rip off merchants
I have had a terrible experience with yatra.com. I booked domestic flights online which I later needed to cancel due to a change in schedule.
When I booked the flights the confirmation email from Yatra.com informed me that the flight was refundable and I would be charged 750rs per person and a 200rs fee to cancel the booking (amounting to a total £23). Fine I thought. Until I tried to cancel the booking.
Yatra.com wanted to charge a total of £40, made up of what they call 'Yatra profit', airline tax and Yatra service fee. Nowhere on their site or on the booking confirmation were these additional charges advertised. I queried these charges and asked them to refund what was owed to me.
They seem to be rather illiterate at Yatra.com HQ as I keep receiving the same email telling me the charge includes a Yatra profit, despite me telling them they can't just whack on charges however they feel unless they were advertised at the time of booking.
I've reached the end of my tether with this company and have now disputed the charges with my credit card company who have informed me they've received 100's of complaints about Yatra.com.
I would highly recommend you stay well away from Yatra.com unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

I was unable to take this flight as the airline said this ticket is fraud
I booked an international return flight (kolkatta-dhaka-kolkatta) on YATRA.COM for my son as they offered a free airdeccan ticket with a purchase of international return ticket. On that ticket I request the Bom - kolkatta sector for the redemtion of the freee ticket. They confirmed the availibility of the ticket on my requested date and so they charged my credit card (I have the credit card statement for the same) and issued the below ticket. On the day I was unable to take this flight as the airline said this ticket is fraud. I have been calling them since last 2 days but they have no satisfactory response to my complain.

I have made almost 30 plus call in last 25 days to the yatra.com with no affect as of now
I have made a booking for my flight from bangalore to Male( Maldives) for myself and my fiance. The tickets were booked on 17th OCt, 2007 and as per the site, i was suppose to get my paper tickets within 3 days.. I was looking for th eU class ticket in the Indian airlines and fortunatly I saw in on the site and did the booking..After I have not received the tickets, I made a call and I got to know that Indian Airlines site was down when I did the booking and so my tickets under that class is not available. Also, told that the site is still down and they will get back to me.. It continued for 4-5 times when I called.. Then on they started saying the available tickets are with a fare difference and they will look into it.. From last 15 days I have been interacting with the above mentioned people and they told that they are getting my tickets issued and will be sent to me as soon as possible..This is continuing from last 15 days and the reason given is some loss form needs to be filled, someone is on vacation, courier department is not available...I have made almost 30 plus call in last 25 days to the Yatra.com with no affect as of now...

They have no controls and cannot retrieve any files and that is the reason they keep asking for name and "how may I help you?". Yatra's file numbershave absolutely no co-relation with the hotels and airlines they pretend to represent. I wish the company gets on track before self destructing. All they haveat the front end is a slick website and a very aggressive ann unethical seales force. There are zero operational controls and total disrespect among their "network members" - ie tour operators, hotels and airlines. I am filing a complaint with the Economic Crimes Branch and the RestrictiveTrade Practices Commission of India. I also urge others to join in and file a class action suit.
30 calls in 25 days? I made 30 calls and 20 sms requests in 48 hours! After they took my money they issued a fake air and hotel voucher - turning our holiday in Goa into a mightmare!
Dear Customer,
Would request you to please give us your booking reference number so that we can resolve this to your satisfaction.

lies whilebooking ticket
I recently booked a ticket from delhi to narita. While booking the customer support told me that they will offer domestic flights for free if I book the tickets with them.
After I made payments, they dont even care to reply to emails.
So be careful while booking tickets with them.
The agent name was - deepika saini.
All lies and nothing else.

I have to suffer for their technical problems
This post I am scripting in out-and-out disappointment & frustration while executing my first endeavor on yatra.com for a Air Ticket between Srinagar – Delhi for 26th May 07. I got a good match for my travel and the price offered was tempting enough to book the IA flight. Everything went even till the Confirm step. I typed in my particulars gave my credit card details but then get the error. This occurs twice and have no confirmation on the booking either time. On both the occasions my credit card has been charged and no tickets issued.
I called up the call center first it was killing wait for 9.35 mins before I finally heard a human voice rather than an IVR. Prime thing is that the quality of the executives is so pathetic that they can speak courteous English and rather than giving an assistance try to threaten & intimidate you that your ticket will not be issues. They are denying the Air ticket now say that the fare is not available. Why I have to suffer for there technical problems.
refund not received from yatra.com
I have booked a bus ticket from chennai to ramnad cost around rs.400/-. I have booked it through online net banking. Before confirming the availablity of ticket, they have deducted the amount from my account and then an error message was displayed like " sorry for the inconvenience the bus you have booked is no longer existing".
See the way the cheating our people. When i enquired the customer care, the executives said they will not give back amount.
Such a fraud company.
Do Not Belive Yatra.Com for online Travel Booking. Its my humble request.

I had booked a 3 return International air tickets through Yatra Ref No. YT4071812 from yatra.com for DELHI India(DEL) to Guanghou China (CAN).On the Time of air tickets booking or on air tickets no mention about ticket is Non refundable.
On 02 April 2010,
I called yatra office to reschedule the air ticket. The yatra officer tell me the reschedule the air ticket not possible. U must be cancel these tickets after a charges of Around rs. 2000 – 2300 per ticket. I had done accordingly.I had Made new tickets through Makemytrip.com & send cancellation request to yatra officer Mr. Parag Khatri.
On 07 April 2010,
We received a mail from Yatra officer Mr. Parag Khatri with these words “We have received an update from the airline regarding your refund that the tickets are non refundable and you are entitled to get the refund of INR 6000 approximately”. Than I mail to officer Mr. Parag Khatri with these words “As we last talk, U had tell us that only around rs. 2000/- per ticket will detect. all money will refund to us. Now U tell us that only Rs.6000/- will refund. we had confirm with u than we go for refund. Please send me Ur direct number for further talk.” Than Mr. Parag Khatri call me & change his words & same mail me these words “as per the update from the airline, the tickets are non refundable and only INR 6000 will be refunded as this was communicated to you over the phone.”
Firstly Yatra officer never tell us that these tickets are non refundable, you will checked their voice recoding system available with Yatra offices & cellphone recoding with me. All though when I had called to mr. Khatri about it, He advice me that Please cancel Ur new tickets book with other agent (as they R refundable) & send a mail to me Reactive the the above ref. as tickets are on hold.I had done same. Now Mr. Pankaj Khatri Start send new Mails with these words

On 10 April, 2010
“We have checked with Airlines but they are not reinstating the tickets.”
“We are still in touch with the Airlines, we are trying our level best to confirm these seats however seats are not available in the airlines system.”
“We have checked with the Airlines there are no seats available.”
On the other side, When I had check Same flight Seat Availability on same days with Ur Yatra.com website, Makemytrip.com & airlines Offices.tickets was available.( Copy of Screen Shot as on April10 2010 & April 11 2010 avilable with me).
Now Yatra officer not reply of my mails & phone calls & more over Phone calls go a long hold & than discontected.

fraud
I recently booked tickets through yatra.com to travel from US to mumbai and lost $800 because of Yatra.com negligence. There are hundred of complaints and reviews I noticed online after I suffered the Loss.
Please be aware of and never ever buy your tickets through YATRA.COM.
AGAIN PLEASE DONOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH YATRA.COM, they are fraudulant.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Modus operandi OF YATRA.COM
Step 1 Take full money from public by offering upto 50 % discount of all hotels. And give them confirmation email, confirmation voucher no. and food coupon no etc.
Step 2 Wait for few days till public books their railways / airlines ticket.
Step 3 After some time yatra.com official will call and say your required hotel is not available so please choose this XYZ… hotel or else take refund.
Step 4 More then 90 % of people will agree to accept the low grade hotel offered to them as else they will suffer loss of railway or airline bookings and thus yatra.com earns heavy commission from their predecided hotels. Very few % will ask for refund as refund leads to railway/airlines/taxi booking loss
(They take money in the name of branded hotels/ resorts but after that shift you to other cheap hotels)
I AM A VICTIM. OF YATRA.COM . DETAILS OF MY BOOKING ARE GIVEN BELOW :-
i had booked 2 rooms (4 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN ) in Atali Resort, Rishikesh (For 21 and 22 june 2013), through Yatra.com - booking reference no : [protected] on Wednesday, 24 April 2013 1:57 PM
Full payment done through debit card on 24th april 2013. We received hotel confirmation and food voucher on email from yatra.com within few minutes of payment. So we booked taxi and announced holiday to the staff in our business and did other necessary arrangements for travel.
On 4th may 2013 (after 10 days of taking money from us) yatra.com official, Alok Rawat, says change the resort as it is not available and the voucher and confirmation email we sent earlier is now cancelled.
NOW WE WERE STRUCK BETWEEN FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS -
Option (I) The hotel which YATRA.COM was giving in place of Atali resort was much below the level of Atali .
(Option II) And if we asked yatra to refund our money then we would suffer loss of advance given to taxi operator and loss of business as our staff had further made their vacation plans and did their railways bookings etc. (because we had already announced holidays to them)
SO INSTEAD OF wasting OUR PRECIOUS MONEY ON YATRA.COM WE DECIDED TO SUFFER THE LOSS OF OPTION II AND ASKED FOR REFUND.
SO PLEASE DON’T GET CARRIED AWAY BY DISCOUNTS OFFERED BY YATRA.COM YOU WILL NOT GET THAT HOTEL FOR WHICH YOU ARE PAYING MONEY .

Thank you for contacting us at Yatra.com.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotion run by Yatra was genuine. Would request you to please share your contact details to investigate further & assist you in this regard.

yes Yatra is a big scam. Please avoid yatra at all costs. I think any other competitor is better. The buy 1 get 1 free is one of the biggest Scams I have seen in the Indian market, and Indian companies are famous for scams anyway.. So yatra wins hands down on "the best tactic of conning people"
refund
I booked one way ticket from Chennai to USA, it costed me around Rs.32000, Yatra did debit my amount from ICICI payment gateway and stupid site did went through and booking was not done. They didn't even tell me that and they said I will get my tickets on my email and days nearby to departure, they finally said booking was not done and it got cancelled. I have to spend another Rs 32000 and booked myself in Qata airways. Till date they didn't refund my money. According to them, they say, they had refunded but it still doesnt show up in my account..it is nearly 1 month.
Customer servives is useless, I have called many many times from US regarding this refund but all ask stupid question from scratch without going through call history which I had made to them.
Fraudulent people and I never trust and book with yatra and I suggest others to no to go for it.

fraud transaction with yatra.com through my hsbc credit card
Fraud transaction with yatra.com through my hsbc credit card
—
respected sir,
I am holding an HSBC Credit card since last one year. On friday 11th of December 2009 I received a message on my mobile registered by HSBC saying that "thankyou for using your card for making a travel booking on the 11/12/2009". It was a shocking message for me as I have never ever used my HSBC Card online for any shopping. I contacted the HSBC Customer Care only to know that a transaction amounting Rs.3189.41 is done through my card online with yatraonlineserviceltd. When I convinced them for the transaction not done by me they asked me to contact Yatra.com.
I contacted them only to find that they could not find any booking searching through my Credit Card no., and asked me to wait till the estatement is generated and to send the copy of the same to them for any further action to be taken by them.
Sir, I have never ever faced such situation in my life. I am getting so confused what to do? Kindly help me to find a way.
Thanking you,
khan abdul.

Thanks for your feedback.

pathetic service
If you have booked for a travel with Yathra Travels . You are risking your life.
I would like to share my travel experience with them. I booked 3 tickets with them to travel to Trivandrum which is my native place from Bangalore on 15/8/2009 .This was the first time I am travelling with them . During my 13 years travel back and forth to kerala, I never had a worst experience as this.I had traveled in almost all other travels which has service to kerala from Bangalore.
The worst one which I would like to remember is the one with Yathra travels.
I was travelling with my 6 year old daughter and my family. There were around 5 drivers/staff in the driver cabin and everyone was trying their driving skills enroute to kerala and risking the life of around 30 + members in the bus. These drivers who are in their early 20's were either trying to test their driving skills or fully drunk. In either case this was the worst kind of drivers I have seen in any travels which I have travelled.
At some point we really doubted if we would be able to finish the journey.
To add to this kind of Excellent driving skills, the bus broke down once as the fan belt in the engine went off. Then 4 times thay have to fix the A/c as it was not working and once a flat tire. All this can be tolerated as these are unavoidable. But the kind of rash driving which was exhibited by their professional drivers are unforgivable.
My point is Never YATHRA TRAVELS again !.

canceled flights and no refunds even after 4 months
Yatra.com is a Fraud/Scam site which takes your money but never refunds money for airline canceled flight, and there customer service runs
on the golden rule of frustrating the customer and forcing them to go away.
We had the misfortune to book our tickets through Yatra.com for domestic flight from Raipur to Bombay for Jan-2009.
Just two days before the flight we were told by Kingfisher airline that our flight has been canceled, forcing us to scramble to get new reservation at premium price. Point to be noted that Yatra.com didnt
even bother to send us an email/phone/text msg about the canceled flight.
The part two of the horror story continued when we called Yatra.com and asked them to refund us the money paid for the flight canceled by Kingfisher.
It has been over 4 months and numerous phone call
to Yatra customer and still no refund in sight.
Every time I call I get the same stock reply that
we have called Kingfisher and we are processing your refund and you should get the refund back in 7-10 days.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
ticket not booked
DO NOT BOOK WITH YATRA.
I had a confirmed booking and my money was deducted immediately. But when I turned up at the airport, the airline informed me that no reservation had been made. I managed to book another ticket at the spot and tried chasing Yatra.com for my refund.
LOUSIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was promised a refund 3 times and I am still chasing it a 3 weeks later. They can't find my reference number, their telephone lines do not work, they promise a call-back and nothing happens, etc, etc, etc.
To add insult to injury, I spent about 25£ in roaming charges. Nobody has apologised or agreed to compensate me for the hassle, expense and stress this sorry affair has cost me.
So, don't book with Yatra.com if you want stress free travel.Wish I had checked them up online before I used their website. There are loads of irate customers.

Fraud
I have been offered 2 African Grey Parrot if I pay their Air fare back to Australia. They request a western Union Payment. They tell me that all ownership papers have been transfered to me, when they don't even have my full name or address. You need a special licence for these birds and they haven't even asked for proof of this. Shouldn't I be able to pay the airline direct.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Emirates airline is defrauding travellers.
If they have 8 hour lay over at Dubai, they will not offer hotel.
There system has been manipulated in such a way that 8 hour layover shows up as 7 hour & 55 minutes.
So just 5 minutes short of the required 8 hours lay over, they can wiggle their requirements.
Disaster occurs when buying Ticket from dishonest travel agent
I wanted to purchased 4 airline tickets to USA, Flights Point.co.uk offered a price of £3182.00 (INC credit card fees) for the 4 Tickets which I accept, I paid in full by credit card.
1- They want me to Emil details copy of my passport, and the credit card front and back, and the CC invoice address.
2- I refused to give those details because its not a travel requirements, as it can be misused led to fraud.
3- They refused to issue the tickets unless they get this information.
4- I went to their office and found they only have skeleton presence in UK and all the business done in DELHY India.
5- I offered to show one of their staff my Credit card as verification, they accept and promised to issue the ticket the same day.
6- They send an email saying that the ticket is processed by the airline and du to weekend it will be sent to me ASAP.
7- After the weekend after several chasing email they send an email saying that the fair is no longer available and offered full refund.
8- I accepted full refund, they did not do refund for several day's
9- Once they got my credit card details, they charged 2% credit card fees
10- They have several companies names and accounts, payments have spread over several accounts.
11- They have used my money for at least 10 day's without offering any thing in return.
12- I have purchased my tickets from anther reputable travel company, payment made by credit card, thickets was issued the same day, without giving any details about my passport or credit card billing address.
MY OBSERVATIONS:
A- This Company sell or use the information they get from customers to international fraudulent organisation
B- This Company employs inexperienced staff in the travel business
C- They take the money from customers and have no intention of delivering the air Tickets use the money and delay as long as possible before refund.

Complaint against TSI-YATRA PVT. LTD.
Dear Sir,
I was appointed as sr. manager sales vide Appointment letter Yatra 17/10/2011 and 2ndappointment letter was given to me after merger with TSI as on 16/05/2012. Now the company's name is Tsi Yatra Pvt. Ltd.
Let me brief you about my Process of working :
My job profile was to sell Tsi-yatra portal to the travel agents and not to customers, kind of a wholesale (business to business B2B). My work included visiting travel agents in the market and promoting TSI- Yatra portal amongst them i.e., asking them to do business (purchase tickets from Tsi-Yatra) with TSI- Yatra
To capture the market( increase the sales) company gives credit facility to the agents for their convenience and on particular date agents have to pay to TSI-Yatra. The payment is done in cheque favg company ‘s name or it could be Net transfer. The portal also states the statutory warning: stating cash should not be given to sales person.
In this case my job was to give the details of the travel agents to the company and submitting their documents with company, then approval of credit facility was done by BM/GM/VP, I was not authorise to sanction even a single rupee.
At times when agents fail to pay on time, their portal is blocked so that they can not issue tickets and in case if agent does not pay for long time, legal action is taken against the defaulter travel agents by the company.
In my case when few agents did not pay on time, my salary was stopped, I was not given salary for the month of Nov, Dec-2012 with other allowances also. On the contrary my Officials ( Mr Tariq Khan and Mr Sanjeev Dhara) were trying to recover payment from me which was due on agents, instead of asking them to pay. Then they started pressurising me to attach my house in the name of company to recover the amount of defaulter agents.
These officers harassed me so much mentally that my BP got increased, then on 5h Jan 2013 I wrote a mail to them informing about my illness asking for 3 – 4 days of leave, but very next day i.e. on 6th Jan 2013 without intimating me they blocked my official mail id and on 7th Jan2013 they sent the mail in the market stating that Mr. Abbas has done fraud and do not deal with him and company is going to take legal/criminal action against him. This was done without intimating me. This mail has defamed me in the market, making difficult for me to get another job.
After that Mr. Tariq Khan and Mr. Sanjeev Dhara lodged false complaint against me in the police station stating I was involved in fraud for Rs 37.00 lacs. This list included accounts opened by other officers also like Mr. Tariq Khan, Mr. Anand, Mr. Pushkar and other old accounts.
In my appointment letter it is clearly stated that company shall pay me 3 months salary in case if co. Terminates me. In this way company has to pay 5 months salary to me.
In this whole episode, I had to bear monetary loss as well as it has defamed me also, which in turn i am unable to get another job in the market. I have 2 children studying in classes 9th and 6th respectively and now since last 3 months i am unable to bear their expenses also . This whole episode has drown me into acute financial crisis.
Now, the officials of tsi Yatra says that they will defame me by giving the news in the news paper and also by putting the posters in my society. Here I would like to say that I am a very small man with family to run, the only thing I have got is my self respect, which they are ready to tear it off. If any thing happens to me or my family I will held tsi yatra responsible for it.
Please help me, as I have no money to hire even a lawyer.
Thanking you in anticipation

A Ugandan opposition leader, Kizza Besigye, was embarrassingly offloaded from a Kenya Airlines passenger plane destined for Entebbe Airport today 11/05/2011 at around 09.00 am. It is alleged that the KQ Airlines Authorities had been threatened by the Government of Uganda(GOU) that if Besigye wasn't stopped, the plane would not be allowed to land at Entebbe Airport. Of course the GOU has denied. But that is what it does even when the truth is there for everyone to see. Will IATA investigate the truth of this allegation? non - receipt of cashback of rs. 10000
Re: booking ref no: yt1156953
I booked the ticket from mumbai to cincinnati, usa by delta through yatra around 1st feb. , 2008 and i gave the credit card of my nephew - ashok madnani. Before i could fax authorisation letter from him, as required, i got a call on my cell from ms. Ritika thakur, informing me that i am not entitled for the cashback of rs. 10, 000, since the credit card is not in my name. I asked her that i have got add - on american express dollar card from my son, who is settled in usa, will do. She confirmed and i sent her the scans of my card, authorisation letter, passport and usa visa on 5th feb. 2008, i was issued an e - ticket by yatra, confirming my booking on delta - bombay to cincinnati on 9th april, 2008 and returning on 8th oct. , 2008. I was entitled for cash back of rs. 10, 000, which ought to have been credited to my credit card within one month from the date of the booking.
On arrival in cincinnati, my son confirmed that there is no credit of cashback of rs. 10, 000 ($250 approx.) in my account.
A sum of $1213. 79 were debited to my american express card was debited. At the same time an amount of rs. 46, 901 was charged to the citibank credit card of nephew - ashok madnani, which was disputed by my nephew.
I sent few e - mails to ms. Ritika thakur, who was regularly in contact on email. But the same were returned. Yatra’s window for ‘complaints’ doesn’t open, nor there is any window to send email to them. I tried to send message through their”suggestions” window but there is no response. I don’t know what to do?

systematic theft!
Yatra.com issued me my non-refundable tickets to the wrong address, allowing them to be signed for by someone other than myself. The staff are liars and cheats, telling you one thing and doing another. I was robbed of 17000 rupees by these people. They promised me a refund after going in to their office in person, months later this refund was never given. From the highest echelons of management it seems they are told to lie to customers and promise refunds without any intention of granting them.
Do not be tricked like I was, do NOT shop with these corporate thieves!
i totally agree
online fraudulent booking

This is no longer about money now. This was my honeymoon trip and this was really embarrassing..Our whole trip has been spoiled due to this. I’m one of your disappointed customer who has been wronged and cheated by your company. The representatives and agents of your company show such unprofessional behavior that they are going to take your company downer. The person who contacted us for our trip was Mr. Himanshu Tyagi, his email himanshu.tyagi2@yatra.com - and contact number – . He provided us very substandard hotel got a AC room but every morning there is a pool of water is on the floor which is so embarrassing.
Quality of towels was pathetic; just imagine that you got a towel with a big hole in
• Quilt cover is full of stains.
• On the 2nd – 3rd day, when we were having breakfast there was a insect inside the Jam, I was about to have it but my wife suddenly stopped me and showed me the insect and after that I never had the breakfast at the hotel and have to spent money every day on my breakfast on other hotels.
• Apart from this, your representatives even changed the itinerary which was so confusing to cope up with them. Since I was in honeymoon, I could not fight with your representatives every day. However, nobody cares from your head office while we tried many times to contact them.
• Last but not the least; the food was so pathetic and unhygienic that my stomach got upset and had to consult a doctor and it took me 15 days to recover!
You have spoiled my ‘once in life-time experience’
Having worked myself in the Hotel industry earlier, I would also like to submit that there is no significant difference in 3/4 star hotels in terms of standards as they all are reputed brands. But the hotels I h
We are being overcharged at the last minute and for every information we have to chase them and they never get back to us as promised. The staff is worse. We are dealing with such unprofessional which I never even dreamt of.Iit wasn’t a Honeymoon It was a nightmare and your staff is fully responsible for it.The employees are so casual, none of them was gave any suitable reply
While planning the trip, I had trusted Yatra in-spite of attractive offers from other tourist agent/agencies.
I must say that the holiday that was supposed be relaxing and most memorable experience, turned-out to the a traumatic 4 days!
I would never forget the experience that I had to go through! I can guarantee that if I am not provided a suitable resolution, I shall be forced to take the case up to Consumer Forum.
50 % Itinerary we did’t got .
Yatra has cheated us
We had paid 54070 Rs and yatra has not given even lots of promised Itinerary. They are not refunding my money.
His is regdg yatra incident #: [protected] logged on may 2nd 2012(when I used this as reference in the last 6 calls), each time the unprofessional executive kept asking me for the pnr # and also what is complaint. I am shocked to see such poor system and service from a travel portal.
I logged 2 complaints on the same incident # on 2 may 2012 and have not yet got any formal reply after 7 days. I have moved the complaint and am sure to send legal notice to such irresponsible service provider. I start with the most recent issue
I booked a mom-del-mum flight on 1st may on [protected] for flying on 2nd may and return on 5th may. I traveled bangalore mumbai on 1st may through yatra and just was back to see my family and enjoy the one day off. I have been extensively traveling since march 24th for my business and am frequently using yatra.
On 2nd I started from my house at 4am and reached airport at 4:45am to only realise that yatra had made a huge error. Go air confirmed in writing that there was no bookings made by yatra in my name on that flight. They further checked all flights for delhi and confirmed that no ticket was booked. A few minutes later the manager rightly pointed out that the pnr xfj3ch for my return journey is same but my return was with indigo and there was no way the same pnr could be used by two airlines.
I further could not get any tickets for delhi for 6 am flight as all were running full and have managed to get go air pnr 40k0us at rs. 12, 000/- Departing at 7:55pm. I had a meeting with a head hr at the airport at 9:30am but lost the deal as I never made it on time. I spent rs. 4000/- Additional and also never reached in time for my first meeting and suffered a loss on rs.50, 000/-. Who the hell is responsible for such a careless attitude.
The working hours are so useless as there was no one from yatra I could speak to at 5 am to solve my problem. Forget that day till date they just called once but are not willing to put up an email and call centre promises to call back and does not respond. And also this is not the first time and issue
there was a similar error by them for booking reference # 8954336 which is an international travel from mumbai -ny-chicago-mumbai
this was booked through yatra.Com for british airways and I was informed by yatra that I am allowed to carry 2 baggage check in and 1 hand.
I had 2 check in baggage and no hand luggage and when I was boarding my flight and ba had no problems mumbai to chicago but from new york to chicago american airlines allowed 1 piece free baggage and I had to spend $25 for the extra baggage fee.
It was sad that they were not even willing to talk and I called yatra but they have yet not responded to the email
I look forward for getting the refund of 12000k for domestic & 4000 for international spend due to your errors and also extra compensation of rs. 50000/- For harassment and business loss which ideally yatra is not even apologetic / Sympathetic about nor look at complaints professionally
Complete eyewash(jago grahak jago)
When I booked the Domestic offer I have been assured from shiftthoughts.com/ yatra.com side that I will get domestic flight offer worth of rs 22, 000/- .So many terms and conditions on Vouchers which they have sent to me which was never explained me on phone.
They told me the offer is for domstic flightbooking at initial call made to me and i agreed upon that and paid rs 6616/- .Instead of 22, 000 of flight voucher, they provided me voucher worth of Rs2000.
Voucher worth of Rs18, 000 for holiday packages which I didnt asked for.
In simple term I was interested in domestic flight vouchrs worth of Rs22, 000.
Its cheating. Its like You have orderd Pizza and you will get paratha, cake
I am sure yatra.com using third party like shiftthoghts.com to sell thier product so that nobody will point fingr at yatra.com.
My number is [protected] and As I am not getting proper response from yatra.com/shiftthoughts.com(cheaters), I want to drag them to consumer court.please join hand with me
Hi,
I made a booking on Yatra.com for Delhi- Malaga-Delhi sector on brussels airline. The flight is operated by JetAirways.
The class I booked was premium economy, but when I got the ticket it said economy class. I then checked with both airlines (brussels/jetairways) and they said they dont have premium economy product on this sector.
I have been calling Yatra numerous times but has not got any response other than we are working over it and will get back to you. They are saying you will be put me into economy class. I wanted to travel in premium economy class and because of the delay I am not even able to book any other online ticket with any other airlines. Infact I have lost out on some really good options.
Please help me. here are my details:
