I cancelled an order literally one day after placing the order. The order had not yet been shipped or even processing started on the order. I kept receiving emails telling me they were experiencing problems with their system and items would be shipped shortly. I responded to the email each time explaining that I wanted the order cancelled & had requested that within 24 hours of placing the order. A couple of weeks later, I received a shipping notice. I was told that I could return the order and I inquired about the return of their $10.99 return shipping fee. I was assured this would be reimbursed to me when the items were received back. Items were received on 2/22/24 back at their location. I received a credit back of $43.05 and the original bill was $69.92. Again, I contacted them and as of now, I'm still without my other $26.87. I was told I would get my $10.99 back within 3 business days (as of 2/27) but I would not get back the other $16 because that was the shipping charge?!?! I asked why I was being charged for shipping on an order I had cancelled 2 weeks before they shipped it and I should not be penalized for their mistake.
Still no $10.99 or my other $16. No response from them whatsoever.
Claimed loss: $26.87 for the fees I was shorted on my refund.
Desired outcome: Receive my refund along with an apology for their mistake.
