Se enorgullecen de su sistema de calificaci?n din?mico donde tiene m?s peso los niveles de ingreso que la calidad del trabajo ejecutado; les parece justo que un freelancer 5 estrellas baje de nivel Silver a Bronce s?lo por no haber conseguido nuevos trabajos en la plataforma o estar ausente unas semanas, penalizan el no tener ?xito en vez de considerar las calificaciones del poco trabajo que se haya consegu?do, en el mundo real un profesional sigue siendo profesional a?n cuando no consiga trabajo, seg?n Workana lo justo es que si no les generas ingresos debes estar en el nivel m?s bajo a?n cuando t? trabajo sea excelente

Workana Terrible Experience with Workana: Account Closed and Money Stolen

So, I was using Workana for a while and everything was going pretty good. But then, out of nowhere, they closed my account! I don't even know why! It's so frustrating when things like this happen, you know? And to make matters worse, I think someone stole my money from the website! Ugh, I'm so angry right now. I really hate Workana.

Workana Terrible Experience with Workana: Account Banned for No Reason and Poor Support

I gotta say, Workana ain't the best. They banned my account for no reason and when I tried to reach out to their support team, it was a total nightmare. I mean, come on, how hard is it to give a little justification for why they banned me? It's just not fair. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone.

Workana Workana Review: High Fees, Poor Refund Policy, and Bad Chat System

Workana is a platform that connects freelancers with clients who need their services. However, there are some things that you should be aware of before using this platform. First of all, they charge a lot of fees. If you are a client, you will have to pay a fee to post a job, and if you hire a freelancer, you will have to pay a fee to Workana. These fees can add up quickly, especially if you are working on a tight budget.

Another issue with Workana is that if you pick the wrong freelancer and want a refund, they will not refund 100%. This means that you as a customer have to take all the risks and also pay a lot of fees. For example, I lost 26 USD in the exercise because I got a freelancer that simply ghosted me after some days and I had to ask for a refund. They refunded but kept the fee. This is not fair to the customer, and it shows that Workana is more interested in making money than in providing a good service.

In addition to these issues, their chat system is bad and hard to use. It is difficult to communicate with freelancers and get updates on the progress of your project. This can be frustrating, especially if you are working on a tight deadline.

Overall, I would not recommend using Workana. While it may seem like a good option at first, the fees and lack of customer support make it a risky choice. If you are looking for a platform to connect with freelancers, there are better options out there.

Workana Negative Experience with Workana: Freelancer Disappears and Platform Fails to Provide Adequate Support

I recently had an experience with Workana, an online platform for hiring freelancers. I was looking for someone to help me with a project and decided to hire a freelancer named "Eric Lee" on December 1st, 2022. Eric requested a deposit, claiming that he had been burned by previous customers who failed to pay after the job was done. I decided to pay 100% of the project fee to Workana and released 40% to Eric.

However, after a period of time, Eric disappeared and was not able to complete the project. In fact, he hadn't even started working on it! I was understandably frustrated and requested a refund from Workana. Unfortunately, they were only willing to refund the balance of 60% of the project fee.

Since I had made the payment via PayPal, I opened a dispute case to request a full refund. However, Workana turned down my request and the case was automatically closed on January 14th, 2022. To my surprise, I realized that the refund amount had been taken away by Workana!

I immediately sent an email to Workana to request the refund amount back, but instead of helping me, they banned my account! I was shocked and disappointed by their response.

Overall, my experience with Workana was not a positive one. While I understand that there are risks involved in hiring freelancers online, I expected better support from the platform. I hope that they will improve their customer service in the future to prevent situations like this from happening to others.

Hey there, I'm here to share my thoughts on Workana. I have some concerns about the way this platform operates. I've noticed that there are a lot of projects posted that seem fake or "dummy" projects. In fact, some of them are copied directly from other freelancer sites with just a few minor changes. This is a red flag for me, as it suggests that the site may not be as legitimate as it claims to be.

Another issue I've noticed is that there is very little communication between freelancers and clients. I've seen many projects with no reviews or replies, which makes me wonder if anyone is actually using the platform. This lack of communication can be frustrating for freelancers who are trying to build their portfolio and reputation.

Overall, I would caution anyone who is considering using Workana to be careful. I wouldn't recommend paying for a premium membership until you've had a chance to thoroughly investigate the site and its practices. While I may be wrong about some things, I do believe that there are some serious issues with this platform that need to be addressed.

If the management team at Workana would like to reach out to me for clarification, I would be happy to discuss my concerns with them. However, until I see some significant changes, I will continue to view this platform as a "sinking ship" that may not be worth the investment.

Workana Workana Review: A Complete Waste of Time for Freelance Design Needs

I recently tried out Workana for my freelance design needs, and let me tell you, it was a complete waste of time. I should have just gone with Fiverr from the start.

I hired two designers, Hafsa Sulaiman and L? Huy, to create A4 artwork for an advertisement. Hafsa provided some initial drafts, but they weren't quite what I was looking for. I gave her a sample to follow, but she still couldn't deliver what I needed and eventually withdrew from the project. I requested a refund, which was agreed upon through arbitration, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't received my money back. Workana hasn't even bothered to update me on the status of the refund. Seriously, Workana?

Thinking that maybe I just had bad luck with Hafsa, I decided to hire L? Huy. I had actually rejected him before hiring Hafsa because he didn't seem reliable based on our chat. He didn't answer my questions well and even ignored some of them. But after Hafsa's failure, L? Huy reached out to me again and I thought maybe I was wrong about him. I hired him after he agreed to provide two drafts by January 7th and the final artwork by January 8th. However, he completely missed the deadline for the drafts and only sent one on January 8th. He claimed he wanted to take his time to do it right, but that wasn't what we agreed upon. He either didn't understand English or was just plain stupid. I initiated arbitration again, but it's been over a week and it's still in arbitration. I seriously doubt Workana is even functioning properly.

I lost some money on these two hires, but it's not the end of the world. However, I will never use Workana again. I've been using Fiverr for years without any issues. Save yourself the trouble and go with Fiverr instead.

Workana Be Aware of the suspicious freelancing site

Hello friend am back with another scam to expose.
Yes you are right. Am the one who exposed hifreelancer.com and got is out of this planet complaining to cyber crime department.

Coming to workana i find things very fishy. The manner o DUMMY projects are posted and many copied from other freelancer sites. Same to same copy with different names and locations. No reviews / no replies / no communication at all.

Be aware of these site and never go for a paid version. Am keeping vigil about the activities online and shall keep you all posted with latest information.

If workana management can approach me for clarification will help to understand the scope of work. I may be wrong at some point but am 100% sure this is a sinking ship.

Workana Don't waste your time and money

Don't waste your time with this crap platform. Just go with Fiverr.

Hired 2 freelance designers here to provide A4 artwork for an advertisment. I first hired Hafsa Sulaiman and another subsequent hire was named L? Huy.

Hafsa did provide her first drafts but not to my liking and I decided to provide her one sample for her to follow which she readily agreed. But she somehow subsequently she couldn't do it and withdrew. I then sought a refund which she agreed via arbitration. The conclusion to refund me 100% was made but it's now 2 weeks since and I have yet to see the money. And no communication whatsoever from Workana on the refund status. Seriously Workana?

And since I had issue with the first hire, I decided to hire a second designer hoping I will have better luck. Lighting cannot strike twice right? How wrong was I! L? Huy was rejected by me initially (before I hired Hafsa) because I concluded he was not reliable based on my chat with him. He just didn't answer my questions well, or rather he completely ignores some questions. But after Hafsa's fiasco, and given that L? Huy showed a desire to do my project by sending me another followup message, I thought perhaps I was wrong in my first impression. So I decided to hire him after he agreed to my terms to provide 2 drafts by 7 Jan and final artwork by 8 Jan. Come 7 Jan there was no sign at all from him despite me chasing and reminding him. He finally responded on 8 Jan saying he prefers to take his time to do it right. I could not believe what I read. He them sent 1 draft on the 8 Jan. So that was his idea of delivering me the final artwork on 8 Jan, completely skipping the 2 drafts on 7 Jan, leaving me no chance at all to review and comment coz it's was too late for me.

Obviously in his mind the agreed terms and deadline meant nothing. He was either stupid or couldn't understand english. Either way, he failed.

I initiated the arbitration (again!) and guess what? Its 16 Jan today and it's still in arbitration. I seriously believe Workana is a dead platform.

The amount of money I lost in these 2 hires will not kill me, but most definitely left a damn bitter taste for me. Never never ever with this stupid platform. I have used Fiverr for years and never have any issues there.

Workana My workana account banned. Now I want to unbanned
