11 days I still can't get my parcel
My order get delivered by the sender on 18th Jan, according to the tracking system, I should be get it on 19th January, but idk why get reschedule for 3 times without my intention.
I called, I Whatsapp, I messenger and even email, ALL USELESS. No one help me solve the problem. Today showed rescheduled again?!
I already urgent need use with my parcel, if no one help me on this issue, i will raise this to KPDN, as my goods is still with GDEX, for more than 10days passed
I hope one of your people can call me to settle this. Super terrible service

Didn’t receive my parcel
Poor service didn’t hand over to speed post,speed post clarified received the information not the item,contact GD on 20/12/2023,they gave me answer is your case has been reported to the tracing unit under reference number 202312/48079 for further checking respective team will follow up on this matter and revert back to me,I keep on calling n waiting also didn’t solve my problem.

I called the HQ number to ask about Triang GDEX office number because [protected] cannot be conatcted. My request is just asking to pickup my document parcel from last week. Parcel received with damage parcel box and delivery man ignore the received reject the parcel due to damage issue
My client received the parcel MY17055001475 from KL to Ipoh first time having this issue. The parcel with The Fragile Sticker but my parcel box still having damage part. When my client see the parcel box are damage and reject to receive parcel, the delivery man ignore them and ran away. Hope the delivery men can deliver the fragile parcel carefully while transforming to other lorry or van, thankyou to the delivery men. Hope this issue can be better in the future. Thankyou
Worst experience, shipment was not delivered on committed scheduled time
The communication seems break down between the customer support and the delivery team, rescheduled shipment was not being deliver on the scheduled date (waited whole day since morning until the end of the working hour for the delivery)
Called to the support hotline and emailed and chat via WhatsApp, all the response given was the respective team will contact but ends up not even a status update from the company.
The support seems to just for the purpose of buying times until end of the day of work and totally unable to expedite the complaints or the problem.
Very bad experience by wasting time waited for the day and not even getting an update back from any of the complaints lodged.
Desired outcome: Please commit to what you had agreed and deliver the shipment according to the date you promised after customer called to rescheduled. At least post a SMS or email to update if unable to make it

My seller used GDEX and collected the parcel on 25.5.2023. However, you said on 26.5.2023. Tracking number MY40498050702.
I have called your customer service in both Singapore and Malaysia tracking for the item and answered still the Malaysia process.
I almost tracking and checking where is the item location. No sign of reply or feedback.
Till today 5.6.2023, I still now received and replied to my item. I called Singapore customer service and help to check for my item. Noticed still in Malaysia's international hub.
Till today, I was told they have doubts about who paying the GST. Why this is not informed to me ASAP? Your customer service even has email to them and I have called them. I just want to know when I deliver my item.

Delivery services
I'm stay at high rise building. And I have 1years old child. Gdex call me and said they have arrived at lobby, when I went down, I waited for them about 15mins while holding my child, then I went up again because nobody were there. Then, they call again and said they waited at fence between my apartment and other apartments. They said they cannot enter my apartment compund because they came with lorry and not pass to go through the guard house. My question is, if gdex already know my apartment cannot came with lorry, why they didn't provide van for delivery services? Or else, just park at outside and walk into my apartment area? When I went down again, the gdex guy expected me to go by myself, step up 1-metre drain while holding my child and received by the fence. I'm okay with that, but with my one hand holding my 1-years-old Child, and other hand try to receive the goods, the gdex guy just drop it onto my hand and luckily I'm not fell into the drain because the goods were quite heavy if we hold it just by one hand. At least inform that goods were quite heavy so that I prepare myself to receive it. Gdex service is very bad. Please use other courier.
The postman let me come in the rain
The postman sent me across the street from my house to pick up a package and it was raining heavily. When I mentioned it was raining, he said he had no reason to get wet and told me to get it. Is this how you treat customers? You let your customers rain, isn't your service home delivery?

the AI chat service is basically useless , does not resolve anything . All it tells you is :
"This Consignment Note has not been passed to us yet. Do check with your Shipper if it's still with them."
"We are currently experiencing high chat volume. You may need to wait a little longer while we connect you to an agent."
if your delivery is on time , why would you experience high chat volume all the time

Did not fulfill the responsibility of the deliveryman & Company did not discipline properly
The deliveryman send a message to me in morning to inform he will deliver the parcel later. But until dusk haven't see my parcel then I track in GDEX website and it show unsuccessful delivery due to customer request for rescheduled delivery. Wth? I never request rescheduled delivery boss, and the explanation is no one in home to received parcel. Harlo, I'm home, your delivery man did not call me and also don't ring the bell. Because that time hav other one at home, not that no one is home.
Desired outcome: Tomorrow Sunday 2023/03/12 business as usual and deliver the parcel to customer!
Unsuccessful delivery & bad customer support and management
Recently, with no reason, Gdex keep reschedule delivery time and the reason tag "customer request to reschedule". I don't know this is gdex or delivery man problem.
Furthermore this is not the first time facing such a bad service from Gdex. i have experienced once where Gdex keep dragging to ship my parcel (more than one month), even compliant to their customer service (Dev Anand), and (A.Fuad Sallehuddin), no one can solve the problem and they keep pushing to different department. this is really a nightmare courier company.
Unsuccessful delivery due to access not allowed
It keep showing unsuccessful delivery due to access not allowed. I’ve order so may things online, this is the first time I encounter. For condo it will be a drop off point for all the parcel, I don’t understand why only gdex got problem on delivery?
It’s the driver never even go to the guard house and tell them is for delivery? Already made note to them few times just go inside drop at the drop off point, still the same things happen. Really cannot understand how they do things.

Delivery services
I miss to pick up the driver's phone in Morning at 11.37 am, then I call 7th times the driver back at 12.26 pm and he picks up on the last call. The driver asks me not to disturb him and that he will not deliver this parcel anymore and told me to pick the item up from the GDEX outlet by myself. Then the driver blocks my number.
Failed to pick-up documents on 2 december 2022
Hi,
Often facing problem by failing to pick-up documents from our office. The documents failed to pick-up reference number is IVAQ28368 which supposed to pick-up last Friday on 2 December 2022 by using [protected] automatic voice operators (using Key-In).
As per communication with Mr Nicholas IVAQ28368 is not the reference number which I feel weird, and he provide me the new one that he re-arranges for pick-up with the number EHP98053 dated 5 December 2022. EHP98053 is re-arrange today morning after I log a complaint due to failed to pick-up on last Friday dated 2 December 2022. Nicholas asks me to provide last Friday pick-up number which is documents failed to pick-up is IVAQ28368 is correct, but Nicholas told me the number does not exist.
The following reference number: -
1. IVAQ28368 (Automatic Voice pick-up reference number dated 2 December 2022)
2. EHP98053 (New pick-up reference number created dated 5 December 2022 after failed to pick-up last Friday documents)
If the number does not exist means something is wrong with your [protected] automatic voice pick-up machine. To avoid this case continue happening, please check your automatic operator voice machine accordingly!

Missing Documents! Bill Of Lading
i have using GDEX for sending 1 important documents - ORIGINAL BILL OF LADING
but at the end, GDEX was lost the documents. Until now cant solve my problem yet

Please be noted, GDEX can't simply said driver has lost it. Since this documents related hundred thousand of business. If this documents can't find back. This case will sue until court & all penalty will consider GDEX liability.
I'll get a police report on this issue. What we want just hope u can find the documents as impossible can missing it.
Parcel not deliver
I have check on system my parcel is out for delivery on 21 Oct 2022. And I stay at home for the day. But end of the day, I no receive my parcel and even a call from the deliver man. Then the system show Unsuccessful delivery due to Receiver Not Present. I was thinking is the address wrong. And I have call to customer service to check it is correct. How come the delivery man not even come to my house and say that no receiver present. Again, have arrange the deliver schedule with GDEX customer service. Then the story repeat again, the system show Receiver Not Present. I am super frustrated, arrange four times in the end the issue repeat again. I am curious, are you sure your delivery man working? or your office staff not working? Are you arrange the date of delivery for fun? I follow your date and stay at home, that is impossible no one receive the parcel. Until now 2 Nov 2022, customer service still reply me soonest will deliver my parcel...

Complaining about my parcel not delivered event item already arrived at GDEX branch.
MY17041286216 ,on 13/10/2022 checked from GDEX system my parcel already arrived at post/ branch area.
On 14/10/2022 waiting for all day at my home and at 15.10pm drop by at post GDEX here and found office GDEX closed.
At 22.00pm i checked GDEX system and they reported issue with reciever and they give the memo card tp my address.
All reported is not true, they never try to make delivery and never try to call to my phone number.
This parcel is urgent for me and I don't understand how GDEX can make simple report just like that without any try attempt to the item to attached address.
Desired outcome: I believed GDEX is world wide company and have good procure during delivery customer parcel.Please monitor your branch for your good name of company.
Incorrect parcel delivery causing great commotion
I'd dropped 2 parcels with recipient details on top of the parcels, told the receptionist to double check the details of recipients and direct them which sticker goes to which parcel. They were not attentive to my direction but seemed to be distracted by their jobs on hand.
Eventually a big commotion turned out as a result of the parcels being sent to a complete opposite directions. I had to call 2 sides of Gdex customer service department (Penang and Ampang) to solve the issues.
The recipients were loathed about the issues Gdex caused. I truly hope that the above issue will be resolved to avoid any repercussion.
Rude Delivery Personnel
The Gdex driver is at my front door and I am hosting a meeting.
I had to end the call and text him to inform that I was in meeting and unable to pick up. I even texted i received the goods.
