Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!
Staying Fat forever is better than these scammers ripping you off.
I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)
Another thing - I use stock photography in my job and noticed that their 'team" at the bottom of this page under About Us http://www.wu-yisource.com/ is the same crowd as this stock photo here... http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-8514241-business-team-in-an-office-with-a-businesswoman-leading.html
Look who has added their head!
Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.
Start walking every day, drop the sugar carbs all for FREE!
I hope they get caught real soon - where are the laws that govern these scams?

I returned the product within the 14 day trial period and was assured, in writing, my credit card would not be charged $59.95. I had enclosed the letter, highlighted their terms of the agreement and hand wrote instructions to not charge my credit card. One week later the charges were processed. I called the company and explained the situation, a credit was generated. Waiting to see if the credit goes through and if additional charges are processed next month. I do not have a good feeling about this company.

I received the free tea for $6.95 and drank all of it and did not lose any weight. I called them and they said it was too late I was supposed to have called with in 14 days. They charged me for two shipments at $59.95 each. They have finally credited off $59.95 but the other charge I can't get them to take off. They won't answer my emails and the wait time is too long.

Same here but I got their number off my bank statement (I used my debit card) I called told them that they were stealing from me and giving out my account number to other companies and I never authorized the charge. They sent me several computer generated emails. That is when I called and threated a lawsuit. I got refunded all of the money plus they said I could keep the tea. This makes me think that a lawsuit should be filed and everyone should be aware of this thieving company. Tell me what you think. Am I right to seek legal advice?

I canceled my order back in July, I have been billed for 19.95 each month since. I want the money put back into my account immediately. That will be 19.95 for July, 19.95 for August, 19.95 for September, and 19.95 for October. I want it put back in my account by the end of the week of 10th. If it is not back into the account by the 10th of October I will be contacting a lawyer. I spoke to someone in July, and she assured me that there would be no more withdrawals. Therefore you have been stealing my money. When you live on Social Security you need every penny you have. You have 1 week to get this taken care of. I also want a letter letting me know that you have received this.

They ripped me off too. You do not have time to know before they bill your credit card and they won't give you credit. They billed my credit card on 7/25/08 and then on 8/08 for $59.95. After constant calling and emailing. I finally got $59.95 back but not the other $59.95. They said I agreed to it on the first order.
The free tea will cost you 6.95 and then $59.95 for one month supply that comes with your free order/////////////////

ordered and received free trial offer of 60 tea bags for only shipping fee of $4.95, must try for 2wks before cancelling. I waited and then they say to return unused teabags within 60 days to cancel future orders. Why would I spend more money to cancel... The tea was free as long as I pd shipping. I do not want any more tea, priced at 59.95 plus shipping. Tea is Oolong tea, nothing so special as to afford it at this price. Ya got me, but no more. Credit card company is cancelling my account so they cannot charge me again! Tried the phone no. to cancel and it refers you to another number at a cost of $5.95, a web of disception, lookout! The # is [protected], must be out of the country, maybe China? no foolin!

Do not ever ever purchase anything from WUYI Pixie Tea company. They do not satisfy customers. THey conned lots of people into buying their product without letting us know that we should read terms.

Wanted to try there FREE TRIAL TEA. Did not know that they had pages of terms that scam you into
paying for monthly services. When I called them to complain of the charges they told me it was my
fault and that I should have read all those pages.

Not that they kept it hidden and confusing. They also didn't offer a FULL refund of the charges.
They could care less of what I thought.

I even told the operator that I couldn't believe she could be working for such a company that
was this deceitful. She told me she did not mind at all.

This is just like that old scam that would do with CD's and Books threw the mail years ago.
They just polished the deceit and now have made it easier and more profitable over the
internet.

I am angry and disappointed that such companies can get away with this tactic.

Let's not let them get away with it. They need to have consequences!

I'm usually very cautious when buying online or what I'm buying .
Until I let my guard down when I saw this advertisement for Wu-yi Source Tea . I was wanting to loose 15 pounds and sense their site seemed honest and made it seem like I was getting a great deal on their product, before I knew it I was suckered into their scam .

When I went to view my bank account I noticed three Unauthorized charges with their name on all . These charges weren't a huge amount, one of them was for $ 9.95 . I wanted to cancel any memberships with them and be credit back .Each of the charges had different phone numbers and all of them agreed to cancel my membership with them and refund me back though I never signed up for their memberships . After this I had a change of heart with the Wu-yi Source Tea Company because of the Unauthorized charges .

I tried calling the Wu-yi Source Tea to find out their company moved and didn't give the forwarding number . After researching sites with this company over the internet I was able to track down a valid phone number . I also canceled with them and asked to be refunded . They told me I'd have to wait until I received my package and then return it and I'd be refunded when they received the returned package .

After a couple of phone calls and a month latter after I returned the package I was finally reimbursed for the $ 59.99 . As for the Unauthorized charges they never canceled my Unauthorized memberships they never reimbursed me for what they took out, one of the Unauthorized memberships continued taking $ 9.95 out of my account .

I had to call all of them back again to re cancel and remind them of my refunds. All of them said they refuse to refund me . I tried getting refunded back these charges through Wu-yi Source Tea but they claimed they aren't responsible, although on the transactions it has the name Wu-yi Source Tea .

I don't know if you'll loose weight with this company but I can tell you you'll loose plenty of money while they laugh their way to the bank and get away with it .

I too am finding charges on my credit card for things I had no way of knowing I was getting involved with, CIC is one "service" I had no idea I was paying 29.95 for a month. I am furious at my self first and then at the scam these companies pull off. I am getting rid of my computer, and will be happier and safer. It is such a shame such a great tool has been so misued by others greed. God knows who you are!

I have been trying to cancel the order I made for the tea for five months. I cannot find a number to call and they will not return email requests. They are however, charging my credit card twice now. Once from a companty called Livelifelean ($19.95) and WuYi Tea ($29.95). I am not sure how to stop this company. I feel sick reading some of the other complaints. If anyone has a number that I can actually speak to someone from the company I would be very appreciative.

Same issue as others: they billed me after 1 week despite promising a 2-week trial, continued to bill without shipping even though I canceled before the end of the trial period, blahblahblah. The address above is both the return address and the address for process service (delivery of subpoenas). I'm pulling them into small claims court here in Georgia (and have notified the Attorney General); it would be great if everyone who was scammed spent the $15 or so to make these stinkers defend small-claims actions in every state. Let's bankrupt the sleazeballs!

I ordered the sample of green tea from MBM&F - Wuyi but realizied that I was not able to drink the tea. I notififed them immediately to cancel any further shipments of this tea. I received another shipment in approximately one month and my debit card was debited for $69.00. How can I stop this fraud?
Please advise the procedure I should follow. Thank you.

I'm in the middle of this nightmare right now. What a load of rubbish these people at Wu-Yi spout to everyone. They take unauthorized payments, when you try to sort it out they speak to you like they are robots, programmed to say the same things over and over, and quote 'small print' at you. If they were an honest company they would get much more respect and repeat custom. Don't bother ordering anything or you will be in the same situation.

QFL charged my account even though I cancel membership within the trial period. They also double charged my account without authorization. They have 3 phone numbers, none of which you talk to a live person. I have no way of getting in touch with them to dispute charges. No way to email either!

I have never contacted you for any of your products. You have for no reason billed my visa twice before which I reported to Visa and they were able to take care of it. Now again you have charged $11.95 on my Visa on Nov 7, 2008. Please stop this fraudulent practice. This is very disturbing and if you don't stop it right away I will have to report you to the proper Govt agency.

I ordered a free trial of their tea with the promise of being charged only for shipping; however, less than a month later, I noticed 2 $70 charges on my account from them. I NEVER authorized this. Who on earch would need that much tea? Half a dozen frustratingly unanswered calls later as well as 3 messages left on their customer service answering machine, I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. I have been credited for the 2 unauthorized charges and will continue to dispute any future charges by these crooks. Apparently, credit card companies can't block merchants, so I have to monitor my account very closely if I can't get them to stop. My cc company will now pull the money out of DRI's account which will certainly motivate them to call! What a terrible company! This company claims their tea is endorsed by Rachel Rae and Oprah. I plan on promptly writing letters to both woman to make them aware that their name is being used to promote a product sole by CROOKS. Anyone smell a class action lawsuit coupled w/defamation of character for Oprah and Rachel Rae? Oh, and I have been told by a reliable source that this company is known for pulling scams like this. Kharma!

I ordered a SAMPLE of Wu-Yi Source Tea, no one mentioned that when I did I was joining anything! Surprise last month when I got my credit card there were 2 charges that I had no idea for what but they were small and for some reason I let them slide, well lo and behold this month those 2 same charges. I cancelled and returned the Wu-Yi Product and recieved my refund and NOW I expect the same from your company. I did not authorize anyone to charge on my credit card and there was NO mention of this so called membership. I expect a refund in the amount of $19.90 and NO farther charges on my credit card. Yor time and consideration is expected and appreciated.

I, too, have been a victim of this company's scam. I've tried several times to resolve it; having ordered only the 'free' sample... free, save for the shipping and handling. The first charge seen on my account was for 69.87 and I promptly called my bank as well as the company. The WuYi csr said that she would cancel whatever I had been signed up for and they would indeed lose my information. Several weeks later, another charge has come up. I called the WuYi company yet again and the CSR I spoke with was incredibly rude.. I couldn't believe that she was working for 'customer service'! She spoke over me, refused to let me finish any sentences, until I finally got so frustrated I asked to speak with a supervisor. Ten minutes later, I got a supervisor on the phone. She informed me that they were not authorized to credit back anything, but I had cancelled and my information would not be accessed again. She suggested that I 'write the company a letter' and that perhaps that might help me. Today, I've found another charge on my account and the day before yesterday I received another package of wuyi tea that I never asked for, seeing as how I cancelled. My checking account has gone into the negative due to these theives; I'm instructed by my bank to return the product and save the receipt from the post office so as to be able to file a claim. I'm a single mother of a young boy, who's tuition for preschool I pay as well as every other need that may arise with him. I've now had to block my debit/check card and wait seven days for another just so I can stop them from charging my card. They do not take "no" for an answer. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB hoping that someone will STOP THEM from stealing their money rather than being a respectful business and hearing NO when they're told! If anyone has any idea how to stop this, please let me know.

What a scam! I hope these phone numbers help you get some of your money back. My subscription was cancelled months ago, but for the last 4 months I received charges against my charge card --- one for $4.95 and one for $9.95. I FINALLY tracked down phone numbers where I spoke to a real person and they both assured me that my subscription to the ebooks were cancelled. (We'll see.)

For the $9.50 charge, call [protected]
For the $4.95 charge, call [protected]

I just received my 4.95 trial today 11/15/08 took a few weeks to get here. I found a 29.95 charge on my mc a week ago. They were already charging me for my first package and I hadn't even received the trial package. Luckily my cc company was able to give me their customer service number. I was fortunate and got my 29.95 back and cancelled my account immediately...
