Kindly assist with below.

I am owing woolworths store Account , Have been not well for months mentally and physically . I am trying get my life back on track .

I have been requesting settlement letter from woolworths and I was told my account has been handed over to MBD , I contacted MBD several times even this morning I was speaking to them ,they always send me back to Woolworths.

same thing with woolworths agents they always tell me to contact MBD. they both escalate but no feedback.

All my debts are now being consolidated by staff assist at work . everything has been paid except for woolworth Store account.

I have been begging both woolworths and MBD. Both companies are not willing to help me.

Woolworths still sending me statements but not able to give settlement quote as account was handed over , on other hand MBD told me only arrears were handed over not whole account .

I need settlement for the account, please help me get woolworths and MBD to give me settlement letter.

I see this driving me back to Mental hospital. and I am tired.
