and I still haven't received my package.
I emailed them twice asking for a refund since the order is obviously never going to come, but I was completely ignored. Not one response. I even tried calling their number, but it was fake. This company isn't legitimate, and I advise you not to buy from them. They'll take your money, and you'll get nothing in return.
Disappointing Experience with UrbanOG: Wrong Size, Lying Agent, and Rude Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from UrbanOG, an online shoe retailer, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered two pairs of shoes, but when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I decided to return them, but it took ten days for the shoes to arrive in the first place, which was a bit frustrating.
When I called UrbanOG to get the weight of the shipment so I could return the shoes, I was met with some unexpected issues. The cell phone number they had on file for me was rejected when I called, even though I had no idea why. I tried calling again from a different number, and they picked up right away. When I asked the agent for the weight of the shoes, she told me they were 4lbs each. I didn't believe her, so I checked the UPS website and found out that they were actually only 2lbs each. I was so angry that the agent had lied to me just to try and make me pay more to return the shoes.
This experience was especially frustrating because I have been a loyal customer of UrbanOG since April of 2011. I order from them every month, and I've even held my tongue when I've called about shoes that were sold out in my size. The agent I always spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful, telling me that they didn't know when certain shoes would be restocked and to just check back in two weeks. This was frustrating because I know that when they restock, they know exactly what they're getting.
Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed with UrbanOG and will not be ordering from them again. I was shocked to see how many bad reviews they have online, but I'm not surprised given my experience. If you're considering ordering from UrbanOG, I would recommend doing some research first and reading reviews from other customers.
UrbanOG Online Shopping Review: Red Flags and No Phone Orders
So, I was trying to buy some boots from UrbanOG online, but every time I clicked the "place order" button, I got a red screen and a warning that I might have been redirected to a fake site. I was really worried about this, so I decided to call the company and see if other customers had the same problem. But guess what? They don't take phone orders! Can you believe it? I mean, I've heard of companies that only take orders online, but this is ridiculous. And to make things worse, they only accept orders from regular PCs, not phones or tablets. Who has a home PC these days anyway? We only use our phones and notebooks, and I'm sure we're not the only ones.
Anyway, I was starting to get really suspicious about this company. I mean, first the warning online, then the no phone orders thing, and now I've read a lot of bad reviews from people who say their credit cards were overcharged or stolen. Some of them lost hundreds or even thousands of dollars! I really liked the boots I wanted to buy, and the price was good, but my gut feeling is telling me not to take the risk with UrbanOG. I'm worried they might not be a real business at all.
If you've had a good experience with UrbanOG, please let me know. I'd love to hear about it. But for now, I think I'll look for another place to buy my boots.
Disappointing Experience with UrbanOG: Delayed Shipment and Grammar Errors in Emails
I recently made a purchase on UrbanOG's website on June 09, 2013. I spent a total of $216.55 and paid through Paypal. On June 12, 2013, I received an email from UrbanOG with tracking information. The email stated that my item(s) were being prepared for shipment and provided me with a tracking number. The email also mentioned that if there were any changes to my order, they would notify me via email or phone.
At first, I was pleased with the promptness of the email and the fact that I had received tracking information. However, I did notice some grammar errors in the email. While this may not be a big deal to some, I have ordered from other professional sites such as Forever21 and have never encountered any grammar errors in their emails.
Since receiving the tracking information, I have been checking the UPS website regularly to track my package. Unfortunately, the tracking information has not been updated since the label was created. Today is June 15, 2013, and I decided to call UPS to find out what was going on. The customer service representative informed me that a label was created for my package on June 11, 2013, and that shippers usually come back the same day or the next day with the package ready to ship. He suggested that I contact UrbanOG to find out what was going on.
I am extremely frustrated with this situation and hope that I did not waste my money. I am considering filing a dispute with Paypal, but I will wait until Monday morning to call them and figure out the rest of the story. I will provide updates on this site and hope that nobody else has to go through this experience.
Poor Customer Service Experience with UrbanOG's Exchange Policy
I recently purchased a pair of boots from UrbanOG, but unfortunately, they were too big for me. I decided to take advantage of their exchange policy and ordered a new pair that was half a size smaller. According to their policy, I was supposed to receive a full refund, including shipping, once I returned the original order.
However, when I received my refund, I noticed that the shipping cost was not included. I immediately contacted customer service via email, and they responded with a copied and pasted breakdown of my refund, which clearly stated that I was only refunded for the product and not the shipping cost. I replied to their email, but I never received a response.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to call customer service instead. I explained my situation to the representative and told her that I returned a pair of boots that cost $39.99 and wanted to exchange them for a pair that I had already paid for. According to the exchange policy on their website, I should have received a full refund, including shipping. However, the representative told me that I had already been refunded for the shipping cost because my total refund was $42, and the product cost $35.
I tried to explain to her that this didn't make any sense, as the $42 was the total cost of the product, and had nothing to do with the shipping cost. However, she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again, as if she didn't understand what I was saying. I was getting frustrated and told her that UrbanOG needed to take down their exchange policy if they weren't going to refund shipping costs for exchanges.
In the end, I hung up on the representative because she wasn't able to help me. I was disappointed with the customer service I received from UrbanOG, as they seemed to be using robot-like responses and not understanding my concerns. I don't think I will be ordering from them again in the future.
My Frustrating Experience with UrbanOG: Defective Shoes and Poor Customer Service
Let me tell you about my experience with UrbanOG. I usually don't write reviews, but I'm so frustrated with them that I feel like people should know what they're getting into. The first time I ordered from them, I didn't have any major issues, except for their customer service being incredibly rude. But other than that, I received my order fairly quickly and loved my shoes. HOWEVER, the second time I ordered from them was a complete disaster. As much as I love their shoes, I don't plan on ordering from them again.
First of all, all orders to Canada are final sale. I placed my order with them and about four days later, they finally got around to processing it. Then, a few more days went by and I received an email from them stating that one pair of shoes that I ordered had a slight defect. They sent me pictures of what looked like a small scuff mark or glue stain on the outside of the shoe. As compensation, they offered me 30% off that one pair of shoes if I chose to receive them as is. I took the discount and told them I'd take the shoes anyway since faux suede shoes like that scuff easily anyways. I received them about a week and a half later, after not receiving any notification as to whether or not they had even been shipped out. Upon the arrival of my shoes, I had to pay an additional $20 at the door for "brokerage fees," which I hadn't had to pay the first time around. So at this point, my order cost me $60, which is the same amount I could have spent on the exact same shoes at a store down the street from my house and obviously had them the same day. I decided to suck it up and pay the extra fees.
I went to try on my shoes, and what did I see? Not one, but many defective marks on the shoes. If I had known the shoes looked like this all over, I wouldn't have bothered to buy them. Next, I put them on and stood up, and what did I notice? That they were almost a full size too big! I have a few other pairs of shoes by the same brand in the same size that I ordered (7.5), and even my heels that are different brands are ALL 7.5. I decided to go to the store by my house and try on the same shoes that I ordered to ensure that it wasn't a manufacturer's defect that the shoes were so big. Upon asking to try these same shoes on in a 7.5, the sales girl advised me to try a half size smaller since they are made large.
Now, in my opinion, if the shoes are not made true to size and are actually slightly larger, shouldn't that be mentioned in the description of the shoe? All in all, I had to wait forever for my shoes, they were more than just "slightly" defective, and after all that, they're not even wearable because they're huge on me. So I'm basically stuck with a pair of shoes that are too big, that are not returnable, and I can't even try to get some of my money back by selling them on eBay because they're completely ruined!
I have no intention of ordering from UrbanOG ever again, and I would advise everyone else to save themselves the headache and money.

Disappointed with UrbanOG's Material and Customer Service
I recently bought two white dresses from UrbanOG and was disappointed to find that they were not made from the best material and were see-through. I immediately requested a return and sent the dresses back. However, four days later, I received an email saying that I would only receive a partial refund because the dress had been worn. I was shocked because I never even tried the dress on, let alone wore it. To make matters worse, the company charged me a 30% restocking fee. I decided to call their customer service department to sort out the issue. The representative told me that the return department would have to review the item again. I was frustrated because if they had any quality control, they would have reviewed it when it arrived at the return department.
I almost became a loyal customer of UrbanOG, but their response from customer service left me unsatisfied. I will not be shopping with them again. It's a shame because I was excited to try out their clothing, but their lack of quality control and poor customer service has left me with a bad impression. I hope they can improve their processes in the future to avoid similar situations with other customers.
Urbanog Review: Terrible Customer Service and Scam Practices
Urbanog is a site that I would not recommend to anyone. I recently purchased a pair of heels for $80 and it took them a whopping 6 days just to process my order. I was extremely disappointed with the delay and decided to cancel my order because I knew that they would not arrive on time. However, when I tried to call them, no one ever answered the phone. So, I had to resort to emailing them.
Two days later, I received an email from Urbanog saying that my package had been shipped. I was shocked and frustrated because I had already cancelled my order. They completely ignored my cancellation and shipped the package anyway. When I contacted them about this, they told me that I had to ship the package back to get a refund.
I followed their instructions and shipped the package back to them in the original box and on time. However, to my dismay, they only gave me less than half of my money back. They stole $46 from me and refused to give it back. I was so angry and frustrated because I lost all that money on a package that I didn't even want.
I decided to file a dispute with my bank, but to my surprise, they said that I didn't deserve a full refund. I couldn't believe it! Everything was returned in perfect condition, yet they still refused to give me my money back. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never shop with Urbanog again.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone who is considering shopping with Urbanog to think twice. They are a scam and will take your money without any remorse. Their customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with UrbanOG
I recently made a purchase on UrbanOG's website and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their products and their customer service. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and a pair of earrings, but when I received my package, I was shocked to find that 3 of the shoes were broken and the earrings were also damaged.
I immediately contacted their customer service department, but unfortunately, I was hung up on during my first attempt to speak with someone. When I finally did get through, they offered me in-store credit, which was not acceptable to me. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to give me my money back, but only after charging me a $7 restocking fee for each item that I was returning that was not broken.
To make matters worse, I found out that UrbanOG buys their products in bulk from other countries, which explains why the quality is so poor. It's unacceptable that they don't take the time to inspect their products before shipping them out to customers. And it's even more frustrating that they made it so difficult for me to get my money back after such a terrible first impression.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping at UrbanOG. Their products are of extremely poor quality and their customer service is lacking. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Disappointing Customer Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with UrbanOG
I recently made a purchase on UrbanOG, a website that sells trendy clothing and shoes. I was excited to receive my order, which included two pairs of shoes that I had been eyeing for a while. The total cost of my purchase was around $50 after applying a discount code.
However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I received my package and realized that it had been shipped with UPS instead of the USPS option that I had selected during checkout. This meant that I was hit with a hefty brokerage fee from UPS, which amounted to more than 50% of my total purchase price.
I immediately contacted UrbanOG's customer service team to address the issue. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was quite snooty and unhelpful. She informed me that other customers had experienced similar problems in the past and had not been successful in resolving them. She then gave me her boss's email address and wished me luck.
I decided to reach out to the boss via email, hoping for a more positive outcome. However, I was met with the same level of ignorance and unhelpfulness. I asked if I could return the shoes and have the restocking fee waived, or if they could cover half of the brokerage fees since I was not aware of this issue and should not have to pay for it. Unfortunately, the boss refused to accommodate any of my requests.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from UrbanOG. It seems that all they care about is making money, and they are not willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I would caution anyone considering making a purchase from this company to be aware of the potential issues with shipping and fees.
Disappointed with UrbanOG: Poor Quality and Untrustworthy Refund Policy
I recently made a purchase from UrbanOG and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the two pairs of boots that I received. The boots did not look like the way they did in the pictures on the website. I decided to return the items, but before doing so, I read the return policy. I noticed that they charge $7 for shipping, so I thought it would be better to exchange the items instead of returning them.
I returned the items that I did not want and purchased new items that I wanted to exchange for. However, when I received my refund a week later, I noticed that $7 was missing. I was confused and frustrated, so I decided to email their customer service team to inquire about the missing amount.
To my disappointment, they explained that they had to take away $7 from my refund. This was surprising to me because the return policy clearly stated that I would receive a FULL refund. I was disappointed that they did not follow their own policy and felt like I couldn't trust them anymore.
Furthermore, I was disappointed with the quality of their shoes. The shoes did not look like the way they did in the pictures on the website. I was disappointed that I had to go through the hassle of returning the items and then being charged for it.
Overall, I will not be shopping from UrbanOG again. I do not trust them and I am disappointed with the quality of their products. If you decide to shop from this site, be prepared for them to take away $7 from your refund, even if their return policy states otherwise.
Disappointing Experience with UrbanOG: Slow Shipping, Poor Customer Service, and Damaged Products
I gotta say, UrbanOG is not the best website out there. I had a pretty bad experience with them recently. I ordered a product and when it arrived, it was damaged. I tried to contact them by phone to figure out how to return it, but it was a total nightmare. Every time I pressed the number for customer service, it just went back to the greeting. And when I tried to leave a message, it said the system was full. I spent a whole week trying to get through to someone, and finally, I randomly pressed some other extensions and got a live person. They told me to send a picture of the damaged product and a scan of the original receipt. I did all of that, but then they told me it had been more than 30 days since I received the product, so they wouldn't give me a credit or refund. I argued with them and said it had only been a few weeks, but they still said no. It was really frustrating.
On top of that, the shipping times were really slow. And even when I did get products that weren't damaged, they were really cheap and not great quality. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this website. You'll just end up regretting it.
Disappointing Service from UrbanOG.com: A Review of My Birthday Purchase
I recently made a purchase on UrbanOG.com for my birthday. I was thrilled to receive an email stating that my two pairs of boots would be delivered in 10 business days, just in time for my special day. However, my excitement was short-lived when I received an email from UPS just four days later stating that my boots were being shipped. I was confused and concerned, but decided to wait and see what would happen.
A few days later, I received an email from UrbanOG informing me that one pair of my boots was the last pair in stock and they would not be able to ship it. They offered me a refund or an exchange, but I was disappointed that I wouldn't be receiving the boots I had my heart set on. A few days after that, I received another email stating that my money had been refunded and that they would not be sending the boots after all. I was annoyed, but decided to focus on the fact that I would still be receiving my other pair of boots.
However, my disappointment continued when I received an email on the day I was supposed to receive my boots stating that they had just been shipped and I would not be receiving them until the following week, after my birthday had already passed. I was extremely frustrated with the service I had received and felt like my special day had been ruined.
Despite my negative experience, I must admit that the items on the UrbanOG website are cute and inexpensive. However, I can only give them two stars due to the horrible service I received. I hope that they can improve their shipping and communication processes in the future to avoid disappointing their customers.
My shoes haven't arrived yet :(
I ordered Shoe Republic LA Jeweled Embellished Ankle Strap Stiletto Heel in Rose Gold, size 7.5, $45.80 worth.
Additional information about my order: was placed on the 5th of October, I also paid for an expedited shipping to get it as soon as possible. It didn't work out, as you can see.
I would like to know where they are.
Unfortunately, customer service doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't respond via email. I don't know what to think.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Do not pay for 2 day shipping
If you choose the shipping option for 2 day shipping you will not get your things in 2 days. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on what is technically Thursday morning at about 3am... I chose the 2 day shipping thinking I would get my things at least by Saturday but they didn't even process my order until 1am on Friday morning and of course they don't ship things on the weekends which they should make clear on their website so I basically paid $25 for standard shipping. They will not refund my money and I'm very upset because I have an event to go to and now I have to emprovise when I shouldn't have to. I'm so annoyed I will never order anything from this site again.
Customer service
I ordered a dress 11/03/16 around 11:30pm. I paid for extra shipping (17.00) and paid with a credit card. total came out to be around 51.80$. I have not received a shipping #, i have emailed with no response and i have also called. No one answers and this dress if for my graduation. I am super pissed about this company an to make it so bad it has a order from 2015 ( which the dress was short and not sized correctly) that i bought. But the site does not show my recent order. After or if this issue is resolved I will never order from them again. I tried to give them a chance this is the second time I can not try again with them. I just want my dress for graduation and the only reason i order the dress from them this time is because the other company didn't have the color. I would love if some would respond to me like this is horrible.

Worst customer service ever!
Ordered a white dress from UrbanOG and it was all dirty! I contacted customer service immediately and told that I can provide pictures but they said that they don't need any pictures and promised to resolve the situation. Later they told me that unfortunately replacement or a refund was not possible since I have already worn the dress. I told them that I never even tried it on and once again said that the reason I wanted to return the dress was that there were stains on it. They said that it was their final decision. That conversation took me nowhere and these guys did nothing to help!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Complete lack of customer service + they didn't even deliver my package
Tried to make a purchase with Urban OG. I was excited to see their low-cost products, and interested in their shoes. Ordered them, and after a week or two checked my tracking. According to the DHL site, my address was incomplete (despite having house number + unit, full street, direction, city, state, and zip code) and had been returned to post office. No response from DHL at all, but UOG refused to give me any kind of discount or compensation. Refused to take any kind of fault or responsibility for the situation. At this point my item is being returned to OG, as the post office doesn't hold mail, and they estimate a full month before it would even start back to me. Super disappointed in the company and the lack of customer service that I received. Cancelling my order. Hopefully they can handle that customer interaction, but I don't have high hopes.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Seller promised to change heels and stopped to communicate with me
I didn’t like how the company www.urbanog.com threated their customers. I have ordered two pairs of the heels, but the seller sent me completely wrong size of the heels. I returned the seller and asked to change, because I liked these heels so much. The seller kept silence within two weeks. Finally, he agreed to change the heels and again disappeared somewhere.
Wrong size and seller doesn't accept returns
I ordered swim suit from the company www.urbanog.com. I ordered size S, but the seller sent me XS. Of course, it didn’t fit me. I contacted the seller, but he told me that they didn’t accept returns from Hawaii. I asked why, but the seller told that he doesn’t have time for me. It was the worst services and deal as well. I won’t advise this company to other people, so please share this information.
semen on clothes
There is semen and hair all over the garment that I purchased from this company-- it was packaged as a new garment and sold as such. Order 1879924-- a black and white contoured maxi dress was shipped to me and packaged as a new garment, I tried it on only to discover that it was covered in semen and pubic hair!
I have requested for an owner to contact me to make sure that the individual who is ejaculating on clothing and then shipping them out like they are new be handled appropriately. The garment brushed over my entire face as I was trying it on. I now am off today-- to go to the doctor for a rash on the right side of my face and eye irritation.
WORST customer service ever! I was overcharged, items were deleted from my order, and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Take your money somewhere else!
I bought 5 pieces of clothing. For the price I paid, I would have been better off at a site like Delia's. My mom also had bad experience ordering for my lil' sis. They never sent items. They admitted to it and wouldn't return money. Only offered credit.
This company wait a full FOUR days to let me know that not only did the shoes have a "manufacturer defect", they were the last pair and were unable to ship it. FOUR DAYS to let me know? Unbelievable. I will never shop with this company again.
This company is probably tiny dark closet running by a very mean lady
I ordered Fringe Boots size 8 from Shoes4U.com one month ago. I absolutely love them and top of that I got the MOST AWESOME customer service. I wanted the same boots in black but unfortunately Shoes4U.com was not my size. I checked out the Amazon and learned that size 8 was sold out. I googled the boots and found my size ONLY @Urbanog.com. By all honesty, my instinct told me not to buy. This company didn't have a PayPal option and website looked suspicious so I tried to find the boots desperately on the other websites but I didn't find size 8 so I finally posted the order to this company. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! Two weeks later I received my shoes and was thrilled when I saw the box but not so fast, Hose! WTF - they packed size number 6 boots into size number 8 shoe box. REALLY... are you kidding me? Did they really think I wouldn't notice a difference between 6 and 8? I filed a claim immediately and the all Hell Broke out. I had to take a pictures of items/invoice and emailed them to show I didn't lie. I have received FIVE emails regarding RMA number because they keep asking: "Dear valuable customer, what we can do for you". Wrong size boots are sitting on my counter and I am still in the process because I haven't get a RMA number. This company is probably tiny dark closet running by a very mean lady. I just talked with this mean lady and received THE MOST HORRIBLE service so I know what I'm talking about. Be aware and good luck with urban.not.com. If she has no your size, you are going to get a random size and no matter what you ordered, it's going to be your fault!
I don't recommend anyone ordering from them unless you are patient and enjoy being dodged by customer service
I've been loitering the website for a few months, loving the selection but not quite ready to order yet. During this time, I had issues with my Cart. I would add items to my cart and as soon as I logged out, the cart would empty. I emailed customer service, and at first they told me that when items are out of stock, they disappear from the cart. I made it very clear in two of my emails that they weren't out of stock, they were new arrivals and i was able to add them again, but they would keep disappearing. What is the likelihood of over 10 items all going out of stock at the same time, repeatedly? Then they told me it must be my computer... although I've tried on three different browsers and 4 different computers, with the same result. They were uninterested in helping me and insisted it was something on my end.
After that, I was a little reluctant to order but they had a cute pair of pants that I really want and some tops. I placed my order 9 days ago and while they diligently charged my card, I haven't received an email that my order had been processed nor shipped. NINE DAYS! When I call, I'm forced to wait in the queue forever, and after 10 minutes, no one still has answered. I've emailed them with no response.
I don't recommend anyone ordering from them unless you are patient and enjoy being dodged by customer service.
Horrible customer service/Communications
Last Thursday morning, I ordered a pair of boots from Urbanog.com and received an email reviewing my order. The email stated that purchases made after noon wouldn't be processed until the next business day. On Friday, I never ever received an email saying my order had been processed. I'm not terribly impatient, but I had a pair of similar boots from another company I had to return within a certain amount of time as long as the boots from Urbanog.com fit me (I didn't want both pairs). I didn't want to not get the new boots until after the return time for the old ones was up, so I decided to call to see when my order would be processed and shipped. I called Friday afternoon and was told it takes 3 business days to process orders. The woman on the other end of the phone was rude and right after she said "3 business days" she hung up, not bothering to see if that was my only question. Finally, I found another pair of similar boots on Amazon that looked to be of better quality than the Urbanog.com ones, so I decided to order them and cancel the Urbanog ones. I opened my email, got my order number and called the number it said to call for order cancellations. I called at 3 pm PST and Urbanog customer service says it is open until 4 pm PST. The line told me to wait a moment, then rang and rang and nobody answered. I tried this 4 times, then gave up. It was 4 pm anyways and they were closed, so I figured I would try again Monday morning, the start of the next business day they were open. I was sure they wouldn't process and ship my order on the weekend, as they said they were closed (and it was supposed to take 3 days anyway). Well, what do you know Friday night at 11:30 I get an email saying my order had been processed and would ship Monday morning. At this point, I know I need to call asap so they don't send my order, but their customer service is closed. I (stupidly) still believed they wouldn't ship until they were open. So Monday morning, right when they open, I call and get a nasty customer service rep. I tell her about needing to cancel my order and she says she can't because it has been shipped, hadn't I received the email with the tracking number? I received no email and why the heck would they have shipped it when they weren't open? So now I have to send them back when I get them and pay for return postage. I am extremely upset that A) They never answered my calls during a time they were open, B) They process and ship orders when they say they are closed and you can't contact them, C) Their lack of good order status communications, and D) The rudeness of their customer service reps. I will see what the boots look like when I get them, but from what I hear from others, they will probably be crappy and cheap looking. I will not order from this company ever again.
I am NEVER ordering from there again
Urbanog.com sucks, garbage company. Took a week to process my order (after I had to call LONG DISTANCE a bunch of times for random order problems) and when they FINALLY did ready it for shipping, I got ANOTHER email telling me that there was now a bunch of "manufacture defects" on TWO pairs of shoes, and that I had to call them to approve the junked up shoes before they could ship them. Great. But that wasn't all, there was also a problem with the third pair which was that it was the last remaining one in that size and therefore they can't ship it (WTF? Why is it listed on your site in that case?) and would I like a refund or another item. Like, seriously?
Keep in mind they sent this email at 5pm on Friday so I'm pretty sure I will have to wait until Monday for the next "update" on my order. So that'll make 10-ish days just for it to leave their building. Seriouslyyyyyy?
Judge for yourself but all I'm saying is, I am NEVER ordering from there again.
Customer service reps were not only rude to customers, but rude in general within the company
One of my best friends had the displeasure of working for (and with) these bozos for a couple months. Customer service reps were not only rude to customers, but rude in general within the company. There have been numerous occasions where the reps would "seemingly" talk about customers behind their backs but still managed to get heard by customers themselves over the phone. Real smart. She quit right away needless to say. Oh, and apparently a lot of merchandise tend to be defective. Be wary of this company and shop at your own risk.
