product ordered - zero tracking available after arriving in usa
I ordered a product online from Wish.com - a famous online merchant. They sell cheap products from Asian sellers to US buyers. I ordered jewelry from Wish - where they process from a merchant (like Amazon). The seller shipped via Yanwen shipping company, coming from China to USA. The product arrived in US and all tracking information stops after this point. It has 1 month+ and product never arrived, and there is no way to track it.
Yanwen has no carrier details after coming to the US. I don't know if it switched carriers, is still with Yanwen, is stuck in customs or nowhere land... if you look up the details online with the merchant, it's in Chinese. Which again does not go beyond arrival to the US. It just says "in transit" with no details for a month. Terrible website for Yanwen - no contact number to call in the USA - no help from the merchant. I will never order from them again. Having it get lost isn't a surprise or an issue - but having zero customer service or way to track anything is a problem. No thanks.

I still have not received my product and it says it has been set to the american company. I ordered my product June 26 from aliexpress. Then it was shipped to a company called yawen economic air mail, I followed up with my product it says it was delivered to the destination of the company but I do not know which one and it has been past 38 days. Please check and see which American shipping company my product is at
I propose YANWEN logistic company be removed from performing such services as handling of parcels.
From November 2021, I am still waiting for my parcels which I ordered through Aliexpress I fell cheated and robbed by YANWEN.
People use another tracker site, YANWEN has no idea where any country is, and I think its workers do not Speak Chinese or English so are unable to read the destination on the parcels so they just ship the stuff to a random country. I recently traced my stuff, which they had listed as "last mile destination" meaning it was in my country, South Africa, just to find out the goods are in Turkey.
I have so far not received my following Order, even after 2 months.

Already got refunded for 2 items - but this just don't make business sense, why do these sellers even put Yanwen as an option, if they are so unreliable? Maybe I should order more items via this courier serves and hope it arrives in 120 days - after I got my refund from seller.
Yanwen Economic Air Mail: From my Internet research, this company has a very poor delivery record - both for non-delivery, and also for unacceptable delays. Ensure you raise a dispute with AliExpress as soon as 60 days has passed since ordering. Ask for an immediate refund, and if the goods eventually turn up just keep them. Hopefully AliExpress will eventually remove them from their carrier list.

On April 26, 2017 via eBay I purchased a computer mouse for approximately US $ 20. On April 27, a trader notifies me that an item was delivered to a courier and gave me a tracking number AA033864287IN for my purchase. According to the information from Beijing YANWEN Logistics.Co., Ltd, for this tracking number, a shipment was received at the airport in Bulgaria on May 3rd. There is no information at which airport and to whom the goods are handed over. The Bulgarian customs and postal services refuse to receive this item. I like and want this mouse. Unfortunately, so far, I have not received my purchase.
I still expect a comment at least from the courier company Beijing YANWEN Logistics.Co.
I also think so - this company is not just entitled, it is obliged to give an answer. I hope you get more clarity about your shipment.

I am quite disappointed with the service and the original claim on their website that said the product was manufactured in Canada and shipped from Canada only to find out that the product is being shipped from China!
