Upgrade cashier attitude ray ban sales lady
It will be for better &pleasant experience to patronize Mustafa in the future when the cashier lady&Sales Lady (especially Rayban counter) are well-equipped with knowledge of simple Courtesy, Smiling Faces&good customer service.
We are the consumer and they are being paid to serve not showing bad attitudes that portray bad image of Mustafa Pte Ltd.. Do educate the staffs being it Foreigners/Pr or Singaporean to be well-mannered as how they want to be treated (empathy&intergrity). I do believe some of them are illiterate which were shown in their nonsense attitudes.
Lets play a part together we united.
Actualy to be honest, not all staff in mustafa are rude, majority of them are nice. I have to accept that some staff from mustafa are realy not helpful and rude. But somehow some of the customer can also be rude. I have seen a customer shouting at an innocent staff while the staff there is trying he/her best to help the customer. Lets we all play a part. To learnt to be more kind towards one another and care for one another, Instead of keep on blaming the staff in mustafa,, lets all of us be fair with one another, dont think all staff in mustafa is bad, only those that isnt .. im realy sorry about that, but one thing that they all should know... their are human being we are also human being, and we too have emotions. So lets play a part.

Staff rude behaviour at kids billing section.
The billing staff (tall Guy) at the kids section named M Ariffin as per the bill,
Just now at 25th Jan 2024 23:58, has behaved unprofessional stating that I have jumped the queue while billing.
I was standing all the way in line but the way he behaved has made me deeply hurt.
I don’t want to argue with him , so I have just moved as a gentleman.
But the behaviour of the guy was very inappropriate and rude.
If you have video recording , you can validate as well I was standing in line and did not jump the queue.
Added the photo and of the bill for genuine reference.
I am writing this so that this will not happen to other people.

I went to mustafa today and decided to use the toilet at basement 1. On my way out, I hit my head hard on the ceiling and I am having a huge headache now. Morevoer recently I got into a car accident and hit my head so I am still recovering from that.

Staff at the shoe section
11.35 pm on 22/09/2023. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Upon asking to find me a shoe size, she just sat down and watched her phone expecting me find it myself. However after i tried to search the shoes were in a mess therefore she got mad about and started saying things like “ don’t know how shop but come to shop” this is an extremely disrespectful and disappointing experience despite being a regular customer. Please do something about the unprofessional staffs to prevent further unpleasant situations for your customers. We can at least expect this much from your service as being a customer.

Incomplete set of double rod garment hanger

This is with reference to above subject matter.
I wish to inform you that we have purchased Leopard brand's "double rod garment hanger" from Mustafa Centre on 29th January 2023.
As we were trying to assemble the garment hanger, we have noticed that the box consists only 4 pcs of pipes whereas to assemble the hanger it should actually have 8 pcs of pipes
You can refer to Bill reference Merchant id [protected] & terminal id [protected] and you will notice that item no 1 under reference Mix Giken Dryer is nothing else but "double rod garment hanger" purchased for the sum of sgd 56.90.

I have purchased iPad pro 11 inch from Mustafa on September 11 2022. My ipad was not getting on after 1 month , so when I went to apple centre they said that my product was showing out of warranty as purchase date is showing 2020. I have asked before buying itself whether it's second handed product but you assured me that it's new. You have cheated us. I need a new ipad at any cost from your side as my ipad is within warranty period.

I was told that Mustafa is AUTHORISED seller of Apple hp. On 2 June 2022 I purchased Iphone 11 pro from Mustafa. I was told to send my iphone to apple store if ever there is an issue.

To person in charge ( Mustafa ),
I , visited your shop on Thursday ( 10 Nov ‘22 ) @ 13.34 pm to buy 14 items at a total cost of $42.35 , receipt number (CA-65496) . Items include fruits , house hold items and chopper knife. After payment the cashier just put the items and knife in the plastic bag and give it to me.
On the way home the knife pierced a hole in the plastic bag and the knife fall out of the plastic bag and cut my leg badly . I have to seek help by going to a near by clinic . The doctor gave me 8 stitches to close the gapping wound to stop the bleeding .
My medical bill came up to be a total bill of $294 , the pain I have to go through plus the lost of income as I have to me on MC for 3 days.
I like to give feedback to Mustafa to prevent the same incident happening to the next customer and cause serious injury.
Mustafa should review the packing process when packing dangerous goods that you are selling Eg knife . My expectations is the cashier should at the least wrap the knife with news Paper or cardboard . And not just focus on collecting money and quickly put the sold goods to the plastic bag and give it to the customer. ( no consideration if the carrier is safe for the customer ).
They pack the knife in the plastic bag and cable tie the bag hence I assume it is safe.
Would like to know what is Mustafa management view point in the above incident. If customer safety in the after sales packing part of the consideration when selling goods such as knife and other sharp dangerous goods .
If you can give me your email , I will provide photo of the plastic bag ,purchase receipt and the knife purchased . And also photo of how bad the injury , leaving me permanent scar for the rest of my life .

Hi sir/mdm ,i would like to feedback about a indian staff (lady)work at counter L2-39 on 6 nov 22 ,(12:40 pm).When im at the counter to pay for my items,she scan keep throw the biscuit in the table and when put the items inside the bag also she keep throwing until i found out a home some of biscuit was broken.i ask her to put slowly then she put slow.i think she no have knowledge to arrange the items properly,she also behave like stupid to pack the himalayan face wash in one plastic separate it with other items where all is non raw and make stupid arrangement in smaller items in one plastic bag ,how difficult to hold all the items in hand.Are she getting illness? Poor Service
I visited your store 22/09/2022 around 11pm. I was at your fish counter about 30 mins. The lights at countwr still bright. When I ask cashier they said fish counter close at 2am.
I approached a china guy at meat counter and asked him if anyone at the fish counter. Rudely he said fish closed. Then he back to busy himslef with his mobile.
You wanna do business please select a responsible staff.China workers often helpful and ilthey hardly understand what we are enquiring about. Btw this is not the 1st time.

I was helping to take out my items from the basket and onto the counter. What a big mistake. I shouldnt have helped. The cashier raised her voice at me and said: Why you put your things in front of my scanner? How im going to scan?
