Yoox Refund is not paid

I did not receive refund for accepted return, after 2 weeks of waiting contacted customer support, two weeks later got the answer that they are not going to make a refund because they did not receive my money, but send me the product. My bank says that it can not do anything and that it's Yoox responsibility to find where money went. But they don't do it.
Customer support stopped responding my emails.

I found out on YOOX FB page that I was not the only one who did not get refund with the same excuse.
Customer service did not get back to me after my last email.

Yoox yoox customer service

Hi,
I have been with Yoox for years but the customer service is very poor in recent years.
I have ordered some items through Yoox app as they are offering free express delivery.
After putting through the order I have received a confirmation email showing all of the sudden that I have been charged for a standard delivery!
I emailed a few times and asked Ledina (Customer Care) to refund me the shipping cost as it is Yoox's app fault.
But I keep getting standards email that they can't help.
It is impossible to chose a different delivery option as the screenshot attached the express free delivery would automatically apply to the basket.
My order is still hold and they haven't shipped it to me yet while I have been already charged.

Yoox holding my money hostage

I made a purchase the first week of December 2017 returned it, following all instructions, Dec 29. I received a refund confirmation. WEEKS later I received an email stating that due to a Yoox system error and my refund was not going back to my card, but instead would be transferred to a Yoox credit. I responded that this was okay. A paypal transfer was offered. My business does not condone the use of paypal so this is not an option. Many emails with Yoox and the Better Business Assn later, I was offered a wire transfer. The banking information was provided in late March. Just checked my accounts--no wire transfer was ever made. So for 5 months, Yoox has had over $200 that they won't return to me.

Yoox boots I bought - worst service ever

his company are absolute RUBBISH. The boots I bought lost the heel tip within an hour of wear and they reassured me I would be reimbursed the cost of repair and a refund of 30% of the cost of the boots. I have spoken to customer care about 7/8 times and each time get someone new who tells me something different. From being told the above to being told I would get 30% of the cost of the repair! 30% of £9! absolute disgrace. Won't put the call to anyone senior and each person lies to get you off the phone or worse cuts your call off! The cobbler who mended the boots said the quality was appalling anyway! He said don't drive in them don't dance in them don't go out in them and laughed and said in fact just send them back! So after fixing them and yoox have told me they will only refund now the repair I am sending them back but nervous they won't give me the promised refund. The inside sole has also totally rumpled up making them awful to wear. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL ! worst customer service and quality goods ever.

Yoox exchange

The time frame for exchanging an item is OBSCENE. They received the item THREE DAYS AGO but tell me the replacement will not be with until the second week in DECEMBER, that's almost a month! Pathetic. If it was SIBERIA it would be faster, I could knit one in that time.

I have phoned 4 times, emailed constantly. The site does not reflect what the phone centre told me. Just too ridiculous. How come one month for an item returned by courier and being exchanged to come by courier... What is it about. This is a huge company with huge turnover. They need to keep up to better standards. I am incandescent. Now they tell me I can't cancel the replacement EVEN THOUGH it hasn't been despatched. Ogod it's a wing and a prayer,

Yoox Bad quality

I bought the Schutz boots in a grey color, product code: 11364171BG.
What I have received was beyond appalling.
The boots were made of a cheap material and I think if I went in the rain they would be torn the same day.
Very thin, didn't notice any sign of a good quality, even though these boots are specially designed. Don't know what to say. Maybe they were fake. But I definitely will return this crap.

Yoox Upset

It used to be a great company, I never had anything against them. I was happy to shop there. So I don't know what happened to them, why everything went bad all of a sudden. Very often I get items with a bad quality with no way to somehow justify it. Simply bad. Many items are out of stock. The choice is poorer than before. Everything went from cheap to expensive.
Time to get out. Nothing to do here anymore. Very upset with this situation and that one of my favorite stores is so bad.

Yoox moncler missing order

Hi I purchsed two moncler jackets in two seperate transactions. The transaction numbers for the delivery to my address were as following:

1Z 951 52V [protected]
1Z 951 52V [protected]

The jackets did not fit and so i returned them via ups. I took the parcels to a ups collection point as per the instructions. The store i used was:

149 New Hall Lane
Preston
PR1 5XA

I had not received a refund after a few weeks therefore i was very concerned about where my good and money were. I visited the above store twice and they told me that ups had collected the parcels so i must follow it up with them. I was informed by ups that i did not attach a new returns label and so that is why the parcel was not sent back to moncler. The parcel should have been sent back to my address as that was the address on the parcel.
The parcel has been collected from the store but has not been sent to moncler nor has it been sent back to myself. I contacted ups who advised me that it was yourselves that dealt with this and in order to track where my parcel is i would need to contact you.
I now have two missing jackets worth over £1000 and have not yet been given the refund either.
I will wait for your response on this as the jackets in your posession need to be located and either returned to myself or moncler so i can have my refund as I am out of pocket and need the money back.

Yoox defective/not as described merchandises

My name is Ha Tran, I used to like order merchandises from yoox.com for their good quality and decent prices.

However, recently I'm so disappointed of their merchandise and services.

I had ordered 2 items:

1) Order# 1104YF6A817381: A Michael Michael Kors pant: This pant was defected with torn up at the hem. I called the Customer Service and they asked me to send the picture showing the defected area. I did sending the picture, now they asked me to send more pictures. I do not know what more do they want to see? I've tons of pictures to send them but their email only accept 1 picture per email!

2) Order# 0704Y3B9617381: An American Retro blouse, claiming that it is made in France with Label: 38(FR). Unfortunately, the material, the style is worse then any blouse Made-In-Chine. Trust me on this.

I think this is my last experience with yoox.com.

Yoox I bought two pairs of shoes from Yoox

I bought two pairs of shoes from Yoox and when I received my order one pair was fine but second one was of incorrect size. Customer service rep said that they didn't accept returns and he didn't even apologize. That was only their fault and they didn't deny that.
They could have given me a discount or something, but they did nothing!
I am very disappointed with Yoox, in my opinion they have the worst service ever. I can't understand why they refused to replace for different size! Maybe they didn't had my size in stock and they simply didn't want to lose money. I will not order from Yoox ever again!

Yoox Non arrival of goods and failure to repay amount!

On 27th Nov 2016 I ordered a coat from Yoox. On 5th Dec 2016 their courier UPS sent a notification that they had delivered it to Liverpool, UK. IT was not so and I never received it. Yoox promised to investigate with UPS and said that would take 8 working days.

Today is 18th Jan 2017 and they still say they are investigating. As for UPS twice they have called to say they will attend the place of delivery, themselves. I went to meet them and on each occasion they did not attend.

Yoox's contact centre is useless. They cannot advise where the investigation is. They will not give you the investigation teams number and no one contacts you - you have to phone the contact centre. And I am 200 euro out of pocket.

Yoox Scammed

Recently I received a message from Yoox that they have a sale and everything on their site is 10% off. I decided to order something and purchased several items. After I paid I noticed that they charged more than I expected, for some reason they did not apply the 10% discount.
I contacted Yoox customer service and they said that only some items are sold with 10% discount. But email I received from them stated that everything was on sale! What a joke!

Yoox Wrong size

I have purchased a pair of good looking shoes from Yoox and the ones I received were too big, so I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange. I shipped the wrong ones back and few weeks later received another package. When I opened the package and saw the shoes I learned that this time they were too small! The made the same mistake twice! I was so angry and disappointed at the same time. Contacted them again and they said that it was no longer their problem. Awful!

Yoox Avoid yoox at all costs!

I've purchased some products from Yoox and received absolutely horrible and disgusting items! I was so disappointed when I opened the package. One item out of five was fine, but the other ones were so cheap looking! I contacted their terrible customer service and they were completely useless and never helped me. Shipping is too expensive and none refundable! They refused to give me my money back! Never again! Avoid yoox at all costs and save your money!

Yoox Fraud

I spent $300 on several items and wish I'd checked the reviews first. I'm so disappointed. I went to their website and it looked very convincing and legit. So I decided to give it a try and ordered several items from Yoox. Few weeks later I received my order but I was shocked when I realized that clothes had been worn! Only 3 items out of 7 didn't have a problem with. I tried to contact customer support, even sent them pictures but yet received no response. When I checked the reviews I was so angry that I fell for this scam! They have done this to hundreds of people and are still getting away with it! Avoid this website at all costs!

I know this post is old but I am very sorry that you guys had so bad experience with this company, I only suppose that is because of the warehouse in US otherwise that is one of the best companies I had ever encounter, and have been their client for many years now, but I am in EU, so we have different customer service and different warehouse with different prices and different items. I spend a lot of money and also do returns quite a lot without any problem till now. They are Italian company so I don't know how they deal in the US but here we don't have any problems and I never heard that somebody didn't get their money back. I usually get it within two days after they process my return.
And just to mention, nobody pays me for saying this and I am not based in Italy.

"Like so many.. jacket was cheap and flimsy, and easily TWO SIZES smaller than advertised.. But NO REFUND in spite of promise. Lost $100 just like that. Will dispute at bank, but scam reports are all over the net.. I should have checked."

Yoox Avoid!

I wish I'd checked the reviews first. But unfortunately I didn't and it is my fault that I've trusted Yoox. Their website looks so convincing and very professional. So I made and order and purchased several items from Yoox. I did receive the clothes but everything was obviously used and condition was very poor! I ordered 10 items and only 3 were ok. I'm not going to return anything, because I know that they'll never refund me. They have done this to thousands of other people and are still getting away with it! How is this even possible? Yoox needs to be shut down! Avoid this horrible scam company! You'll never receive what you paid for.

Yoox Impossible to get any money back

We bought two dresses from the company www.yoox.com. We didn’t like the dresses in real life and therefore decided to return them. The dresses were unworn and all labels were on places, but the seller started to find fault and told us that he wouldn’t refund full sum. We were upset, but we agreed to half refund. But this person fooled us anyway. He still hasn’t returned money and stopped to reply to our emails.

Yoox They delivered only one handbag and tried to influence on me

I bought two handbags from the company www.yoox.com. It was real scam, ‘coz the seller provided only one handbag and tried to persuade me that I ordered only one handbag. It was lie and scam. I asked to return money, but they refused to do it and started to avoid me. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Yoox I was charged twice and no one returned money

I had the horrible situation. I ordered jeans from the website www.yoox.com. And when I placed the order, website suddenly stopped to respond. After that I found out that the payment went twice. I started to send emails to the seller and told to return one payment. They promised, but still nothing happened. Also the jeans were too large for me, and I couldn’t contact the seller and return them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Yoox Bad experience

I bought shoes and the dress from the website www.yoox.com. I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase at all, because things looked completely different as I saw it on the website. I contacted the seller and asked to change the things. The seller agreed and I sent my order back. Later the seller only promised to deliver it, but nothing arrived. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you write comments about your situation, please?

Placed order on 9/28/2022, still not shipped. Called customer service daily for 4 days, no answer, runaround, saying they will get back to me in 48 hours but no reply, asked for order to be cancelled they said they cannot
