Just of recent I began to receives undelivered messages quoted "MAILER DAEMON "without sending any mail. Then on 22nd September 2017 I decided to log out my account from yahoo mail mobile apps which comprises of three other mail boxes but since then I have been unable to access my account again. Every effort made in recovering account fails, setting of my mail through my other mail box couldn't help. I decided to open new account but was told my account already exist and every time I logged in I was always told my account is not recognised or exist. Please kindly help me with useful information to assist me in logging to my account.

I am frustrated and angry. There is no way to talk to a live person. I cannot get into my email. I had to log out when I went to log in again my account key did not work. I have tried all methods on the yahoo help site, but nothing works. I don't even see account key on my phone. I have used it before with no problem. I would change to another provider, but all my contacts and emails would be lost.

When i try to open attachment i send from an email earlier, its showing me following error.

I used to get my news from your site. I no longer care to. Every article has a clear agenda. You hate Trump and liberal ideologies are better. It gets so old when every article is anti-Trump. And not just anti-Trump, they depict how our country is falling apart and failing under him. This isn't the case and you know it. Even if you personally do not care for him, that is fine. But please stop making every article gloom and doom and that our country is the next to fall. You are no better than Huffington Post, which I too unfollowed.

I was doing an assignment on quest and due to the lack of reliability your users put the wrong answer to a question, therefore causing m e to get a freaking 98 on a chemistry assignment because they didnt know the correct answer and chose reply the wrong thing so because of ur stupid users on got a damn 98 instead of a 100 do you understand I have a test and a 98 is digit not a 3 digit like a 100 but a 2 digit so next review over what ur users say before a freaking 98 and not a 100 therefore you have now lost a customer due to unreliablke souces, now when I become successful I will not promote yahoo due do to this incident, dont have a good day, [censor]

I have just read the Yahoo article, " Six hurt in 'acid attack' at Stratford Centre in London", followed by the appalling comments to this item.Please close down the " comments" reactions to news articles, as Aljazeerha has done, in order to send a clear message that Islamophobic, racist comments are not to be tolerated in a liberal society. The comments section has been hi-jacked as a vehicle for negative, stereotypical, representations which contribute to legitimising xenophobic behaviour, normalising abusive behaviour and fuelling hatred.

I keep getting emails so say from Yahoo telling me to upgrade however they do not come from a yahoo address. I have tried calling you however the phone number is a SURVEY! Yahoo customer service should be easy to find! The email comes from:

The one received today says my account will be closed so this is now very serious and I am fed up with NOT being able to get hold of anyone at YAHOO>

This must be resolved today as I have a number of things to do so please respond immediately.

This issue is like 5-6 days happening for me.And To be honest i dont know what to do. Already search some ways on how to fix it but still not working.All information is correct the only problem is i cant receive any of there mails.Pokemon Planet is the sender its an online game. I forgot my password on that game and that game has an authentication reminder that i can still get my account but need to put my email for them to send the mail to retrieve my account but until now still no mails. I already check spams but still no. I dont know whats happening cause im not a fan of doing such like this. If you know what do with this let me know. HI my name is Julia and I am having difficulty changing and resetting the password for my Yahoo account to add it to a new device. Not being able to change it, I dialled customer service to speak to a representative to receive assistance but instead when I called, I was put on hold for a lengthy amount of time. To make matters worse, once I addressed my issue very polity, I was cut off mid sentence and hung up on by the representative on the other side. I have been a customer for over 15 years and am very displeased and disappointed with the service I have received today. Out of all the good experiences, it is very unfortunate that a rude and impatient employee has caused the entire company to lose a customer.

I've not been able to enter into the account because my recovery mail is not working anymore and yahoo still sends the key needed to the mail. The recovery email is([protected]@ymail.com). It would be highly appreciated if the key can be sent to my current email ([protected]@yahoo.com).

My above mentioned yahoo.co.in email account was Hacked last week, I have Registered an FIR with Mumbai Police (both Local Police Station as well as Cyber cell.
All my Emails in both — "Inbox" as well as "Sent" have been Deleted and I have No Access to the same.

Yahoo is not sending my mails on the iphone. I have 2 iphones, one with an American number and one with an Israeli number. None of them send mail from Yahoo. Everything stays as a draft and is never sent. This started happening yesterday. I also have a Google account which is functioning perfectly. I have excellent internet and/or wifi.

It is possible to send mail through Yahoo on the pc, but not easy. I need to cut and paste every new message onto a new email, so there is no continuous mail chain.

So the problem is with Yahoo. Not with my iphones or my internet.
Twice I shut off both iphones hoping turning them on again would restart a healthy working service, but there is no change.

Yahoo has been a bad emailing tool all along, but not to the point of being totally useless, as right now.

What to do?

I have been getting in upwards of 5 w-mails per day that are OBVIOUS spam and highly offensive. They all have "?" or other special characters in the subject line. They also have offensive words in the subject line with a letter or two replaces. It appears that the majority of them are offering sex and nude pictures from various people.

My question - what has happened to your filrering system that used to keep this trash out of my mailbox?

I will continue to mark them as trash/spam in hopes that your system will finally start catching this trash.

The link below is for a news article that showed up on the Yahoo page which I have had as my home page on my web browser for many years. The article title is--- US policy is "not to defend Canada" from an attack ny North Korea. The article then has the following sentence that I have copied and pasted

However, General St-Amand suggested the official policy might not necessarily be the one carried out in the event of an attack.

Please explain how the title of this article, compared to the articles content is allowed on your site. I do not receive a newspaper, or have cable TV to watch the news. Please maintain your integrity and review articles before

you have blocked me from getting into my acct and keeping prompting me to enter a code that seems to be getting sent to a phone number that I no longer have. This is so ridiculous! You are costing me a job now! My job uses that email. How can you get away with this? This is UWANTED and UNECESSARY security. How do you get away with blocking someone from their own emails and making life so difficult for them? This is a great way to lose business!
Please help me with this issue. I NEED TO GET INTO MY EMAILS..I am me and can prove it..this is just so ridiculous. Please let me worry about my own security, I store no personal info on there..and that is not something i need you to concern yourself with! please help! I am willing to pay..i just need to get in.

I am having to have an account key sent to my each time I log into my email, even on my very own smart phone that is logged in all the time. This is very inconvenient for me. Is there anyway that this can be fixed? I understand the security purpose behind it, but as I stated it is an inconvenience to have to do that every single time. Please let me know if anything can be done regarding this issue.
