This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

If I understand your complaint correctly, you cannot receive certain mail on your Yahoo account. I have reviewed your account and I was able to see the reason why you have not been able to receive any mail with your ID. Your account has been flagged by our server as being used to spam and say lewd gestures to people. We have received numerous complaints from people you have emailed saying that you threatened them and that you are causing them to receive third party spam.

We have determined that you are in violation of Yahoo Mailing Agreement, and have put a hold on your account. We will be recycling your account ID soon and you will no longer be able to use that ID. I recommend creating another account with us, and please follow the general agreement for using our FREE service. We provide you with this FREE service, so please don't abuse it.

I also will never use yahoo as my news source if this homepage format is not changed back. I absolutely hate it. Take a tip from AOL's homepage!

Horrible and you removed the Games link from the dashboard. How silly is that?
Regroup and return to the previous format or lose me too.

They keep trying to change their home page and it's not appealing. If you try to contact customer service or get advice on how to switch back there's a maze of sites that are frustrating. Why can't they have an option as to what home page look and function you prefer?

I agree with all the prior posts. I don't know what the AOL web page is like but ANYTHING has to be better than this. You go to read an article and have to click "read more". Then after you have finished you can't return to the homepage. Also, why did you drop the selection of local, all, etc.? All you have done is give us an endless list of articles. Gee, could it be you are forcing us into viewing advertisements? Who designed this POS? Some little monkey sitting in a basement cage? No wonder your stock keeps declining in value. You just can't get it right! I don't know what I will use but you can bank on the fact that after 15 or so years Yahoo won't be it.

I think Hoosier Native might be on to something: What if Yahoo's CEO Queen has made these brazen purposely horrific homepage format changes---to plummet Yahoo company stocks---so she and a select few can hurriedly reap up as much low stock as they can---BEFORE they get fired by the company!

So, after they're FIRED, their low bought Yahoo stocks go up---and so does their profit$! You got to admit: It IS quite the clever plan. Either they get FIRED...or Yahoo's Board of Directors discover the plan, see who's holding those stocks---and: 1) Are forced to keep these INCOMPETENT LACKEYS in their high-level positions...because...B) those INCOMPETENT LACKEYS now own 51% of the stocks necessary to hold the POWER TO FIRE those they dislike on the Yahoo Board of Directors. Hmmmm...maybe those INCOMPETENT LACKEYS aren't so dumb, after all...

And you thought J.R. on Dallas was clever, caustic and CUT-THROAT DIRTY!

Yahoo Queen CEO Marissa Mayer is NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING YOU BOO-HOO BELLYACHE ABOUT HERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE; she's done made that ACRIMONIOUSLY CLEAR in a recent podcast interview. The new changes stay---and there's nothing we microbe small people can do to stop her.

So...we're wasting our time here. Why not we simply FIRE Yahoo---take them COMPLETELY OFF our browsers---and merely switch to Google; we can choose the news services of CNN, FoxNews, MSNBC---our choice, of course. In fact, I've transferred ALL my address book contacts to my NEW Gmail account; Good-bye Yahoo!

You ought to do the same---WE ALL OUGHT TO DO THE SAME...NOW!

Let Queen Mayer explain to the Yahoo Board of Directors why their e-server loads suddenly lessened, why Google has THEIR business...AND their advertiser clients, too.

I agree 150%. HATE YOUR NEW HOME PAGE! HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT! All of my favorite features are gone, my financial settings/watches are gone, and I can't find anything I'm looking for anymore.
Again, I HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT!
