I have never had a worse online shopping experience in my life--no exaggeration. It took them 13 days to ship my item and when I received it, it was HIDEOUS. Upon trying to return it, I found out you have to get authorization from them to do so. Seriously? Their website is down, no one is answering their US phone number, and their Canada phone number is a dead line. This place is definitely a scam.
I've been doing online shopping for some time and shopped at Yesstyle once too, if you need to return items, you would need to contact them to get authorization. It's normal for online purchases. I like the styles here but just the size is way too small for me and I don't know why no larger sizes are available so I stopped going to their site for this. The thing here is you need to check if the items you are buying is really in stock or not. Maybe you got an item which needed ordering from the supplier thus, explains the waiting period. It's marked on the website. I guess you pay more for good quality items so don't expect best quality if you paid just minimum.
Even if you order from Amazon.com you need an RMA authorization to return an item. So you must be a newbie in buying stuff online. Their 'contact us' page shows the office operation hours. They said they are located in Hong Kong so they indicated the time/hours they are able to answer calls.
They have been around for 6 years and now has over 270, 000 people on Facebook. I think you were just unfortunate that you got items that you didn't like. They source from thousands of clothing suppliers in Asia so they did not manufacture the items unless it is from one of their YesStyle exclusives brands.
How can it be a scam if you received your item?! It's unfortunate that you didn't like it, but everybody knows it's a hassle to return items. Even Amazon, I groan every time I have to find a place to return it.
And second, not trying to offend anyone, but we're fat*** Americans, do you know how many inches have been added to our commercially sized clothes? just in the last 50 years, like in Mad Men days, they were all smaller than size 0- a size 00, or SMALLER. We've over doubled in size, walmart's the only place where I'm a Small.
Asians are small built people, too, so everyone who buys at online Asian markets knows you have to add, sometimes, multiple sizes if buying from an Asian manufacture. Usually they're very good a telling you to order up, including a size chart for you to measure. If you're an American size 6/8 or Med, most of the time you have to order an XLarge or XXlarge. Same for men. And the reviews- the reviews always help.
So, sure, YESSTYLE is hard to reach, and htat's frustrating, i get it. But #1: it's common sense that when you're buying something for half the price of the other places, it's going to be [censored] quality. #2, of course the pix are misleading, but everyone in the industry knows that. #3, if it's $2.99, of course it's not a real diamond in real gold, come on. (BUT, IT'S A GREAT WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GET THROUGH). #4, If you know it's an Asian site or manufacture, add 2 sizes up. #5) the most important, when buying discount at one of these sites, DON'T BUY ANYTHING THAT YOU'RE NOT OK WITH IF YOU CAN'T RETURN IT. Look at it as a loss and a gamble when you're purchasing. then it doesn't sting so bad.
And to answer your question, Tina Pai, the reason the larger sizes are all gone, is because they're being bought by American stores or individuals who want our size Med and Large.
You need to shut up. So obvious it is written by fk ing scammers
Yes totally agree. It has been 20 days since I placed an order and it says still not stocked!
Don’t shop anything on this website! They take your money first and then put your order on hold! Don’t get fooled by their sales or coupons. They are fraud!
