shipping on my orders I ordered from aliexpress.
I have 3 orderes now that I am tracking. all 3 of these are telling me to contact the support team I have no idea how to do this or what support team I have been looking for weeks and no way to contact anyone. I should have received these orders long ago as I paid the exta shipping to get them in 16-26 days. I must say I am very disappointed. wish items ordered at different times
I had 3 packages suppose to be here the 8th of June no show. I have several more due the 25th some by one seller 2 others by other sellers. Today is the 24th so I doubt they will be here by Monday. Wish always makes you wait one more day before refund. This shipping company and Wish are horrible! I wait over a month for items that don't get here are all missing items are shipped through Yanwen. Tracking says in the USA but that was the 28th of may and plan to deliver. Other items supposely sitting maybe in customs. But other items get here in 2/3 wks. I have had so many refunds from wihs due to crappy items broken items or no show of products. And they always make it my fault. I am paying interest on all these items especially when it goes past the 1 month mark. Totally unexceptable.

I ordered an outfit off ivrose and it has said to be delivered on the 11th June but I have not received this item. My tracking number is UE663932628YP. I await the arrival of an order from China sent by Yanwen Logistics. After looking up the tracking number: UA995229762YP, I realize that, supposedly, arrived in Portugal on 06-05-2018. However, so far, has not yet been delivered.
The postal service of Portugal (ctt.pt) declares that they did not receive it. To contact Yanwen, however, they do not provide an email address.
There are hundreds of complaints in Portugal for the same reason. Orders have arrived in Portugal but are not delivered.

Therefore I had to opt for refund. I know you guys are the best most honest and diligent... And I will definitely get my money back but it's not just about money!
There are things we need to talk about and sir, it's just a suggestion from a loyal customer and dry honest person.
I am from india, unfortunately all aren't honest like me in india.
Most of the people are thieves and steal products that come by air mail.
I will be soon be moving out of india myself as this is a liar and thief country.
But in the meantime, can I request you to give more importance to packaging when it comes to air mail... Please remember you are sending a product by post... And if they feel and easily tear off the packing, jwellery will never be received by anyone in india.
Moreover, I want you people to sue indians at the post office who stole it.
You have the tracking number... Please ask them where is the product.. If you take serious action they may not do it again. I know I will get back my money but what about your product... It must be sent back to you... If this keeps on happening then your company or wish.com will suffer unnecessarily.
Why should you or an honest buyer suffer... But since I am getting my money back... And your product is stolen by someone at fpo mumbai or postmen... You suffer more!
The people at the post office won't pay any heed to us... Because the least an indian respects is his own people. So if you ask back for your product as I have initiated a refund... They may start taking things seriously the next time.

yanwen mail doesn't get delivered (properly) in portugal
Dozens of people in Portugal - including me - complain that their low value AliExpress orders, sent through Yanwen, just aren't getting delivered. (See also: https://portaldaqueixa.com/empresas-e-servicos/ctt-encomendas-de-baixo-valor-presas ).
The situation always seems to be the same. The Yanwen tracking info says that the items have been arrived in Portugal, but from that moment on most of the time nothing happens anymore with the shipment. It just doesn't get delivered. And if you are really lucky you receive the ordered item after waiting another 2 till 4 months after the item - according to the tracking info - reached Portugal.
As long as I don't have the impression that this issue has been figured out properly with the local Portuguese mail company CTT and/or the Portuguese customs, I just won't use Yanwen anymore for my AliExpress shipments.
In addition. This issue ONLY happens with Yanwen shipments. China Post, HK Post, SunYou, Bpost, PostNL all work out fine in general.
I live the exactly same situation here in Canada. Yanwen everytime. The other carriers work properly...

On the 25th March 2018 the package was in the warehouse of the country of the seller (China) and the same day it has been accepted from the aerial company and left China towards Italy.

Sent the letter directly away the same time used Express Delivery - Yanwen Express Company . A woman sent a confirmation text message to our cell phone number +[protected] that the letter arrived to Sweden on 13Th of Maj 2018 and asked us to pay out double of what the item costs when we bought it . We did payed the money to her personal bank account directly as she said if we don´t than the package will be sent back . She was absolutely sure about that the package is from China and she erased the Chines tracking Number out of system completely as it is no longer needed because a brand new Swedish Original Tracking number will be used to Track the letter at Sweden PostNord Company . The new Swedish tracking number turned out as very invalid doesn't exist anywhere therefore can not be tracked . When we told here these she explained that because the letter in question is probably coming from The Solomon Islands without tracking number because it contains The Beads From The Cannibals and such letters do not have tracking number .
