Xtrade fraudulent

this is one web based foreign exchange website which asks for investing on money and is made a member by paying a subjective amount. and the returns are added on to the online account. there are many people across India and other places who have fallen prey for easy money by investing money into it. now if you check the website where the usual login is done, this website doesn't exist anymore. The people who have invested money in this have no detail or haven't been given any prior notice about the closure of the website or renewing or opening on a new domain.So the people who have invested money do not have any detail whatsoever about their money and the returns they were assured of. They talk about a mauratius head office which i guess doesn't exist.

max forex is only updating their website to increase the returns per month. now the rumor is that the returns will be 35% 45% and 55% per month.

So dont panic and all those who have lost money earlier - must now put in maxforex to maximise returns.

Xtrade site not opening

company guaranteed a fix return on investment,
company said to invest in FX,
but since 13/10/2010 site is not working.
Every invested seems to be cheated.

Maxforex have changed its name and I have opened its new website on 20 oct.2010 evening .It is not working well because it is underprocess and has not linked yet to database and will working in a few days.

Xtrade LOGGED OFF

Dear sirs,

I had registered to trade with XFOREX about a month ago and was coerced
by one of the staff over the telephone to deposit USD 1000.00
I then had transferred USD 1000.00 into my XFOREX account

After I had transferred the money, a technical errors occurred whereby there were a sudden unauthorized transaction happening in my trading account

After the money was transferred I had received several phone calls from XFOREX staff to stard trading
But I told them that I have to start practising on the DEMO account first
before I could do trading because I had no experience trading FOREX before but she insisted that I do trading and that she would not help me with the Demo account to practise.

I then told her that I will surely lose all the money and got burnt because of lack of experience

I then decided to withdraw all funds from my trading account
. The money was withdrawn on the 24/08/2010

Today 30/08/2010 the money is still not being transferred into my bank account
and when I tried to contact XFOREX I was being loggedf off from the website and no has no means of contacting them.

Any help would be most appreciated

he company adminstration has wrongly withdrawn 300$ from my i.d sumeetdhall .my repeated mails to company are falling on deaf ears ...nobody responded or mailed back .any help...? similarly 250$ went missing from my other i.d pravesh2dhall. repeated mails for last 20 days are having no impact on ADMIN. IN MAXFOREXONLINE.BIZ. PLEASE HELP ME IN GET TING MY MONEY BACK

Xtrade not returning my money

I opened an account with xforex because they offered a bonus and training, I transferred 9500 dollars but their training was poor and I decided to withdraw my money, so did and the so called manager of my account called straight away and I explained I was not happy and wanted my money back, he said ok, you will have it in 3 days but it has been over a week and nothing, it took me 1 minute to transfer the money to them so it should not thake them that long, I sent another email to them and again they said it will be this friday 14/5/2010 but nothing, I sent them another email but they are not responding now.
I hope they have not stolen my money, any ideas? anyone.

oki here is my technique. 1- log in and see your withdrawal request status.
2- if its processing, click on support and chat politely with them.
3- tell them to cancel the process if possible and convince them that you want to trade now.
4- Trade small amounts like $10. try to to look motivated to earn money but do not listen and invest the maximum as they will tell you cause they may try to make you lose all your money.
5- send them your verification as they seek but do not keep money in the card you used.
6- Ask them by chat, if your docs have been verified and start by withdrawing $100
its a long process and unfair by them bt you can get some or more money than u deposited.

I opened an account with xforex because they offered a bonus (50%) and free training, I transferred 2000 dollars but I later decided to withdraw later bacause their service was not freindly at all. The so called senior account manager (Eric Smith - Shanghai, China) of my account called straight away and I explained that I should continue by starting the training and be ready to trade. I was not happy and wanted my money back, he ask me to sign and submit the withdrawal request form with other related documents (sent by postal mail and also by emailing) and he said all the money will be refund after a week BUT I waited and nothing happen after 3months. I did sent email to them (billing department, online customer service, Eric Smith BUT I received no reply, I sent many email to them they are not responding now.
I hope they have not stolen my money. What should I do next? PLEASE HELP!

Xtrade Desperate

Xforex! Let me cut a short story even shorter! I came across xforex online, checked out website for next 30 minutes or so, logged off, scratched my backside, and next thing I have a xforex rep on the phone. He didn't draw breath. A complete turn off (they would have been smarter not to call), humerous in fact! Desperation stinks. They reek! Needless to say, i'll be stearing clear. I suggest you all do the same.

I am from an Asian county wherein dollar is of bigger value compared to our own currency. I registered to trade with XForex last July. I deposited $50 and started trading the next day while an XForex staff is on the phone instructing me on how to do it. Then he told me that my account is already negative and I need to deposit another $50 or $100. In my mind I was saying, how on earth did it happened?.. but I said instead, I'll think about it, then the next day I received a phone call from one of their staff asking me if I already deposited the money. I said not yet, and I want to withdraw my $50. He convinced me not to withdraw but to deposit more money instead. But my decision was firm so he told me to send an email to them so that I could withdraw. I sent an email but there was no reply, I sent another email, still no reply. I'm not interested on having my money back. I wrote this comment to warn people not to make the same mistake I did. Thank God it's not really that much.

Xforex.com has given me a very bad reputation on servicing their clients whom wanted to withdraw. The Senior Sales Assistant Manager (Mr. Eric Smith) are very damn busy upon follow-up of withdrawal. This is the very worst service I ever encounter in my life. I submitted my withdrawal in March 22, 2013 (Withdrawal Request Forms filled, signed and attached with others require ducuments), until now (April 29, 2013) there are no news from him nor the billing department to refund my money.

I don’t agree with you. I found this approach very really refreshing. In today’s corporate world where you are nothing than a number and can wait for hours and hours on phone queues, talk to machines – desperate for someone to talk to you. These guys go above and beyond: I was interested in forex and knew nothing about it and not long after looking at the website, I had someone call me. The guy explained to everything I wanted to know. He spent an hour on the phone with me answering every single question I had! I opened a mini account with them. Invested $100 USD and so far have made $50 US profit- am extremely happy. Best service I ever got!

Xtrade withdraw

I am new in xforex trding, and I started for a small amount just to try first how it is. But I always had a problem with my site, it's now morethan 2 months unable to use my site, so I decided to contact them to close my account and withdraw my money.
I send them an email a few times, but they never reply. I chated them, first they ignored me, I tried again and it was alright, she told me that they are going to send me a request form to fill up and sign for withdrawing and closing account. I waited but it is morethan two weeks now, haven't recieve or heared from them.

Got a copy of transaction from my bank account here, when they had took my money.

I have been trading with Xforex for a few months now, but I am not sure it is the same company because they are from BVI and I don’t think they have a branch in Israel. Anyways, I also had delays when I tried to withdrawal the first time and I was very frustrated. But after sending them the documents the wanted it’s been fine and I withdraw many times.

I'm trading with xforex for a few months now, and I have to say that your complaint sounds very strange to me. Although xforex isn't a very large broker, they are indeed a reliable company; I never experienced problems withdrawing my money. I recommend you contacting them by telephone (that's what I usually do).

By the way, xforex is Greek company.
